Vinukonda Venkata Subba Rao

Vinukonda Venkata Subba Rao is the State BC Study Committee Special Invited Member from Prakasam district Andhra Pradesh.

Early Life:

He was born on 8th-July-1982 in Kotikelpudi. His parents were Veeranjaneyulu and Venkata Koteshwaramma.

Political Career:

Venkata Subba Rao started his political career with the Indian National Congress(INC) party. He worked hard at the village level and Mandal level for the party victory. From 2009-2011, he was appointed and served as District President of Prakasam.

In 2011, Venkata Subbarao switched to the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party(YSRCP) after the Congress party merged with the YSRCP. He took charge as BC Cell District General Secretary of Prakasam and worked from 2013-2014.

He become an Party Activist and took part in “Gadapa Gadapa ki YSR” program, he made people aware of YSRCP schemes such as Jagananna Amma Vodi, Jagananna Chedodu, Jagananna Vidya Kanuka, Illa Pattalu, YSR Arogya scheme, YSR Bima, YSR Pension Kanuka, YR Rythu Bharosa, YSR Sunna Vaddi Pathakam, YSR Vahana Mitra etc. He made the Navaratnalu scheme available to everyone. He gave his contributions to Samaikyandhra Movement, for Special Status, also took part in Y.S Jagan’s, Y.S Sharmila’s Padayatra.

In 2014, Subbarao served as ZPTC election observer for the Pullalacheruvu constituency when Balaji was the ZP chairman he spearheaded the ZPTC election campaign.

He has been a Stunchsupporter of the Vishwa Brahmana Community for 15 years. It was established during the Jagan’s Padayatra in 2018 and has organized Spiritual meetings with over 100 constituencies. He participated in the study committee by caste and conducted BC study sessions in 25 parliaments.

YSRCP Party officials have selected Venkata Subba Rao as the chairman of the Vishwa Brahmin Corporation but due to the variation of districts, the post went to the Vijayawada candidate.

Venkata Subba Rao accompanied YS Jagan from the beginning to the conclusion of the padayatra and helped him. Currently, he is working as Spokesperson of Vishwa Brahmana Sangham from Andhra Pradesh.

His honesty and unwavering commitment to serve led to his appointment as a Special Invited Member of the State BC Study Committee. The study committee is to give direction to the party members on what to do during Jagan’s pilgrimage and to update Jagan about the pilgrimage.

• Bhimavaram MRP Agraharam Sarpanch Durga Venkatacharya and YSR Congress Party BC Study Committee member Vinukonda Venkata Subbarao discussed political issues with Telangana First Assembly Speaker Sirikonda Madhusudana Chari.
• Venkata Subbarao speaks at the swearing-in ceremony of the Visva-Brahmin State Working Committee in Visakhapatnam districts of North Andhra Pradesh, Srikakulam, and Vijayanagar.
• Bhimavaram Visva-Brahmin Sangh leaders’ intimate meeting was held as part of their tour of West Godavari district. State Vishwa Brahmin Sangh president Pavuluri Hanumantrao was the chief guest at the meeting, which was chaired by General Secretary Brahmashri Shyam. He called on all Vishwa Brahmins to work for the realization of Vishwa Brahmin’s rights to move forward in unity. State General Secretary Duvvur Narasimhachari, State Women General Secretary Sujatha, and State Spokesperson Vinukonda Venkata Subbarao addressed the gathering.
• Members of the State Visva-Brahmin Association staged a one-day protest against the BC Census under the auspices of the BC Welfare Society in Prakasam District.
• Y.S Rajasekhar Reddy’s 12th death anniversary celebrations were held at Addanki YSRCP Conservation Committee under the auspices of Members of the Visva-Brahmin community, state spokesperson Vinukonda Venkata Subbarao participated in the event and paid tributes to the great man.

Pandemic Services:

-Venkata Subba Rao gave his contribution even during the covid crisis.

-During the Pandemic Period, he distributed fruits, food packets, and water bottles to the road siders and also distributed blankets to them.

-He provided food and rice bags to the migrants and also contributed to them financially.

-He distributed food packets to the passengers who are going via Bypass.

-Provided annadhanam program to the Police, Municipal, front-line workers who served a lot during the corona crisis.

-Conducted awareness programs on the maintenance of Physical distance and following precautionary measures to prevent the epidemic in Corona.

-He financially helped covid victims by providing vitamin tablets, masks, Sanitizers, and fruits.

-Venkata Subba Rao put his effort to serve people even during the covid second wave.

-He distributed vegetables and fruits to the village people and needy people.

-Awareness camps and seminars were organized on the Covid-19 vaccine and about the effects of the virus.

-The area infected with the coronavirus has been declared a red zone and people have been given proper precautions and instructions.

-Delivered food, supplements for the covid victims by home delivery.
