Tupakula Jakeer Hussain

Tupakula Jakeer Hussain is the Social Media Mandal Convenor of Medikonduru from the YSRCP. He was born on 21st April 1996 to the couple Mahamed Unnar and Ghabbi in Rachanapalli.

Education Background:

In 2011, Jakeer Hussain completed his schooling at Medikonduru and earned his undergraduate(Intermediate) from Pragathi junior college, Sattenapalle. He attained his Graduation(B.Tech) from Nalanda degree college, Sattenapalle.

A Career in Politics:

Jakeer Hussain has been with the late CM YS. Rajasekhar Reddy since he was in the Congress party. He joined the Yuvajana Shramika Rythu Congress Party(YSRCP) when YS Jagan formed the YSRCP party after the death of YS Rajasekhar Reddy.

Jakeer Hussain is a dedicated follower of YS. Rajasekhar Reddy and our beloved CM YS.Jagan Mohan Reddy. He follows in their footsteps and respects his theories.

Jakeer Hussain was active in politics during his college days. He was elected as College Youth President due to his active participation in student issues. He becomes Youth Vice President from the YSRCP in 2015.

In 2016, Jakeer Hussain served as Nalanda College Youth President. He played an active role in all party activities and performed dharnas, rasta rokos, huger strikes against injustice. His humble service captivated the minds of the people, hoping that they would connect with him.

During Hussain’s ten years tenure as YSRCP Leader, he rose to become one of the most powerful leaders in the Mandal itself.

In 2021, Jakeer Hussain was appointed as Ward in in Incharge of the 4th ward from Medikonduru from the YSRCP. The people of Medikonduru elected him as MPTC in recognition of his strong commitment and constant dedication towards the service. He took charge as Word School Incharge. He was selected as Muslim Development Committee Member.

Programs by Hussain as a Responsible Leader:

• During his reign, Hussain was also recognized as a conscientious social citizen. He made him always available to the public.
• As part of the Jagan Padayatra, Hussain made a pilgrimage in Narasaraopet, Guntur, Mangalagiri, Satthanapalli, Piduguralla, Tirupuram and Medikondur.
• Hussain founded the PCDL institute to donate blood so that no one would lose their lives due to the unavailability of blood.
• He protests and holds dharnas against the decisions taken by the government against the people and seeks justice for the people.
• He fought and solved the issues like pensions, Ration cards, Health cards.
• As a part of Environmental Protection, he plants seedlings in the premises of Medikonduru.
• He also supports students and fought on their issues such as the fight for quick release of job notifications, conducting job mela, etc.
• Hussain and YSRCP members staged a dharna to demand a reduction in inflated petrol and diesel prices.

Pandemic Services:

-Hussain rendered his service to the people of  Medikonduru village even during the corona which terrorized the whole country.

-He distributed food and rice bags to the migrants and also contributed to them financially.

-He donates rice bags, vegetables, and medicine to covid victims who are suffering from covid and cannot go out to fetch food.

-He also supported the poor financially by providing essential goods for those who could not find employment or food due to the lockdown.

-Provided annadhanam program to the Police, Municipal, front-line workers who served a lot during the corona crisis.

-Conducted awareness programs on the maintenance of Physical distance and following precautionary measures to prevent the epidemic in Corona.

-Hussain put his effort to serve people even during the covid second wave.

-He distributed vegetables and fruits to the village people and needy people.

-Awareness camps and seminars were organized on the Covid-19 vaccine and about the effects of the virus.

-Organized awareness programs on precautions to be taken to prevent covid and said no need to panic.

-The area infected with the coronavirus has been declared a red zone and people have been given proper precautions and instructions.
