Thatikonda Ravi Kiran

 

Thatikonda Ravi Kiran is an Indian politician from the state of Telangana in southern India. He is serving as the BJYM District President of Warangal Rural.

EARLY LIFE & EDUCATION:-

He was born and bought up at Taharapu, Telangana on 05-August-1990. His parents were Thatikonda Shekar & Vijaya.

In 2005, He received his Secondary School Certificate at Navodaya High School resided in Shayampet and completed Intermediate at Vasavi Junior College in 2007.

Later, He obtained a Bachelors’s degree from Sri Gayathri Degree College at Hanmakonda in 2011 and he extended his education with the Post Graduation from the Kakatiya University in the year 2014.

POLITICAL LIFE

While he was continuing his Education from the years of 2009-2011, Ravi Kiran worked as a JAC Leader & was a Party Activist under ABVP (Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad) the Students Wing by providing services and fought for every issue related to students and sort out them within a minute of time. Constantly working hard for the student’s career from 2011 to 2013.

His hard work and commitment towards the work made him struggle hard to make his dreams and goals come true, and finally, he is rose to the top.

As being a student, fought for many issues like Fee Reimbursement, Meals for Hostelers with a protein diet, Reservation seats, Hostel Facilities to poor Students, Admissions for Students, numerous struggles over education, and many more.

Ravi Kiran debuted into active politics with great interest and with the idea of serving the people through the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in 2014.

As being a part of the BJP, he expresses keen interest and performs every activity for the recognition of the respective party.

Constantly striving for the welfare of the people and expressing his feelings of service, he provided a kind of encouragement with a passion to serve the people as being a BJYM Village President of Taharapu and discharged his duties by being very cautious during performing the activities of the Party between 2014 to 2015.

For his excellent performance during the process of his service in 2015, he was appointed as the BJYM Mandal President by carrying out his duties properly and following the rules and regulations of the party till 2017.

He extended his service and work by accepting the respectable position of BJP Social Media District Convenor of Warangal Rural in 2017 further enhancing his responsibilities so that he could stay closer to the people and monitor their well-being every moment.

His constant attention and pure dedication towards the service made him promoted to the BJYM District President of Warangal Rural in 2018 from BJP to promote the right perspective towards the need for holistic and sustainable development in people by doing his part to alleviate the hardships faced by the people till date.

From the day of inception to the present day, he has been working tirelessly for the welfare of the people, constantly striving for the development of the party and the society, and was rendering desperate service to the society through the positions.

simultaneously he is fulfilling his family responsibilities and proportionally balancing the multiple works.

During the ZPTC elections held in the year 2019, Ravi Kiran contested for the respectable position to serve the people in a better way but due to some unavoidable reason, their position has been vacated.

Mounika Ravi Kumar contested for the position of Sarpanch but the position was defeated with a minor difference in the vote percentage.

Recent Activities

• He organized the blood camp and medical camp in the village and donated the blood for the needy people. He financially assisted the poor people in the village and helped them in all possible ways.
  
• He distributed fruits and medicines to the village’s unhealthy students and needy people.
  
• Conducted Annadhanam Program, which is served and satisfied many hungry people in his village.
  
• Money was donated to the families of the poor during the wedding to support their families financially by giving 5016 rupees. Ravi Kiran assisted the death-affected family financially for their survival and also provides 50 kg of Rice bags to them.
  
• If anyone in the village encounters any problem, he will be at the forefront of the problem. He will assist those who come to him for help and provide the essential things that they require.
• Ravi Kiran financially helping nearly 45 students for their education by paying fees in schools and institutes.

Development Activities:

• He Participated in the Village development activities in the village like laying of CC Roads, Digging of Bore wells, Putting up Street Lights, Clearance of Drainage systems, and Solving water Problems.
  
• Conducted many party meetings and development activities for community development. He stood up for the poor and ensured the development of welfare. He always raises his hands to serve the poor.
  
• Every Year he celebrates Freedom Fighters Birth anniversaries and distributes food packets to the villagers and also conducts Cultural and Traditional programs in the village.
  
• He accompanied many Mandal level party meetings in the town and also organized Party Membership Programs. Many party development programs were carried out in the village for the growth of the party

Party Activities

• He is constantly being fought over the People’s problems and petitions are being handed over to the concerned authorities. During Elections, he actively participates in the Door-to-Door election campaign and worked hard to win the party in his locality.
  
• His hard work and commitment towards the work made him struggle hard to make his dreams and goals come true, and finally, he is rose to the top. He served under the BJP party by helping the below-poverty students unconditionally irrespective of their caste.
  
• BJP Party responsibilities and policies are explained to party activists and workers from time to time.
  
• As a party activist, he will be available to the people in the village at their difficult times.
  
• He played an active role and raised his voice to ensure welfare schemes for the poor people and helped them to survive their lives.
• Ravi Kiran is constantly fighting for the unemployed against the government.
• Dharnas, protests, struggles were carried out by Ravi Kiran and his team to not include Shayampet Mandal in Bhupalpally district and finally, they have achieved. The government has merged the Shayampet Mandal in Warangal Rural.

Pandemic Services

• He came forward to help the needy who have been affected by lockdown and distributed Rice bags, vegetables to the villagers, needy ones, and Municipality workers by following the precautions.
  
• Food item packets for drivers and migrant labourers were distributed whose livelihood has been affected during this lockdown period.
  
• He apportioned Masks, Sanitizers, and food to the poor and also contributed to them financially. To spread awareness about social distancing and following precautionary measures to prevent the Epidemic Corona an awareness program has been conducted.
  
• As part of the drive to eradicate the corona epidemic, Sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all over the village for safety of the village.
  
• He worked all days(Day and Night) during the Covid period and looked after the people. He is constantly available mainly to the poorest people in the zone.
