Vunnamatla Rakada Eliza is a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) of Chintalapudi Constituency, West Godavari Dist from YSRCP.

He was born in 1962 to Subbarao in Chintalapudi Village of West Godavari, Andhra Pradesh.

He completed his Graduate B.A. from Sir C.R Reddy Degree College, Eluru, 1980. He was the Retired Govt Employee.

He joined the YSRCP(Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party). In the 2019 Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly election, He elected as Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) of Chintalapudi Constituency from the YSRCP, West Godavari Dist.
