Thokala Lavanya Muthenna is the Ward Member and Vice–Sarpanch from the TRS Party of Annaram village. He was born in 1976 to Thokala Ganaram & Lakshmi Bhai at Annaram.
In 1990, He completed his 7th Standard from ZP High School.
He was a Volunteer of Akshaya Kiranam, In 1995. He was the Leader of Gangaputra Sangam and he started his political journey with the TDP in 1996.
In 2009, He joined in the Telangana Rastra Samithi (TRS) Party. From 2014-2015 , Muthenna served as a Member of the Village Development Committee.
Thokala Lavanya Muthenna was elected as Ward Member and then she(Lavanya) selected as Vice-Sarpanch from the TRS Party of Annaram, in the 2019 local body elections.
