Smt. Shalini Jadhav was born and raised in Hyderabad, Telangana, as the eldest daughter of Mr. Prabhakar Rao Jaware and Mrs. Kasturi Bai Jaware. Her marriage to Mr. Venkateswar Rao Jadhav brought her into a family with a rich legacy of freedom fighters, including her in-laws, Mr. Dhodi Rao Jadhav and Mrs. Saraswati Bai Jadhav. Shalini Jadhav’s path was deeply influenced by her father and the heroic examples set by her family. Guided by these strong influences, along with mentorship from Mr. R. Chandra Shekhar Yadav, National Director of Citizen First Human Rights and son of freedom fighter Mr. Jagdish Arya, Shalini Jadhav has dedicated her life to serving society with unwavering commitment.

Shalini Jadhav pursued her education diligently, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Telangana. Smt. Shalini Jadhav was born and brought up in Hyderabad Telangana. She is the eldest daughter of  Mr. Prabhakar Rao Jaware and Mrs. Kasturi Bai Jaware, is married to Mr. Venkateswar Rao Jadhav, making her the second daughter-in-law of freedom fighter Mr. Dhodi Rao Jadhav and Mrs. Saraswati Bai Jadhav. Inspired by her father and guided by the legacy of esteemed freedom fighters Mr. Dhodi Rao Jadhav and Mr. Jagadish Arya, Shalini is deeply committed to serving society. Under the guidance of Citizen First Human Rights National Director, Mr. R. Republic Day Celebrations

Republic Day was celebrated at the Health League Ground, with the event jointly organized by the Health League and Citizen First Human Rights Association (CFHRA). Mrs. Shoba, Vice President of the HRD Wing, spearheaded the program, which featured various activities and tributes to honor the nation’s heritage. Community Outreach Program

Citizen First Human Rights Association’s South Zone Chairperson, Shalin Jadhav, in collaboration with the Feed for Needy team, organized a community outreach program at a slum area near Bowenpally Check Post. The event, which supported nearly 200 families, provided meals to the residents. During the program, Shalin Jadhav personally engaged with the children, encouraging them to pursue education and emphasizing the importance of attending school.

Womens Day Celebration

On March 8th, 2020, the Citizen First Human Rights Association, led by Shalin Jadhav, in collaboration with Health League, successfully celebrated International Women’s Day. NSS Camp

Children’s Day Celebrations

Shalin Jadhav visited the Happy Old Age Home in Trimulgherry, where she met Mohan Singh, an 82-year-old resident. Knowing that his last wish was to enjoy a Punjabi Thali, Shalin Jadhav fulfilled this heartfelt request by arranging his favorite dish. This gesture not only honored Mohan Singh’s wish but also demonstrated her deep compassion and commitment to the well-being of elderly individuals.

On her second day at the Hitex Convention Centre, Shalin Jadhav, South Zone Chairperson of the Citizen First Human Rights Association, actively participated in packing COVID-19 relief rations for Akshaya Patra. Her efforts were part of a broader initiative to support those affected by the pandemic.

Distribution of groceries

Volunteering with Youth for Seva (YFS) Hyderabad, in partnership with Akshaya Patra, Shalini Jadhav contributed to the initiative to pack 100,000 family kits at the Hitex Convention Centre. These kits, containing essential groceries and provisions, were prepared to support needy families.
