Thota Ankamma Rao was an Active Leader in Kornepadu. He was born in 1983 to Thota Venkata Subbaiah & Baravamma in Kornepadu Village of Vatticherukuru Mandal, Guntur Dist.
In 1997, He has completed SSC Standard from ZP High School Kornepadu Village. Basically, he hails from an agricultural family.
In 2011, Rao started his political journey with the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party(YSRCP) and working as an Active Leader in Kornepadu village, Vatticherukuru, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
