Taluru Lingana Gowda is an Indian politician belonging to the YSRCP. He is a prominent YSRCP leader with plenty of experience in the Political field. He currently holds the designation MPTC from Nadichagi, Kowthalam Mandal.

Born and Education:

On 10th April 1986, Lingana Gowda was born to Ramana Gowda and Muthamma. He was raised in Nadichagi village.

Lingana Gowda received his Board of Secondary Education in 1990 at Siddiganga Mata SRHS high school, located at Thunkur, Bangolore. He obtained his Intermediate from Govt PU college and resided at Thanukur. Lingana Gowda attained his Graduation(Degree) from Veerashaiva degree college, Raichur, Karnataka.

A career in NSS Service:

Lingana Gowda joined the NSS and is serving national service to give back to his country.

The National Service Scheme(NSS) is an Indian government sector public service program conducted by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports of the Government of India.

Lingana Gowda focuses a particular interest in Tree Plantation, Clean and Green program in Karnataka during his NSS Service.

Political Career of Lingana Gowda:

Lingana Gowda is deeply committed to Social Service and is constantly willing to contribute to the country’s prosperity. His passion for serving people prompted him to enter politics. He became involved in politics and began his political career as a Member of the Congress Party, with the influence of our beloved leader YS. Rajashekar Reddy.

Lingana Gowda contributed significantly to the Party’s development by participating in every event. He was elected an Active Leader by Party Officials who acknowledged his abilities to assist the public in whatever way feasible at any given time as a Social Worker and Party Worker.

Later, he switches to the Yuvajana Shramika Rythu Congress Party(YSRCP). Participating in party development programs made him one of the most influential leaders in the Mandal. He was recognised as a critical strategist for being instrumental in successfully working as a party activist.

Lingana Gowda is an Ardent Supporter of prominent YSRCP leader Ramanna Goud. He respects his views and adheres to his practices.

In 2009, he was appointed Adult Education Mandal Co-ordinator from Sarvashiksha Abhiyan – Sakshara Bharath Mission and was credited for carrying out the responsibility of being Mandal Co-ordinator.

In 2015, Lingana Gowda was selected and worked as Sri Chenna Basaveshwara Yuvaka Sangam General Secretary. He faithfully carried out his tasks to fulfil his obligations as General Secretary.

The people of Nadichagi elected him MPTC from Nadichagi, Kowthalam Mandal, hoping he would continue his services. During the term of the MPTC, he became more active in politics and has constantly strived for the people’s welfare. The Nadichagi’s residents considered Lingana Gowda’s regime to be the Leadership of the people. He has simplicity, flexibility and transparency in the people under his leadership.

Activities undertaken by Lingana being a Responsible MPTC:

Bala Nagireddy, the party’s district president and MLA, advised the success of the YSRCP plenary, which would be conducted at the constituency level for the first time since the party took control. During the leader’s session, he said everyone should engage in the programme. This event was attended by Kauthalam Mandal leaders Desai Krishna Swamy, Athrai Gowda, Nagaraju Gowda, Ramanna Gowda, and others.
MPTC Lingana Gowda visited Tehsildar Chandrasekhar at the Mandal Tehsildar office in Nadichagi Village and requested that the needy be given their own home as part of the Andhra State Government’s “House for the Homeless Poor” initiative.
Nadichagi Sarpanch Mahesh and Vice Sarpanch Nagesh appealed to the villagers to strive hard for the village’s prosperity. On this occasion, he said that the residents are experiencing difficulties due to rainwater storage in many of the village’s colonies and that the issue would be brought to the attention of the MLA and rectified. MPTC Lingana Gowda and community leaders attended this activity.
MLA Balanagi Reddy conducted “Bhumi Puja” for the agricultural godown building. Leaders said that the state government would create a farming godown in conjunction with the RBKs for the benefit of farmers under each secretariat to store their products. This session was attended by Mandal Cooperative Society CEO Venkatesh, MPTC Lingana Gowda, and farmers.
Village Sarpanch, MPTC Lingana Gowda, urged residents to help make Nadichagi village Mandal a clean town. During the news conference, he said that garbage should not be tossed wherever it may fall and that everyone should work together to keep the community clean.

Social Service:

Lingana Gowda takes initiation in Environment Protection and keeps village and school grounds clean.
He arranged a blood drive and a medical camp in the area and gave blood to those in need.
Linganna Gowda prohibited child marriages in the hamlet and educated the residents about the hazards of child marriage.
He repaired the road leading to the high school and provided water and basic facilities.
He addressed and resolved concerns like pensions, ration cards, health cards, and Aadhar card.
Lingana Gowda informed the villagers about the dangers of plastic use and prohibited its use in the village.
He educated the villagers on current technology and how to use smartphones.

Lingana Gowda’s Effort during the Pandemic:

Lingana Gowda acted humanely during the crisis, assisting individuals in distress and providing additional assistance to those afflicted by the lockdown.
During the crisis, he responded generously, aiding those in need and giving exceptional support to those impacted by the lockdown.
He offered financial assistance, masks, sanitizers, and meals to the underprivileged.
Lingana Gowda provided safety kits to the police, who gave an immersible service during the Pandemic.
For the public’s protection, sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all around the village as part of the effort to eliminate the corona outbreak.
In response to Prime Minister Modi’s call, he organized a Covid Vaccination Drive to raise awareness among the general public about the need for a free corona vaccination.
During the pandemic, A door to door survey was organized and raised awareness about the virus covid and provided precautions to be followed.

కౌతాళం మండలంలోని నదిచాగి గ్రామ పంచాయతి పరిధిలోని మ్యాళిగనూరు గ్రామంలో గత 30 ఏళ్ల నుంచి మసీదు కట్టడం లేకుండా పండగ కూడ జరగలేని పరిస్థితిని గ్రామ ప్రజలు వైఎస్సార్సీపీ గ్రామ నాయకులు రామనగౌడ గారి దృష్టికి తీసుకువచ్చారు, వెంటనే రామన గౌడ గారు స్పందించి 3లక్షల స్వంత నిధులతో మసీదు మందిరాన్ని నిర్మాణం చేయించడం జరిగింది. కార్యక్రమంలో మాజీ ఎంపిటిసి ఈశప్పగౌడ, ఎంపిటిసి లింగనగౌడ, ఉప సర్పంచ్ నాగేష్ , గ్రామస్థులు పాల్గొన్నారు.

కౌతాళం మండలం నదిచాగి మ్యాలిగనూరు గ్రామ రైతులకు ఆంద్ర రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రవేశ పెట్టిన వైఎస్ఆర్ ఉచిత పంటల భీమా పథకం లబ్దిదారుల జాబితాను మండల వ్యవసాయాధికారి ఆదేశాలతో వ్యవసాయ అధికారి వెంకటేశ్ రైతుల సమక్షంలో ప్రదర్శించడం జరిగింది. గ్రామ రైతులకు పత్తి పంటలకు సంబందించి 6423314/- మిరప పంటలకు 2222823/-, ఉల్లిపాయ పంటలకు 31724/-,వేరుశెనగ పంటలకు సంబందించి 38950/- గ్రామం మొత్తానికి వైఎస్ఆర్ ఉచిత భీమా పథకం కింద లిస్ట్ ప్రకారం 1010లబ్ధిదారులకు (8710811) 87లక్షల 10వేల 811రూపాయలు రావడం జరిగిందని ఎంపీటీసీ లింగన గౌడ గారు తెలిపారు

రాష్ట్ర ముఖ్యమంత్రి వై.ఎస్ జగన్మోహన్ రెడ్డి గారు ఎంతో ప్రతిష్టాత్మకంగా చేపట్టిన డా. వైయస్. ఆర్. సంచార పశు ఆరోగ్య సేవ రథంను ఎమ్మిగనూర్ ఆర్టీసి డిపో ఎంప్లాయిస్ యూనియన్ గౌరవ అధ్యక్షులు వై సీతారామిరెడ్డి అన్న గారి చేతుల మీదుగా ప్రారంభించారు. ముందుగా మండల కేంద్రంలోని వైఎస్సార్ అగ్రి టెస్టింగ్ ల్యాబ్ వద్దకు చేరుకున్న వాహానం పరిశీలించి వాహనంలో ఉండే ప్రత్యేక సదుపాయాలను గురించి అడిగి తెలుసుకున్నారు. అనంతరం లిఫ్టింగ్ సిస్టమ్ ను ప్రారంభించారు . అనంతరం పశు వైద్యాధికారి అశోక్ కుమార్ నేతృత్వంలో వై. సీతారామిరెడ్డి అన్న గారికి, వైఎస్సార్సీపీ మండల కన్వీనర్ జి. భీమిరెడ్డి, ఇన్ చార్జ్ /వ్యవసాయ సలహా మండలి అధ్యక్షులు విశ్వనాథ్ రెడ్డి, సర్పంచ్ తెల్లబండ్ల భీమయ్య గారికి పూలమాలలు వేసి శాలువ కప్పి సన్మానించారు.

I started my political career with the YSRCP party out of a desire to serve the people.

I firmly believe that a leader is someone who demonstrates what is possible. For more than ten years, I have stood by the people in politics, boosting their self-esteem and earning a respectable reputation.

Despite the obstacles at every step, I stand before the people today as a dedicated leader, pursuing the goal of political welfare without hesitation.

I shall be forever grateful to Mantralayam MLA Balanagi Reddy and my people for working so hard to get to this stage,

as well as the officials who helped make it happen. I will continue to work for the greater good.
