Subrahmanya Sastry is an Indian Politician and current Founder of the Maithri Human Welfare Organization from the Indian State of Andhra Pradesh.

EARLY LIFE & EDUCATION –

On the 26th of December 1955, Subrahmanya Sastry was born to the couple Mr. Sistla Venkata Shivayya & Mrs. Sistla Sarojini Devi in Manchala village of Chebrole Mandal in Guntur district from the respective state of Andhra Pradesh in India.

He never believed in any Fancy education, he had a simple educational background as anyone did, Subrahmanya Sastry acquired his Secondary Board of Education in 1973 from Vidyanikethan located at Manchala in Andhra Pradesh.

EARLY CAREER IN POLITICS–

He strongly believes that education is the only way to eliminate social evils and uplift society and that it is the only way to reach out to deserving students from the most backward parts of society and provide them with opportunities to not only complete their education but also to transform into confident people.

After the accomplishment of his studies in 2003, Subrahmanya Sastry joined the Akhil Bharatiya Jan Sangh an Indian right wing Political Party and worked constantly as an Akhil Bharatiya Jan Sangh Member by solving the issues of Students.

Subrahmanya Sastry contested for the reputable position as MLA from Malakpet in Telangana during the election poll, but the slight margin of votes made him lose the position.

Subrahmanya Sastry flew with all parties MLA’s, Ministers, IPS, IAS people as a consequence of his active engagement in all Political Party Activities.

CAREER IN SOCIAL SERVICE-

He is a staunch believer that each and every individual should engage in social work that builds a sense of patriotism in their souls and one should constantly try to influence people around them by emphasizing that one is indebted to society.

With the sole idea of helping the poor in all possible ways, Subrahmanya Sastry in the year 1999 started to serve the people in all ways by leading himself to when they were in difficulty, and his pure sense of humor turned him into a great man with humanity.

He established a Maithri Human Welfare Organization which is a nonprofit organization situated at Guntur, and subbranch at Hyderabad and providing services to the people by satisfying the requirements of everyone who appealed to him for assistance.

He has been acting as the Founder of the Organization he fulfills his responsibilities and always being available to the people and gives them the help they need. Maithri Human Welfare Organization was expected to serve as a new experiment in the socio-development sector of India.

Activities Rendered Through Organization-

Maithri Human Welfare Organization runs a program to provide underprivileged HIV patients with adequate nutrition to help people battling HIV/AIDS withstand strong medical treatment and help them through recovery. organization’s volunteers identify patients and provide Antiretroviral therapy (ART) treatment.

The organization aims to provide rations and protein supplements to HIV+ patients including pregnant women.

Subrahmanya Sastry Provides food, medications, and extra-curricular facilities for people suffering from HIV+, Chicken Pox, Brain Fever, Chikungunya, Dengue, Science Flu, Brain Tumor, Sunstroke Diseases.

Services Rendered during Pandemic COVID-19-

• Subrahmanya Sastry sneaked away to assist people who had been affected by the lockdown by giving vegetables and fruits to the people, the homeless, and Municipality employees while following the procedures in place.
• An awareness demonstration was performed in order to raise awareness about social distance and the need of taking precautionary steps in an attempt to eliminate the Corona Epidemic from occurring.
• News reporters and police officers were honored and given shawls by Subrahmanya Sastry as a token of appreciation for their efforts in keeping the great news rolling while not jeopardizing their own lives throughout the epidemic and lockdown.
• The Covid Immunization Drive was organized in response to Prime Minister Modi’s plea in order to increase awareness among the general population about the need of acquiring a free corona vaccination.
