Sarath Chandra is an Indian Politician and is YSRCP State Youth Joint Secretary, Andhra Pradesh. Sarath Chandra was the Branch Manager of  Surya Telugu Newspaper & Andhra Akshara Telugu Daily Newspaper.

Early Life & Education:

Sarath Chandra was born on 27-03-1976 to Thirupalaiah & Pankajakshi at Lake View Colony, Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. In 1993, He Studied his Intermediate at Kora Junior College. In 2000, He has completed his Graduation (B.tech) from G. Pullareddy College at Kurnool. In 2010, He has completed Law (LLB) from VR college from Nellore and has attained MCJ (Master of Communication of Journalism) from Potti Sriramulu Telugu University, 2014-2017.

Personal Life:

Sarath Chandra’s father was the Retired Employee.  On 16th September 2014, Sarath Chandra was Married to Yakasiri Vasanthi. She has attained her Graduation B. Sc. She was Hosue’s Wife. Vasanthi granddaughter of Bhimavaram Naidu Seshaiah. He was the Senior Communist Leader of allure and was the Freedom Fighter. He Received the Tamara Pathakam Award.

 Political Career:

Sarath Chandra Started his political career in 1996 with the All India Students Federation and was the College President. 

  • Sarath Chandra joined the Indian National Congress(INC) Party in 2002 under MLA Anam Vivekananda Reddy.
  • He supported the 31st & 32nd Wards in his town in 2004 and won the 31st & 32nd Wards.
  • In 2014, Sarath Chandra joined the YSRCP(Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party) under the MLA Sridhar Reddy.
  • In 2014, he got the Corporator ticket, and that ticket gave to his brother, and his brother won the 35th Ward as a Corporator in Nellore from the YSRCP. 
  • In 2015, Sarath Chandra was appointed as a State Youth Joint Secretary, Andhra Pradesh from YSRCP.
  • Sarath Chandra has been working as a Branch Manager in Surya Telugu Newspaper, since 2015.
  • He has been working as a State Executive President of APWF since 2016.
  • From 2017-2019, Sarath Chandra worked as a District Committee Member of Attackers and Adults on Journalism.
  • He received the “TAMARA MEDAL” Award
  • Sarath Chandra has been working as a Branch Manager in Andhra Akshara Telugu Daily Newspaper, since 2018.
