Vakkala Shiva Kumar

Vakkala Shiva Kumar is an Indian Politician of the INC Party Telangana. He was born on 16th December 1991 in Rudragudem village. His parents were Ramanna and Sarojana.

Education Background:

In 2007, Shiva Kumar earned his Board of Secondary Education from ZP high School, Rudragudem, and completed Intermediate from Kakatiya junior college, Narsampet. In 2012, Shiva Kumar received his Graduation(Degree) from Govt Degree College. He gets into higher education with his Post Graduation. He attained PG from Siddharth Degree and PG college. In 2015, Shiva Kumar acquired B.Ed from St.John’s college, Aswaraopeta.

Professional Life:

Shiva Kumar worked as a Private Teacher from 2015-to 2019.

A career in Politics:

In 2011, He was selected and served as General Secretary of Rudra Youth Association from Rudragudem.

In 2019, Shiva Kumar entered into Active Politics with the Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP). Shiva Kumar gave his contributions to the “Bandi Sanjay Padayatra”, “Warangal Prashikshana” programs. He took part in many party welfare programs under the auspicious of Revuri Prakash Reddy.
In the Year of 2022, Vakkala Shiva Kumar is appointed as District Spoke Person of Warangal.

 Role and participation in Indian National Congress Party:

Then, Shiva Kumar moved to the Indian National Congress party to assist the people and for the development of the party.
For his work and humility towards the growth and the welfare of the people, On the 25th of November 2023, Shiva Kumar was Joined the INC Party by providing services to the people by satisfying the requirements of everyone who appealed to him for assistance.
he upholds the trust that the people have placed in hipeople’s trustentrating on the welfare of the people at the moment and dealing with the activities that will encourage the Party to advance.

Telangana Movement:

The Telangana Movement refers to a movement for the creation of a new state, Telangana, from the pre-existing state of Andhra Pradesh in India. After several years of protest and agitation, the central government, under the United Progressive Alliance, decided to bifurcate the existing Andhra Pradesh state, and on 07-February-2014, the Union Cabinet unilaterally cleared the bill for the creation of Telangana. Lasting for almost a decade, this has been one of the most long-lasting movements in South India.

Shiva Kumar played an active role during the late 2000s Telangana Separate State Movement spearheaded by now-CM, K.Chandrashekar Rao and took part in Hunger Strikes, Rally, Protest Programs, Million March, Chalo Hyderabad, Vanta-Varpu, Bike Rallies, as a part of Telangana Movement he has participated in the Telangana Movement activities along with Kodanda Ram Sir and also arrested by the police during the agitation.

Shiva Kumar and BJP activists were involved in the house-to-house campaign in support of Etela Rajendhar during the Huzurabad elections. He has been celebrating Vajpayee’s birth anniversary every year at Mandal Level.

Shiva Kumar initiated a Dalit Bandh demanding that a Dalit bandh be declared for the Narsampet constituency. Shiva Kumar and BJP leaders participated in the Ayodhya Ram Mandir money collecting program.

BJP leaders and activists across the state have taken the initiative, demanding that the problems of farmers in Telangana be resolved on the orders of BJP president Bandi Sanjay. They demanded the purchase of grain on a war footing, the payment of support price for tainted and discolored grain, an end to harassment of farmers in the name of depreciation, and the implementation of debt forgiveness.

Activities being BJP Activist:

•  Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Nallabelli Mandal president Bodhireddy Pratap Reddy has demanded the immediate release of Bandi Sanjay. They demanded that the state president of the Bharatiya Janata Party drop the illegal charges against Bandi Sanjay and release him.
• Mandal President Sivakumar was felicitated on the occasion of the 97th birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee by placing flowers on his portrait.
• On the occasion of Constitution Maker B.R.Ambedkar birth anniversary, under the auspices of Bharatiya Janata Party in Nallabelli Mandal, Mandal President Bodhi Reddy Pratap Reddy, Nallabelli Mandal General Secretary Valle Ramesh, and Mandal President Sivakumar laid flowers and paid tributes to his portrait.
• A protest was organized under the auspices of the BJYM Warangal Rural District. Warangal Rural District BJYM & BJP Mandal Presidents and Mandal District Leaders participated in the event on a large scale near Warangal Khammam Highway Petrol Pump.

Yuvamorcha Demands:

1. Job advertisement should be issued immediately for the replacement of 2 lakh jobs to be filled in the state.
2. Unemployment benefits should be paid to the unemployed in the state immediately after coming into power for the second time as announced by CM KCR.
3. Private teachers and private lecturers who have not been paid for 9 months due to corona lockdown or are in serious trouble should be given 9 months honorarium and supported immediately.

• Bondi Reddy Pratapareddy, Valle Ramesh, Banotu Ravikumar, the late Nagraj, Laxman, and Vakkala Sivakumar have petitioned the MRO to abolish the LRS which has become a menace to the poor and to grant double bedroom houses to the deserving poor immediately.

Shiva Kumar’s effort during the Pandemic

-Pandemic hit the people’s lives very badly. Ordinary people could not survive during the Covid crisis

-As a responsible leader Shiva Kumar gave his contribution even during the covid time.

-In the Pandemic Period, he distributed fruits, food packets, and water bottles to the road siders and also distributed blankets to them.

-He provided food and rice bags to the migrants and also contributed to them financially.

-Provided annadhanam program to the Police, Municipal, front-line workers who served a lot during the corona crisis.

-Conducted awareness programs on the maintenance of Physical distance and following precautionary measures to prevent the epidemic in Corona.

-He financially helped covid victims by providing vitamin tablets, masks, Sanitizers, and fruits.

-Shiva Kumar put his effort to serve people even during the covid second wave.

-He distributed vegetables and fruits to the village people and needy people.

-Awareness camps and seminars were organized on the Covid-19 vaccine and about the effects of the virus.

-The area infected with the coronavirus has been declared a red zone and people have been given proper precautions and instructions.

-Delivered food, supplements for the covid victims by home delivery.
