Tellam Balaraju

Tellam Balaraju is a Member of the Legislative Assembly(MLA) of Polavaram Constituency from the YSRCP party. He was born in 1976 to Vada Gowri Kumaradu in Dhukuru Doramamidi. He has completed Intermediate. He completed B.tech. Basically, he hails from an Agricultural family.

He joined the Indian National Congress(INC) party. In  2004, He was first elected as an MLA from Polavaram(MLA) with the highest majority of 66,614 votes from the Congress party of Polavaram Constituency.

In 2009, in Andhra Pradesh Legislative Elections, he was elected as Member of Legislative Assembly(MLA) with the highest majority of 50,298 votes from the Congress party of Polavaram Constituency.

He joined the YSRCP party. In 2012, in Andhra Pradesh’s by-elections, he was won the post of Member of Legislative Assembly(MLA) of Polavaram Constituency from the YSRCP party.

In 2019, Andhra Pradesh Legislative Elections, he was elected as Member of Legislative Assembly(MLA) of Polavaram Constituency with the highest majority of 68453 votes from the YSRCP party.
