Vangala Dayanand is a South Indian politician of the INC and the Vice Chairman of the Telangana Pradesh Fisherman Congress

Early Life and Education:

On April 6th, 1968, Vangala Dayanand was born to the couple of Mr. and Mrs. Sri Lingaiah and raised in Mancherial Village in Adilabad District in the State of Telangana.

He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce, and after finishing his education, he entered politics, serving in the INC and managing family responsibilities.

Involvement and Participation in NSUI: 

Vangala Dayanand joined the National Students’ Union of India (NSUI), the student wing of the INC, in 1987 while completing his education and began providing assistance to students regardless of ethnicity, religion, language, or creed.

According to the rules of conduct and administrative concerns, he was selected as the Mancherial President of the Government Degree College in Telangana from 1987 to 1988 by the NSUI to assist the people in all ways by actively working all the time for the welfare of mankind.

He stood by the students and people and gave courage to the students by solving every problem.

Role and Participation in the Indian National Congress Party (INC): 

Vangala Dayanand always had the utmost zeal and enthusiasm to serve and help people in need. As a young boy, he offered his services voluntarily to the public. He officially joined the Indian National Congress (INC), also known as the Congress Party, in 1988 so that he could meet the political needs of the people and do a certain service.

He demonstrated his leadership abilities by serving as an INC Party Activist and working tirelessly for the welfare of humanity. As a part of INC, he expressed keen interest and performed every activity to recognize the respective party.

His constant attention and dedication to service led to his promotion to the Town Youth Congress President from INC from 1988 to 1989. He was appointed by the former MP G. Narasimha Reddy to promote the proper focus on the need for effective and comprehensive expansion in people by doing his part to overcome the hardships faced by the people.

He was appointed as Youth Congress District General Secretary of Adilabad from 1989 to 1995 by District Youth Congress President for his perseverance, dedication, and service, and he has been in the position that was assigned and has rendered services to many through his kind heart by fulfilling the tasks assigned to him, winning the people’s admiration.

From 1995 to 1998, he increased his dedication and effort by accepting the coveted post as Youth Congress State Secretary of Andhra Pradesh from the INC by Andhra Pradesh State Youth Congress President Sudheer Kumar to care for the people and the hardships they experience, and he worked in that capacity.

He was designated as the Youth Congress State General Secretary of Andhra Pradesh of the INC from 1999 to 2001. He was appointed by Andhra Pradesh State Youth Congress President Poguleti Sudhakar to serve the people and tackle the issues raised by executing his tasks effectively and adhering to the party’s policies and guidelines.

He was credited for successfully carrying out the responsibility of being a responsible leader. From 2004 to 2009, his consistent effort and hard work earned him the position of Youth Congress District President of Adilabad.

He strengthened his service and performed as the Block Congress Committee President of Mancherial from 2013–2019, appointed by AP State PCC President Botsa Satyanarayana and Utam Kumar Reddy, by increasing his duties, continuously thinking about their well-being, and garnering the population’s respect.

Involvement in the Telangana Pradesh Fisherman Congress:

The Telangana Pradesh Fisherman Congress was established in order to facilitate the organization of active fisherman and those who work in industries linked to the fishing industry.

In 2020, Vangala Dayanand’s unwavering commitment and effort earned him the position of  Vice Chairman of the Telangana Pradesh Fisherman Congress. He has constantly been working for the people, thinking about their welfare, and gaining immense admiration from them.

He keeps the faith that the people have put in him and continues his service, focusing on the welfare of the people at the present time and engaging in actions that would promote the party.

Roles and Participation in the BC Welfare Association:

In 2017, Vangala Dayanand joined the BC Welfare Association and started his service to the people as a member by sorting out the issues.

As he upholds the trust that the people have placed in him and maintains his service, he was elected by the people as National Secretary of the BC Welfare Association since 2017 by the BC Welfare Association National President, R. Krishnaiah, and he is serving by concentrating on the welfare of the people at the moment and dealing with the activities that will encourage people to advance.

He earned the respect of the people by keeping the promises, duties, and powers that had been given to him. As a result, he was appointed Vice President of the Telangana State BC Welfare Association by BC Welfare Association State President R. Krishnaiah. Through his kind heart, he has helped many people by carrying out the responsibilities assigned to him and gaining their reaction.

Participation in Associations:

He joined the APS RTC, and soon after joining, he was elected the Honourable President of the APS RTC of the Mancherial National Mazdoor Union from 1995 to 2007 for his dedication and sincerity towards the growth and welfare of the people by offering services to the general public and addressing the requirements of everyone who contacted him for assistance.

He strengthened his service and performed as the Vice President of TS RTC Staff and Worker’s Union and was appointed by an ex-MP, President of All India INTUC, and President of TSRTC Staff and Worker’s Union G. Sanjeeva Reddy and has been working in the position since 2017 by increasing his duties, continuously thinking about their well-being, and garnering the population’s respect.

He was designated as the Mancherial District Vice President of TS RTC Staff and Worker’s Union (INTUC) and was appointed by an ex-MP, President of All India INTUC, G. Sanjeeva Reddy, and has been working in the position since 2019 for his outstanding performance during his commitment to serve the people in all ways by actively working for the benefit of humanity, citing the code of conduct and disciplinary problems.

He was also a member of the Tractor Owners Association beginning in 1995. His constant attention and dedication to service resulted in his appointment as Tractor Owners Association President of Mancherial from 1995 to 1998 to promote the proper focus on the need for effective and comprehensive expansion among people by doing his part to overcome the hardships they faced.

In 1998, he joined the ACC Workers’ Union of Mancherial. He served as President of the ACC Workers’ Union of Mancherial from 1998 to 2006.

In 1995, Vangala Dayanand entered the Hamali Union and has been designated as the President of the Hamali Union of Mancherial since 1995.

Pandemic Services:

  • He stepped forward to help the needy affected by the lockdown and distributed vegetables and fruits to the villagers, needy ones, and Municipality workers by following the precautions.
  • Food items, Butter Milk, Eggs, Rice packs, etc., for drivers and migrant laborers whose livelihood has been affected during this lockdown period, were distributed.
  • He moved forward with humanity to help those in dire straits during the corona and provided financial assistance to those affected by the lockdown.
  • He apportioned Masks, Sanitizers and delivered varieties of food to the poor, and contributed to them financially.
