Sreekanth Lavanga (LV Sreekanth)

I, LV Sreekanth, a steadfast servant of the people and the BJP Party Medchal District Treasurer, born on June 1, 1973, to my nurturing parents, LV Ramana and LV Lakshmi. My early years in Medchal instilled in me a profound respect for community service and nationalistic values, guiding my lifelong dedication to public welfare. I laid the foundation for my academic pursuits with a Secondary School Certificate from ZPHS Boys, Medchal, in 1990, followed by a CEC course at Navodaya Junior College in 1992, and culminating in a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bavani New Science College in 1996. These milestones equipped me with the resilience and knowledge to lead effectively.

My political odyssey began in 1985 with the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), where I embraced the principles of discipline and service, shaping my character for future endeavours 1995, I aligned with the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP), channelling my energy into student activism and nationalist causes. This commitment led to my affiliation with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in 2000 under the guidance of Sri Patlolla Vikram Kumar, alongside my close friends, marking a new chapter in public service.

From 2000 to 2003, I served as the Medchal Municipal Organising Secretary, coordinating party efforts with passion, and was elected General Secretary from 2004 onward, managing operations with dedication. My involvement in the Telangana Statehood Campaign was a cornerstone, where I championed the movement from 2009 to 2014, participating in the Million March, Bike Rallies, and Dharnas, even enduring imprisonment during the Rail Roko protest. During the 1990-91 Karra Seva for the Ayodhya Ram Temple, I faced a hand fracture amid clashes in Medchal, yet my resolve remained unbroken.

As a BJP leader, I have mobilised election campaigns, advocated for employment and social equality, and supported farmers through their struggles. My community service includes distributing meals and mineral water to the elderly and orphans, and during the COVID-19 crisis, I distributed essentials, organised awareness rallies, and ensured sanitation for the vulnerable. In 2000, LV Sreekanth joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) under the guidance of Sri. Patlolla Vikram Kumar, accompanied by his close friends. During the 1990-91 period, while departing from Medchal to participate in the Karra Seva for the Ayodhya Ram Temple, Sreekanth sustained a hand fracture due to violent clashes that erupted in Medchal.
