Dasu Suresh Kumar, born on January 7th, 1979, is the son of Dasu Raghu Ram and the late Shri Rama Devi. In his pursuit of education, he attained a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications (BCA), laying the groundwork for his academic journey. From 2004 to 2011, Mr Dasu Suresh navigated through esteemed positions in Global IT management at prominent firms, including Oracle, SAP, and Info-Tech Enterprise, where he honed his skills in strategic business consulting. Early Leadership and Community Initiatives-
From 1998 to 2004, as a Student Leader, Mr Dasu Suresh demonstrated proactive leadership by addressing various challenges students face in collaboration with college authorities. Notably, he played a pivotal role in facilitating the waiver of tuition fees for deserving students, ensuring access to education for those in need. Additionally, he diligently arranged scholarships to alleviate financial burdens and resolved examination-related issues, fostering a conducive academic environment.
Active Participation in Telangana Movement
Dasu Suresh Kumar was a Telangana Activist; during the Telangana Movement, i.e., in 2011-2013, Dasu Suresh Kumar played an active role and fought for the creation of a new state, Telangana, from the pre-existing state of Andhra Pradesh in India.
He has been served conscientiously for the prosperity of the people from the party’s inception to the present day, consistently aspiring for the party’s and society’s advancement and performing desperate service to society and for the goodness of the people.
He participated in many social Programs and was involved in Million March, Bike Rallies, and Dharna’s to form Telangana as a separate State. Dhoom-Dham Event has been set up for the emergence of Telangana state.
In 2013 and 2014, Mr Dasu Suresh embarked on extensive community initiatives in Wardhannapet, exhibiting his commitment to grassroots development. Serving as a convener, he orchestrated door-to-door social welfare campaigns to enhance the overall quality of life in the locality. Transitioning into a pivotal role as the National Working President at BC Welfare Association from 2014 to 2021, Mr Dasu Suresh directed his efforts towards championing the rights of marginalized communities, mainly focusing on the weavers’ community in Telangana. COVID-19 Relief Efforts
A) Amidst the first and second waves of the COVID-19 pandemic, Mr Dasu Suresh took proactive steps to support vulnerable communities, mainly handicraft artisans. He spearheaded the creation of COVID Essentials kits containing 18 types of groceries and vegetables, benefiting 2000 families, including barbers, dhobis, fishermen, shepherds, weavers, goldsmiths, and handicrafts men.
B) Additionally, health camps were conducted in Erstwhile Warangal, Karimnagar, and Medak districts, accompanied by a 1000KM bike rally to raise awareness about COVID-19 among villagers.
C) In collaboration with Dr Parikipandla Ashok, preventive homeopathy medicine was distributed to the poor from April to December 2020, furthering efforts to mitigate the impact of the pandemic.

After personally assessing the challenges faced by Dalits, Mr Dasu Suresh organized and mobilized 200 small groups, each comprising 20 members, to facilitate access to financial empowerment opportunities such as KVIB, KVIC, and MUDRA loans.

Insurance Scheme for Farmers and Weavers
- Witnessing the distressing trend of suicides among farmers and weavers following Telangana’s formation, Mr Dasu Suresh embarked on a determined mission to implement the 5 Lakh Group Free Insurance scheme. Collaborating closely with LIC of India, he orchestrated the meticulous collection of details of 10,000 weavers through multiple camps organized across various villages over an exhaustive eight-month period. This data formed the foundation for issuing a comprehensive Group Insurance proposal by LIC. Subsequently, the Telangana Chief Minister, KCR, announced its implementation, extending its benefits to 65 lakh farmers and 2 lakh weavers. Remarkably, within a week of the scheme’s launch, 45,000 farmer families received 5 lakh rupees in Insurance claims, underscoring the immediate impact of Mr Dasu Suresh’s advocacy.

- Mr Dasu Suresh’s vigilance extended to the rampant malpractices in shopping malls, particularly concerning selling fake hand loom products. Several raids were conducted as a direct consequence of his advocacy, effectively curbing malpractices.
