Vennakuchi Rammohan Sharma

Vennakuchi Rammohan Sharma is an Indian Politician of the TRS and Sarpanch of Dathaipalli in M.Turkapally of Yadadri Bhuvanagiri in the State of Telangana.

Early Life and Education:

Rammohan was born on 07th May 1968, to Mr. Venkateshwara Sharma and Mrs. Savithramma and was raised in Dathaipalli, M. Turkapally, Yadadri Bhuvanagiri, Telangana.

In 1981, he completed his Board of Secondary Education from Zilla Parishad High School, situated at Pamulaparthi. In 1983, he obtained his Intermediate from Government Junior College, Bhuvanagiri.

In 1986, he Acquired his Graduation(Degree) from Government Degree College located at Bhuvanaagiri.

A career in Politics:

Rammohan became an Active Member of the Akhila Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) in 1979 so that he could help students get the right idea about how important complete and long-term development is. He took action because he desired to assist the people.

In the year 1985, Rammohan commenced his political career by joining the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and continued rendering services to the people as a Party Activist of the TDP.

From 1986-1987, he worked incredibly hard as a Graham Panchayat President of Dathaipalli from the TDP and worked hard for the welfare of the people, constantly striving for the development of society, and rendering desperate services to society.

Rammohan was appointed Mandal Secretary of M. Turkapally from 1992 to 1993 owing to his dedication and commitment to the village residents. He has always done his best to represent the people, look out for their best interests, and get a lot of praise.

From 1992 until 2017, he worked as a Party Activist at the Mandal level with Motkupalli Narasimhulu and the Late Alimineti Madhava Reddy.

In the year 2019, Rammohan switched to the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) party, founded by Kalvakuntla Chandrashekhar Rao, the Indian politician serving as the first and current Chief Minister of Telangana.

As a Telangana Activist:

• Rammohan was an Activist for Telangana. During the Telangana Movement, i.e., from 2001 to 2014, he took an active part and battled for the establishment of a new Indian state, Telangana, out of the pre-existing state of Andhra Pradesh.
• He participated in many social programs and was involved in Million March, Bike Rallies, and Dharna’s to form Telangana as a separate state. Swamy was imprisoned while participating in the movement.
• He set up a Vanta Varpu during the period of Rasta Roko and in programs of Sakala Jamula Samme, Bahiranga Saba, and many more dharnas, and rallies were held in continuous movement.
• From the beginning of the party until now, he has worked hard for the good of the people, focusing on the growth of the party and society while giving service to society and the people without expecting anything in return.

Party Activities:

• He took part in many social programs, like Rasta Roko, Bike Rallies, Dharnas for the recognition party, and village development activities.
• He set up and attended every Mandal level and Village Level meeting at his own expense, and he gave speeches to the young people and future leaders to inspire them.
• He was arrested and charged with lathi by Ramannapet police. They were released by Gupudi Yajna Narayana Shasthi, who arrived at the police station immediately.
• MV Rammohan Sharma made a visit to the respected minister Bandaru Dattatrey on behalf of the BSNL Exchange office in their town. After meeting him, they immediately approved the BSNL Exchange office in their village. Rammohan and the villagers have loyalty and respect for Bandari Dattatreya.
• Under the auspices of higher authorities, the Kalyana Lakshmi scheme, Shadi Mubarak, CM Relief Fund, and cheques were handed over to the beneficiaries.
• In exchange for a substantial fee for the commodities produced by the farmer, Rammohan strived tirelessly to improve a lot of farmers throughout his reign.

Social Activities:

• Palle Pragathi’s initiative aims to improve rural green space and sanitation. As part of Haritha Haram, massive planting operations and the availability of electricity have been enhanced.
• By notifying the issues in the village, he solved many problems and gave pensions like widow pensions,old-age pensions, and handicapped pensions, and he also dispensed white ration cards in the town.
• He carried out several development projects in the village, including the construction of CC roads, and street lights, the clearing of the drainages, and dumping yards, and the improvement of the quality of water.
• They constructed the Raithu Vedika and Ramalayam in their village with the help of the village donors. And also, 2 bore wells are dug for water in the village. A crematorium was constructed in the town.

Covid Activities:

• Rammohan stepped up to assist those in need impacted by the lockdown. He donated fruits and vegetables to the locals, the poor, and the municipal employees while taking safeguards.
• To combat the spread of the pandemic in Corona, he has organized an awareness campaign focusing on the need to keep a safe distance from infected individuals and use appropriate safety precautions.
• During Corona’s first and second waves, he offered financial and humanitarian assistance to people impacted by the lockdown. During the crisis, they responded with kindness, helping those who needed it and giving more help to those who had been hurt by the lockdown.
• Throughout the crisis, he responded selflessly, supporting those in need and offering special attention to those afflicted by the lockdown. Face masks, hand sanitizers, and lunches were handed to the least fortunate, as well as cash assistance.
• To remove the coronavirus, sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed over the whole community to ensure its safety.
