Pallapu N Rajesh Babu is the Youth leader of YSRCP in Madakasira Village, Anantapur Dist. He was born on 19-2-1991 to Vallapu Narayanappa&Shanthamma in Madakasira Village, Anantapur Dist. Rajesh Studied SSC Standard from Saraswathi Vidhya Mandal High School in Madakasira. He completed his Intermediate from LRG Naidu Junior College at Indukur. He attained his graduation of B.Sc Agriculture from Acharya N.G.College at Mahanandi, Kurnool Dist.
In the Year 2015, Rajesh Started his Political Career by joining into Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party(YSRCP). Since 2015, he was serving as a Youth Leader of YSRCP in Madakasira Village, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.
Recent Activities
- Rajesh Performed many social activities for the welfare of the village people.
- He assisted the flood victims in a financial way by donating every individual Rs.12000 at his own cost.
- He conducted a free Blood Donation Camp in his village. Rajesh renovated and repaired the Borewells for the proper functioning of Borewells in the village.
- He distributed fruits and Vegetables to the needy people in his Village. Rajesh provided financial assistance to the Poor and old People
- During the Pandemic lockdown, Rajesh distributed Essentials, Masks, and Sanitizers to the village people and also created awareness on how to maintain physical distance and follow precautionary measures to prevent the virus Corona.
- The whole village was sprayed with sodium hypochlorite solution.

- First and foremost, Along with Political Leaders, Rajesh distributed food, Glucose, and Juices in the Hospitals. With many people facing job losses and economic hardships due to lockdowns and restrictions,
- Rajesh’s food donations came as a lifeline for families struggling to put food on the table. His efforts ensured that no one in his vicinity had to endure the pangs of hunger during these challenging times.
- Rajesh’s compassion also extended to those who tragically lost their lives to COVID-19. He took it upon herself to volunteer and perform the last rites for those who passed away, especially for individuals who did not have family members or support in their final moments. His selfless gesture brought comfort to the grieving families and offered solace during their darkest hours.

He distributed fruits, gloves, masks, and sanitizers to hospitals and healthcare facilities, ensuring that frontline workers had the necessary protection while caring for COVID-19 patients.
