Viswasarayi Kalavathi

Viswasarayi Kalavathi is the Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) of Palakonda Constituency from the YSRCP party. She was born in 1967 to Viswasarayi Narasimha Rao. She has completed her P.G. She has completed M.A in Economics from Ravenshaw College in 2002.

She was the Rtc Employee and Deputy Registrar from Co-operative Department. She got married to Mandangi Hari Prasad.

Kalavathi joined the Praja Rajyam Party(PRP). In 2009, She contested as MLA but she lost the MLA Position. She joined the YSRCP.

In 2014, She elected as a Member of the Legislative Assembly(MLA) of Palakonda Constituency from the YSRCP. In 2019, Andhra Pradesh Legislative Elections, Kalavathi won the post of Member of Legislative Assembly(MLA) from the YSRCP party.

Recent Activities:

• She distributed Masks, sanitizers, Vegetables, Rice to people at the time of COVID-19 lockdown. Donated masks, sanitizers, food to the Migrants, financially helped them.
• The villages were sprayed with sodium hypochlorite solution.
• Kalavathi helped the poor people financially and Financial assistant to the Poor People and free blood donation camps.
• She fought for development activities like CC Roads, Drainage, Street lights, and Water Problems in her Constituency.
