Velpula Vijay is currently working as the SC Leader of Dalitha Netha from YSRCP at Krishna District in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

Early Life & Education:

He was born on 18th-November-1977 to Velpula Jai Ram & Kamala and raised up in Gudlavalleru Village of Krishna District.

In the year 1994, He studied higher Secondary Board Examination from Don Bosco situated at Nandigama. Soonly, He completed Industrial Training International (ITI).

He finished his undergraduate from Saptagiri Junior College located in Krishna District in the year 1996.By extending his studies and went on to graduate from Saptagiri Degree College.

Early Political Career:

In his Educational career, Vijay worked as a student leader from Student United Organization. he has been served in the honorable position that was assigned and doing his part to better society by carrying out his duties properly and following the rules and regulations.

During ITI Course, At that situation, he never stepped back for the honorable position and strongly stepped forward and contested as President of the United Student Organization. and fortunately, with the majority of votes, he designated in the honorable position.

From the moment, For 2years he has been used all his resources for the students by pursuing his happy life of public welfare. He has been served with gratitude and constantly worked hard for the Students and spontaneously balancing multiple works.

In a moment of minute, Vijay Joined the Communist Party of India (CPI) which is a political party in India Inspired by his services and worked as an Active Member for few years.

By his Hard work and trustworthiness of work, He elected and served as District Council Member from East Godavari. By his prestige and Patriotism towards the position, The CPI Political Party customized his position as State Council Member. He has been served with gratitude and constantly worked hard for the committed position.

He elected and Served as Joint Secretary for the (Bahujana Vibhag) Mass Section. and worked sincerely by taking responsibilities like Ensuring meetings are effectively organized and minuted. Maintaining effective records and administration.

In his professional career, Vijay highly inspired by the service rendered by the politicians. In that looks he took the proposal to service selflessly to the people in any situation and by extending his service and work by accepting the honorable positions.

In ahead of time, Soonly Vijay began his political career by entering into Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) founded by currently designated as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and President of YSRCP YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

Since the date of joining the Party, He has been working as a YSRCP Party Activist by actively participating in every program related to the political party.

Since then he has been monitoring the respective designations by solving the issues. Being serving in the assigned positions, Vijay has been performed many social and welfare activities for the people. From the moment he has begun his early life till now he has been using all his resources for the people and pursuing his happy life of public welfare.

Struggle and Hard work For ST & SC People:

Scheduled Caste (SCs) and Scheduled Tribes (STs) are officially designated groups of people in India. which are referred to as Dalit.

Since Childhood, Vijay had a dream to be self-employed and self-dependent. Being a Scheduled Caste and having vast knowledge about the problems of the downtrodden, Vijay strives to effectively serve the downtrodden communities people to put best of the efforts and to improve the living conditions for the upliftment of backward people (ST & SC People) and work hard for the socio-economic development of downtrodden and contribute the maximum in drawing more and more strength of weaker sections towards the party in order to further strengthen the ST & SC People.

Samaikyandhra Movement:

He is a dedicated follower of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy Participated in the Samaikyandhra Movement to prevent the division of the state-separating the Telangana districts of the state into a separate Telangana state. During the movement, The people of Mylavaram Mandal took part and completely played a key role in the foot march (padayatra) organized by YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.

During the continuous Samaikyandhra Movement, Vijay went on a District-wise padayatra against started his padayatra and continued his journey to prevent the division of the state-separating the Telangana districts of the state into a separate Telangana state.

Padayatra about Dalit to Prevent Land Issues :

He organized and involved in the padayatra on the issues raised about the ST & SC People about the land. During the movement, The people of Jaggayapeta Mandal took part and completely played a key role in the foot march (padayatra) organized.

During continuous Movement, Vijay went on a District-wise padayatra against started his padayatra from Jaggayapeta and continued his 27.9 km journey to Nandigama to prevent the issues related to lands.

Samaikyandhra Dalit Dandora Organization:

Scheduled Caste (SCs) and Scheduled Tribes (STs)

As his view is to serve the people unquestionably he gave his hands to serve and hearts to serve by rendering the service selflessly. He worked hard to make his dreams and goals come true, and finally he is rose to the top.

Apart from providing political services, During Continuous Samaikyandhra Moment, he has also been continuously serving the people beyond his means in terms and in a moment of time. Vijay started the Samaikyandhra Organization for Dalit Rights. Velpula Vijay is the Founder & Organizer of the respective organization. working since the day organization has founded to prevent that the voice on raised on Dalits about (NO VOICE) from marginalized sections of society and bring mobilization of Dalit men and women.

His life took a great turn. By continuing his duties as being in a good position He sparkled the lives of many Dalits by giving better Facilities to the Dalits selflessly. He reached his targets by experiencing countable years of Knowledge. His small aspiration gave him big thunders on many ST & SC People careers. Its goal is to establish an educated, justice-seeking Dalit society.

During Continuous moments after the decision to divide the state came to an end, Vijay Changed the Organization Name into Andhra Pradesh Dalit Dandora Organization. As soon as the Organization was founded, the Members and Volunteers began their activities by performing in a good manner as every individual is fully devoting their valuable time to provide services.

Each time, the growth of the Organization increased by fulfilling every need that people were willing and asking for. Currently, the Organization is fast gaining public trust. Since then he has been performing many activities and cleared issues raised on Reservation Seats, Financial Problems, Unemployment, about anti- law decisions of government.

Activities Rendered about the SC & ST People:

• Vijay always be in front of the line to help the needy and raise his voice against the issues of anything
• Vijay fought over every issue related to SC, St community regarding land issues and in other cases. He solved many occupied land issues of in the Guntur highway people
• He fought fiercely for the rights of Dalits and was sometimes arrested and prosecuted during dharnas and protests.
• However, Vijay fought for the Dalits without any hesitation and moved forward by resolving the issues.
• He collected disability information from the village and nearby places and helped financially and also fought for the rights of the disabled.
  wheel Chairs are being provided on behalf of the party to those who have difficulty traveling and need to travel on their own.
• He expressed his humanity by donating wheelchairs free of cost to those who were born with disabilities and suffered from accidental loss of limbs.
• Vijay has been of great help in recognizing and assisting the disabled with the need to be disabled and has undergone many operations such as disabilities.
• He is the one who encouraged love marriages and Inter Caste stood up beside them and done about 20 love marriages and handover the people to their loved ones in Krishna District.
• Vijay Cement helped those who had stopped their business due to the epidemic and he provided food and clothes to the workers.
• 70 lakh worth of essentials were distributed like food, vegetables, medicines, to villagers, roadsides, migrants, the poor, and those in lockdown.
• He formed and involved in many Social Services and Charity Programs and eradicated hungriness for the people and gave them fascinated life.
• Vijay also supported the intercaste marriages and stood up by them in every situation.
• He helped financially by providing self-defense camps for girls, giving a sum for higher education to poor students, and solving girl’s problems.
• He fought for the ST & SC that the government should provide agricultural land to cultivate and survive and to give dry fertilizers. And gave a petition to MRO and solved the issues raised from Guntur to Chilakaluripet Highway.
• He fought for the issues raised ST & SC on Dalit rights of the disabled and in that conclusion, He has been jailed for few days.

YSRCP Party Activities:

• Vijay encouraged and motivated about politics to the youth students and spell out about the politicians.
• He actively involved in the programs organized by YSRCP Party.
• He conveyed and explained to the people about the greatness of the YSRCP Party, the symbol and ideology of the YSRCP Party to the party leaders.
• He always woke up and stood up at the forefront for the party and solve issues raised on any problems.
• Vijay involved and played a Primary role to develop the party.
• He set up and engaged in every Mandal level, Village level meetings and delivered speeches by motivating the YSRCP Party to the upcoming leaders.
• He organized and involved in YSRCP Political Party Joining meetings.
• He has been serving and assisting the party members whenever they are in need.
• Many party development programs were carried out in the village for the growth of the party.

Social Services:

• He will assist those who come to him for help and provide the essential things whatever they require.
• As his view is to serve the people with humanity he came forward with gratitude and assists Orphans, disabled people, senior citizens and gave his hands to serve them by providing whatever they need.
• He fought for issues raised in Colleges like using unparliamentary language, No proper Protocol, and finalized the problem of conducting Awareness programs in the colleges about the importance of education and delivers motivational speeches to the college students to reach their goals for their brightest future.
• Vijay extended his services by assisting the poor people who are deeply affected by financial problems.
• He fights over every issue raised in the town and worked to solve the issues.
• If anyone in the village encounters any problem, Vijay will be at the forefront of the problem.
• He delivered food and clothes to orphans and senior citizens and every year. He comes up to orphan homes and celebrates their blissful birthdays.
• He is constantly striving and fighting for the well-being of the people.

 Services Rendered During Pandemic

During First Wave of Corona-

• Vijay came forward to help the needy who have been affected by lockdown and distributed vegetables and fruits to the villagers, needy ones, and Municipality workers by following the precautions.
• Food item packets for drivers and migrant laborers were distributed whose livelihood has been affected during this lockdown period. Vijay came forward with humanity to help those in dire straits during the corona and provide financial assistance to the people who are affected by the lockdown.
• He apportioned Masks, Sanitizers, and delivered 8 varieties of food to the poor, and also contributed to them financially.
• To spread awareness about social distancing and following precautionary measures to prevent the Epidemic Corona an awareness program has been conducted.
• As part of the drive to eradicate the corona epidemic, Sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all over the village for the safety of the village.

During the Second Wave of Corona-

• Vijay visited the hospitals and asked the hospital staff to provide oxygen cylinders for the corona victims who were seriously ill.
• Vijay also provided free masks and sanitizers to people with corona deficiency symptoms at the hospital.
• He worked all days(Day and Night) during the covid period and looked after the people.
• He is constantly available mainly to the poorest people in the zone.
