Thappetla Vijay Kumar is the General Secretary of BLF, Mahabubabad. He was born on 05-09-1991 to Venkata Narsaiah & Venkatamma in Venkampadu Village of Maripeda Mandal, Mahabubabad. In 2006, He completed his SSC Standard from ZPHS at Narsanapeta. In 2008, He studied Intermediate from Govt Junior college at Maripeda.

Vijay Kumar started his career as a Member of the Student’s Federation of India(SFI). From 2006-2008, He was Mandal Secretary of SFI in Maripeda. In 2011, He elected as an Incharge of SFI in Pedhavangara.

From 2011-2018, He was the Mandal President of Kula vivakshata Vetirekha Porata Sangam in Maripeda and was the District Assistant Secretary of Kula vivakshata Vetirekha Porata Sangam in Mahabubabad.

Vijay Kumar joined the BLF(Bahujan Left Front) in the presence of Tammineni Verabadram and Held a Mandal Convener of Pedhavangara. From 2018-2020, Vijay Kumar was the Convener of Mahabubabad, Jangaon, Warangal from Bahujan Left Front. He was the General Secretary of BLF, Mahabubabad, Telangana.
