Anand Tupath was born on January 19, 1975, in the serene village of Rasala in the Mahaboobnagar district. He was the cherished son of Shankaraiah and Nagamanamma, who instilled in him the values of hard work and perseverance from a young age.
Anand’s educational journey began in 1994, when he completed his secondary Board of education at Modern High School in Mahabubnagar. He completed Intermediate from Pragati Mahavidyalaya, King Koti, Hyderabad, in 1996 and graduated with a Diploma in Civil Engineering. This solid educational foundation laid the groundwork for his future endeavours, equipping him with the knowledge and skills that would later support his illustrious political career.

Anand officially entered active politics in 2018 when he joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
