Vadthyavath Ramesh Nayak

Vadthyavath Ramesh Nayak is the State General Secretary of Girijana Vidyarthi Sangham(GVS) from Telangana. He was born on 30-01-1988. His parents were Badru Nayak and Ghammy.

EDUCATION BACKGROUND:

In 2003, Ramesh Nayak completed the Board of Secondary Education from ZPHS, a Boy’s school near Badepally. In 2005, He earned undergraduate(Intermediate) at Govt junior Boys college, located at Jadcherla.

He attained his Graduation Degree(B.A) from Ambedkar open university. Ramesh Nayak gets into higher education with his Masters he received his M.A(English) from BR. Ambedkar open university. He is pursuing an LLB at Kesava Memorial College of Law, resided at Narayanaguda, Hyderabad.

PROFESSIONAL CAREER:

Ramesh Nayak came up with many difficulties since childhood. He studied hard to support his family financially and got a job as an RTC Employee.

TELANGANA MOVEMENT:

Ramesh along with party leaders participated in Telangana Movement and played an active role during the late 2000s Telangana Separate State Movement was spearheaded by now-CM, K.Chandrashekar Rao. He took part in Hunger Strike, Dharans, Rasta Roco, Chalo Hyderabad, Vanta-Varpu programs as part of the Telangana Movement. He continued to hold hunger strikes, rallies, and dharnas until a separate state was formed.

POLITICAL CAREER:

Ramesh Nayak came into Active Politics through the Girijana Vidyarthi Sangham. He became known as a public leader in the shortest period of time due to his active participation in the Girijana Vidyarthi Sangham. In 2014, He was elected as Mandal President of Jadcherla from Girijana Vidyarthi Sangham. He becomes Constituency President in 2015.

Ramesh Nayak constantly fights for the rights of the Girijana people. So far he has done many fasting initiations, rallies, and dharnas. Ramesh always takes the lead in doing justice to the tribals no matter what the difficulty. He took charge as District President of Girijana Vidyarthi Sangham in 2016. Seeing his patriotism for the Girijanas, the presidents of the community appointed him State Secretary of Girijana Vidyarthi Sangham in 2017.

He took initiative and conducted the “Ma Tanda lo – Ma Rajyam” program.

-Establishment of study circles in each district and constituency center.

ACTIVITIES THROUGH GIRIJANA VIDYARTHI SANGHAM:

On the occasion of the 75th Independence Day at the Jadcherla Gandhi Trust premises, the public associations unveiled the National flag and celebrated Independence Day. Girijana Vidyarthi Sangham State General Secretary Ramesh Nayak and other leaders were present on the occasion.

BC sub-plan state leader Sattayya demanded that the government immediately release subsidized loans to BCs. He was speaking after attending a roundtable meeting of public associations organized by the BC Sena at the Jadcherla office. The meeting was attended by State Secretary Ramesh Nayak, state general secretary Krishna Yadav and others.

On the occasion of the birthday of BC Sena state general secretary Burgupalli Krishna Yadav, a self-respecting voice of the Bahujanas, leaders and Ramesh Nayak celebrated the birthday in front of the statues of Mahatma Jyotirao Poole and Savitri Bai Phule at the MRC Bhavan under the auspices of the community.

On the occasion of Professor Jayashankar Jayanti, the leaders of the student unions presented flowers to his portrait under the auspices of the community and organized the Jayanti celebrations, as well as the leaders, appealed to Jayashankar Sar to give Bharat Ratna for his service.

Girijana Vidyarthi Sangham State General Secretary Ramesh Nayak took part in Akhilapaksha Dharna and spoke at an all-party dharna held at the Jadcherla Signal Gadda for the protection of the lands of the Jadcherla Gandhi Trust.

Coordinators Ramesh Nayak and Krishna Yadav went on a one-day hunger strike under the auspices of the Jadcherla Revenue Division Sadhana Samithi demanding the formation of a Jadcherla Revenue Division. He demanded that the government respond and declare the Jadcherla Constituency Center as a Revenue Division. They said the fighting would not stop until the Revenue Division was achieved.

SERVICE DURING PANDEMIC COVID-19:

-Ramesh Nayak gave his contribution even in the covid tough times. He distributed Essentials, Masks, Sanitizers to the village and poor people.

-He provided rice packets, pulihora, water bottles, in the lockdown time to the poor and the elderly who live near the parks on the road cannot find anything to eat.

-Provided free food service to the Police, Municipal Workers, Front line Workers who served a lot during the pandemic.

-Organized awareness programs on precautions to be taken to prevent covid and said no need to panic.

-Arranged buses for the migrants to go to their villages and provided financial assistance to them.

-Awareness camps and seminars were organized on the Covid-19 vaccine and about the effects of the virus.

-Delivered food for the covid victims, made them mentally strong with his motivational words.

-He donates food and clothes to poor and orphaned children during the Second Wave Corona and satisfies the hunger of many orphans.

-Ramesh Nayak would bring oxygen cylinders to the areas where Covid victims were being treated.
