Honored to serve my community and contribute to the betterment of society, I, Valdas Raju Kalabhairava, hail from the village of BN Thimmapur in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, Telangana. Born into a family deeply committed to community welfare, I embarked on a journey of public service early in my life, driven by a desire to uplift the lives of my fellow citizens. My educational pursuits equipped me with the necessary knowledge and skills to address the challenges facing our society. During the Telangana Movement of 2012, I actively advocated for the creation of our beloved state, Telangana, demonstrating my unwavering dedication to the aspirations of our people.

Joining the political arena in 2012 under the esteemed banner of the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), I dedicated myself to serving the people with integrity and compassion. From grassroots leadership as the Village President of BN Thimmapur to assuming key roles such as Mandal Secretary and Division Convenor, I have relentlessly worked towards the welfare of our community, striving to address their needs and concerns effectively. In 2022, driven by a shared vision for progress, I formalized my association with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), inspired by their commitment to serving the nation and upholding democratic values.

As the Gudur Narayana Reddy Yuvasena President and later appointed as the Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District General Secretary of the BJP, I have remained steadfast in my commitment to the people and the party’s principles. With each responsibility bestowed upon me, I have endeavored to fulfill my duties with diligence, ensuring the well-being of our community and the advancement of our party’s objectives. Upholding transparency, accountability, and inclusivity, I strive to build a society where every individual has the opportunity to thrive and contribute to the nation’s progress.

An Insight into His Life and Accomplishments:

Shri. Valdas Raju Kalabhairava was born on September 16th, 1993 to the couple Mr. Mrs.Valdas Narsimha in BN Thimmapur Village of Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District of Telangana, into a family deeply rooted in community values.

Kalabhairava’s educational journey began, in BN Thimmapur where he completed the Zilla Parishad High School, BN Thimmapur, where he completed his SSC qualification in 2008. He then pursued his Intermediate education at Government Junior College, in 2010. Continuing his academic journey, he enrolled at Sai Krupa Degree College, Bhongir, where he obtained his graduation degree in 2013.

TELANGANA MOVEMENT:

Kalabhairava was a Telangana Activist, During Telangana Movement i.e., in 2012, Kalabhairava played an active role and fought for the creation of a new state, Telangana, from the pre-existing state of Andhra Pradesh in India.

He has been served conscientiously for the prosperity of the people from the party’s inception to the present day, consistently aspiring for the party’s and society’s advancement, and performing desperate service to society and for the goodness of the people.

He participated in many social Programs and was involved in Million March, Bike Rallies, and Dharna’s to form Telangana as a separate State. Dhoom-Dham Event has been set up for the emergence of Telangana state.

CAREER IN POLITICS IN TDP:

Driven by a lifelong commitment to public service, Kalabhairava embarked on his political journey in 2012, aligning himself with the Telugu Desam Party (TDP), a political entity established by N.T. Rama Rao and led by N. Chandrababu Naidu, the former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. Inspired by his family’s legacy, Kalabhairava’s unwavering determination propelled him into the realm of active politics.

Village Leadership as President-

In recognition of his dedication and altruism towards the welfare of the people, Kalabhairava was appointed as the Village President of BN Thimmapur by the TDP in 2012. In this role, he diligently worked to alleviate the challenges faced by the community, demonstrating his commitment to serving their needs and fostering development at the grassroots level.

Ascension to Mandal Secretary-

In 2016, Kalabhairava furthered his political engagement by assuming the role of Mandal Secretary of Bhongir within the TDP. Accepting this responsibility, he dedicated himself to addressing the concerns of the people and providing essential services to meet their requirements. His tenure as Mandal Secretary underscored his steadfast commitment to the welfare of the populace and his proactive approach to resolving community issues.

Leadership in Telangana Praja Front (TPF)-

Elevating his political stature, Kalabhairava attained the position of Division Convenor in the Telangana Praja Front (TPF) from 2018 to 2022. His notable electoral victory during this period empowered him to effectively advocate for the interests of the public and address their grievances with proficiency. Throughout his tenure, Kalabhairava remained dedicated to upholding the core values and principles of the party, demonstrating exemplary leadership and commitment to the advancement of the community and the party’s objectives.

Formal Entry into BJP Party-

In June 2022, Kalabhairava, drawn by the leadership of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), officially aligned himself with the party, led by Shri. Gudur Narayana Reddy. Motivated by the ideologies and principles espoused by BJP leaders, Kalabhairava wholeheartedly embraced his new political affiliation, demonstrating a sincere interest in the party’s ethos and actively engaging in its various endeavors.

Leadership Role as a Gudur Narayana Reddy Yuvasena President-

Elevating his commitment to the BJP cause, Kalabhairava assumed the prestigious role of Gudur Narayana Reddy Yuvasena President from 2022 to 2024. In this capacity, he diligently served the people, addressing their challenges and working tirelessly for their betterment.

Promotion and Responsibilities in District General Secretary-

Recognizing his dedication and exemplary service, Kalabhairava was appointed as the Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District General Secretary of the BJP party in 2024. This promotion was a testament to his unwavering commitment to the welfare of the people and his steadfast adherence to the party’s principles and code of conduct. Throughout his tenure, Kalabhairava remained focused on maintaining the trust of the people and advancing the party’s objectives, ensuring both immediate welfare initiatives and long-term party growth.

Involvement in Social & Party Activities –

• Expanding his philanthropic endeavors, Kalabhairava extended support to impoverished individuals and orphans severely impacted by family tragedies, offering a designated amount for the welfare of bereaved families.
• In the years 2016-17, Kalabhairava actively advocated for addressing the Dam Issue as a vocal representative in BN Thimmapur, located in the Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district of Telangana.
• Kalabhairava actively attended all party meetings and gatherings, consistently accompanying Shri. Gudur Narayana Reddy.
• In the village, he contributed by distributing food to the elderly and orphaned children and supplying mineral water to residents. Notably, Kalabhairava prioritized addressing student issues, focusing on concerns like fee reimbursement and timely scholarship disbursements, ensuring swift access to educational benefits.
• For the elderly and needy in the village, he provided essential resources and financial assistance, alleviating their struggles. His advocacy extended to fighting for the people’s concerns, welfare, and rights, resulting in successful developmental initiatives within the colony.
• Investing in grassroots leadership, Kalabhairava initiated and participated in Mandal and Village-level meetings, motivating youngsters and emerging leaders with his speeches.
• Engaging extensively in social service activities, he worked diligently to bring various state and central government schemes to public awareness, assisting them in obtaining benefits. Building strong and cordial relationships across various demographics and leadership levels, he devoted substantial time and energy to publicizing and facilitating citizen participation in government-sponsored programs at both state and federal levels.
• Organizing numerous protests and dharnas, Kalabhairava vehemently opposed anti-people policies of the federal and state governments.
• At the district level, he spearheaded various social programs, demonstrating his commitment to assisting those in need. Known for his proactive approach, Kalabhairava addresses neighborhood issues with a problem-solving mindset.
  Kalabhairava spearheaded village development initiatives, overseeing the construction of CC Roads, installation of bore wells, installation of street lights, clearance of drainage systems, and resolution of water-related issues.
  Demonstrating a commitment to community welfare, Kalabhairava not only provided financial support but also extended various forms of relief to the needy residents of the village, standing as a pillar of support during challenging times.
  Furthermore, he broadened his philanthropic endeavors by aiding impoverished individuals and orphans profoundly impacted by family tragedies, offering a designated amount for the well-being of bereaved families.

Pandemic Services –

• During the COVID-19 pandemic, Kalabhairava displayed extraordinary dedication to serving the public and providing relief to those facing the brunt of the crisis. As the pandemic unleashed its devastating impact on communities, Kalabhairava recognized the urgent need for support and took immediate action to alleviate the suffering of the vulnerable.
• First and foremost, Along with Gudur Narayana Reddy, Kalabhairava distributed food, Glucose, and Juices in the Hospitals. With many people facing job losses and economic hardships due to lock downs and restrictions,
• Kalabhairava’s food donations came as a lifeline for families struggling to put food on the table. His efforts ensured that no one in his vicinity had to endure the pangs of hunger during these challenging times.
• Kalabhairava’s compassion also extended to those who tragically lost their lives to COVID-19. He took it upon herself to volunteer and perform the last rites for those who passed away, especially for individuals who did not have family members or support in their final moments. His selfless gesture brought comfort to the grieving families and offered solace during their darkest hours.
• In addition to his immediate relief efforts, Kalabhairava actively participated in various medical aid initiatives. He distributed fruits, gloves, masks, and sanitizers to hospitals and healthcare facilities, ensuring that frontline workers had the necessary protection while caring for COVID-19 patients. By supporting medical staff and institutions, he contributed to the collective effort to combat the pandemic and safeguard public health.
