Anksha Reddy is married to Mr. Kalathoor Nirup Reddy, a renowned businessman in Telangana known for his impactful work across multiple industries. Their partnership reflects a shared commitment to progress and innovation, both in business and community service.
Her educational journey began in Hyderabad, where she attended DRS International IB World School, completing her SSC in 2012, and then Villa Marie College for her intermediate studies in 2014. She furthered her academic pursuits internationally, completing a BBA from the University of Bedfordshire in London and a Master’s in Business Analytics from La Trobe University, Melbourne, building a robust foundation in both legal and business fields.

Anksha Reddy is a dedicated sports enthusiast with a passion for both physical and intellectual pursuits. She has trained rigorously in Karate for five years, earning a prestigious National Gold Medal in the discipline. Her exceptional skills have been recognized by the Japan Karate Association, where she holds a licensed certificate for her ranks. In addition to her Karate achievements, Anksha Reddy also excelled in skating, securing a National Level Bronze Medal.
Beyond her athletic accomplishments, Anksha Reddy has a natural inclination for active participation in various competitive arenas. She has engaged in numerous debates, essay writing contests, and art competitions, showcasing her diverse talents. Early Political Ambitions and Continued Involvement
At just 21 years old, Anksha Reddy took a bold step into the political arena by submitting her nomination for the ZPTC position in Thoguta within the Dubbaka Constituency, Siddipet District. However, she was compelled to withdraw her nomination due to a request from higher officials within the TPPC. Despite this setback, Anksha Reddy remained deeply involved in the electoral process, consistently supporting her cadre and working tirelessly to strengthen their electoral prospects.

Anksha Reddy’s political career began when he joined the Indian National Congress Party, inspired by the vision of Andhra Pradesh’s former Chief Minister, the late Shri YS Rajasekhara Reddy, and her father’s lifelong dedication to politics. Appointment as a District Youth Congress (DYC) President
Anksha Reddy made history by becoming the first woman to serve as the District Youth Congress (DYC) President for Siddipet, a prestigious role in Telangana. Her achievement marks a significant milestone in the region, where she stands as a trailblazer and a powerful advocate for youth empowerment. Anksha’s leadership is a source of inspiration, as she tirelessly works to guide and uplift the younger generation in her district, demonstrating her commitment to progress and equality.
Thumkunta Anksha Reddy was unlawfully detained by the police while she was assisting victims during the illegal demolition of homes in Kallakal village, located in the Gajwel constituency. Despite her efforts to support the affected families, she was forcibly taken into custody and brought to the police station without justification.
Active Involvement in Dharnas, Protests and Rallies-
- Thumkunta Anksha Reddy, the President of Siddipet District Youth Congress, extended her unwavering support to the youth of Yavapur village who have embarked on a hunger strike. The protest is in response to unfulfilled promises made by KCR, and Anksha Reddy stood in solidarity with the demonstrators, advocating for their cause and highlighting the need for accountability in leadership.
- In response to a call from the All India Congress Committee (AICC), the Gajwel Youth Congress organized a series of protests across Kallakal, Toopran, Mulugu, Markook, and Gouraram. These demonstrations were held to voice strong opposition against the rising prices of petrol, diesel, and gas in India, reflecting widespread public concern over the escalating cost of essential fuels.
- Anksha Reddy, the leader of the Siddipet Youth Congress, stood in solidarity with Congress party workers as they launched a protest demanding the swift implementation of the Dalit Bandhu scheme for Dalits across the state. Her support underscores her commitment to advocating for the rights and welfare of marginalized communities.
- A dharna program was organized in front of the Siddipet District Police Commissioner under the leadership of Siddipet District Congress Committee President Shri. Narsareddy and demanding that a criminal case be registered against the Assam CM on the call of PCC President Shri. Revanth Reddy, condemning the remarks made by Assam CM on our beloved leader Rahul Gandhi.
- A protest dharna was led by Mrs Virupaka Pranavi Srinivas Reddy, the female vice-president of Siddipet district, in response to the central government’s hike in petrol, diesel, and gas prices.
