In the year 2013, He has completed his B. A from S.V University at Tirupathi. He started his own business in 2014 as a Hairdresser.
He started his political journey with the Praja Rajyam Party in 2009.
He joined the Janasena Party. In 2014, Pavan Kumar is the Member of Janasena Activists. He worked as a Social Worker, in 2019.
He was serving as Mandal President from the Janasena Party of Sangam.
Social Activities:
- Pavan Kumar is a Social Activist. He distributed Blankets, Fruits to the old aged people, donated dresses, food, to the orphans. Put Street Lights fought for village problems.
- Participated in Swachh Bharath programs. He encouraged the students by conducting awareness programs for each student to study. He makes orphan children study and allotted teachers to them
- He distributed Masks, sanitizers, Vegetables, Rice to nearly 9000 people at the time of COVID-19 lockdown. Donated masks, sanitizers, food to the Migrants, financially helped them.
