Somasekhar Raju

Somasekhar Raju is an Indian politician of the YSRCP  and Social Media Co-Ordinator in V Kota Mandal, Andhra Pradesh.

CHILDHOOD AND EDUCATION:

On 28 September 1978, Somasekhar Raju was born to the couple Mr.Munivenkataraju & Mrs. Muniamma and raised in V Kota in the Indian State of  Andhra Pradesh.

In 1995, Somasekhar Raju acquired his Secondary Board of Education from Zilla Parishad High School located at V Kota in  Andhra Pradesh and he obtained his Intermediate in Sri Vani Junior College, V Kota.

PROFESSIONAL CAREER-

Somasekhar Raju began his Professional Career and started Dairy farm  Business, and ever since he started the profession, he simultaneously handling his family responsibilities.

EARLY CAREER IN POLITICS-

Somasekhar Raju has had a sense of service since childhood and intends to be able to do all services to the people politically. In 2014 he joined YSRCP (Yuvajana Shramika Rythu Congress Party). 

The YSRCP is an Indian regional political party based in Andhra Pradesh. Its president, Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, serves as the state’s chief minister. It is currently the fifth largest party in the Lok Sabha.

In 1989, Somasekhar Raju began his Political Career by entering the YSRCP (Yuvajana Shramika Rythu Congress Party). 

As a part of YSRCP, Somasekhar Raju expresses keen interest and performs every activity as a Party Activist by discharging his duties with a code of conduct and also for the recognition of the respective party.

Due to his active involvement, the authorities promoted him to the designation of Social Media Co-Ordinator from V Kota in 2021, hoping he would continue his services.

PARTY ACTIVITIES:

• Somasekhar Raju conducts awareness programs about welfare schemes and tells people how to use Government Schemes. The students in the government school are provided with the required stationery items every year.
• He was briefing the people on the welfare schemes introduced by the government for the upliftment of the backward classes through a mobilization Program.
• Many Mandal level District level development programs were carried out in the village for the growth of the party also organized Party Membership Programs, Participated very enthusiastically during the General and Local Body election, and briefly explained the rules of the party to every single voter, Raju worked hard for the victory of the party.
• During Elections, he actively participated in the Door-to-Door election campaign and worked hard to win the party in his locality.

SERVICE RENDERED DURING PANDEMIC COVID: 

• During Corona’s time, Raju did a lot of work for the poor. Without taking help from the government, Raju spent 25000 and distributed vegetables, rice, and medical kits to the people.
• He fulfills his tasks while also looking out for the welfare of the village’s and zone’s residents by addressing water, sanitation, and other minor issues.
• When the coronavirus was finally exterminated, sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed across the whole village to ensure that the villagers were not exposed to any harmful effects.
• He provided financial and humanitarian support to those impacted by the lockdown during Corona’s first and second waves. During the crisis, and responded with compassion, aiding people in distress and offering further assistance to those harmed by the locking down.
