Thummala Anuradha Pandu

Thummala Anuradha Pandu was the Councilor of the 6th Ward of Bhuvanagiri, from the state of Telangana.

Born and Education:

She was born on 08-08-1983 to the couple Agaiah and Laxmi in Bhuvanagiri.

She completed SSC in ZPHS School in 1996.

Anuradha married Pandu who was also active in Politics.

Professional Life:

She is doing Business since 2012.

Political Career of Anuradha Pandu:

In 2005, She started her political journey with the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) party.

She joined the Congress party in 2015. Anuradha established herself as a Public Leader as soon as she joined the party by contributing to the party’s welfare activities. In acknowledgment of her efforts and hard work, he was designated a Party Worker and a Social Worker by party officials and was a key strategist for being instrumental in successfully working as a party activist.

She was Independently elected as Councilor of the 6th Ward from Bhuvanagiri in 2020 and has successfully fulfilled her roles and responsibilities. Later on, She re-joined the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) party in 2020.

Anuradha’s husband Pandu also gave his valuable contributions to the party and the people. Pandu played an active role during the late 2000s Telangana Separate State Movement spearheaded by now-CM, K.Chandrashekar Rao. He took part in Chalo Hyderabad, Vanta Varpu, dharnas, rasta rokos, protest programs, and rallies as part of the Telangana Movement. He worked as a Campaigner in MLA, and MP Elections.

Social Service:

• Donated Safety kits to frontline workers in Bhuvanagiri.
• Street lights were set up.
• Distributed Essential Needs in Pandemic COVID-19 time.
• Awareness was created on how to practice social distance.
• The village was sprayed with sodium hypochlorite solution.
• Sand roads were paved in the village.
• Wet and dry bins were distributed to households. We have also created awareness of wet garbage and dry garbage.
• On behalf of our villagers and school children, computers with the intention of providing digital classes to the students of the government school in the village.
• She has done so many Social Activities like she donated money to poor people. She has done funeral programs for dead people. She gave rice to poor people.
