Shaik Samiullah Basha

Shaik Samiullah Basha is an Indian Politician and District Minority Leader of the Nellore District from the Political Party YSRCP.

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION:

On the 25th of March 1981, Shaik Samiullah Basha was born to the couple Mr. Shaik Abdul Satta Sahek and Mrs. Shaik Manika Begum in the village of Viswanatharavupeta in Bogole of Nellore District in the Indian State of Andhra Pradesh.

Samiullah Basha acquired his Secondary Board of Education in 2002 from Private High School at Podili in Prakasam District.

EARLY CAREER IN POLITICS:

Samiullah Basha began his Political Career in 1998 by joining the Telugu Desam Party(TDP) which was founded by N.T. Rama Rao and headed by N. Chandrababu Naidu the former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, with the purpose of addressing the people’s political requirements while also presenting a modest service.

As being a part of TDP, Samiullah Basha expresses keen interest and performs every activity as a Party Activist by discharging his duties with a code of conduct and also for the recognition of the respective party.

Basha was designated as the District Telugu Yuvata Secretary of Nellore from TDP to serve the people in all ways by working comprehensively all the time for the welfare of humankind by citing code of conduct and disciplinary issues.

For his determination, he was promoted as the Mandal General Secretary of Bogole from TDP in 2014 to discharge his duties only for the good of the people without compromising on the trust placed in him by the party.

After being discharged with the respective positions, Samiullah Basha switched to Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party(YSRCP) in 2020, was enchanted by the Andhra Pradesh state Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy’s services rendered to the people and he joined the YSRCP party and served as a Leader of the Party.

As being a part of YSRCP, he expresses keen interest and performs every activity as an Active Leader by discharging his duties with a code of conduct and also for the recognition of the respective party.

For his work humility towards the growth and the welfare of the people, he was appointed as the District Minority Leader of Nellore in Andhra Pradesh from YSRCP by providing services to the people by satisfing the requirements of everyone who appealed to him for assistance.

Samiullah Basha was an Andhra Pradesh Activist, He Participated in the Samaikyandhra Movement to prevent the division of the state – separating the Telangana districts of the state into a separate Telangana state by providing intellectual support.

Party Activities:

• He has been constantly fighting against anti-people decisions of the central and state governments and has staged many protests and dharnas.
• Samiullah Basha expressed that the effort would be possible only with the TDP party for the development of Dalits, minorities, the poor, and the minorities in the society.
• He is in complete opposition to the state government repealing new agricultural laws and other beneficial elements that will serve the survival of farmers.
• He was briefing the people on the welfare schemes introduced by the government for the upliftment of the backward classes through a mobilization Program.
• An awareness seminar was organized on behalf of the party in the village and in the zone to brief the people on the Chandranna welfare schemes and pamphlets were distributed to give them brief information.
• He has been instrumental in providing government land and housing titles from the government to the respective beneficiaries.
• Recalling the assurances given by the Jagan government during the Foot March, the Jagan government was criticized for saying that the outcome of those assurances did not fulfill all the aspirations of the people.
• To provide financial assistance to women registered with self-help groups Pasupu Kumkuma Scheme was made accessible to the women in the Locality.
• The Subsidy Loans and Grants are also made available to the beneficiaries for their revenue works and the setting up of mini businesses.

Social Activities:

• He protested that skyrocketing petrol, diesel, and gas prices would become another problem for ordinary people in the community.
• For the hefty price of the crops grown by the farmer, Samiullah Basha worked hard for the welfare of the farmers during his reign.
• During his reign, roads were laid as part of the colony’s development program, as well as repairing damaged roads.
• On the occasion of Birth Anniversaries of the Political Leaders, Samiullah Basha celebrates the occasion by organizing a Blood donation camp and conducting an Annadanam program at his Locality.
• In order to help the poor in the hospital during emergencies, Samiullah Basha handed over the government-implemented Health Sree cards to them.
• Dirty drains were covered in the expectation that by closing the drains and the Dumping Yards, the odor and sickness that emanated from them would be stopped.
• Ration card-related problems have been solved who are struggling with the shortage of essential commodities provided by their government with the ration card problem.
• As Pension money from the government is to support old age people to make ends meet but cirucmstances related to pensions were cleared by providing pensions to elderly people.
• Samiullah Basha offered financial support as well as other kinds of relief to the village’s needy people and will be accessible to the village’s residents during their tough times.
• Many service activities were organized such as blankets for beggars, clothes for the poor, and food for orphaned children.

Pandemic Services:

• Samiullah Basha acted humanely during the crisis, assisting individuals in distress and providing additional assistance to those afflicted by the lockdown.
• During the crisis, Samiullah Basha responded generously, aiding those in need and giving special support to those impacted by the lockdown.
• He offered masks, sanitizers, and meals to the underprivileged, as well as financial assistance.
• For the public’s protection, sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all around the village as part of the effort to eliminate the corona outbreak.
• In response to Prime Minister Modi’s call, he organized a Covid Vaccination Drive to raise awareness among the general public about the need of receiving a free corona vaccination.
• During the pandemic, A door to door survey was organized and raised awareness about the virus covid and provided precautions to be followed.
• When victims died as a direct result of Corona, and family members and locals were worried that no one would come ahead, Samiullah Basha attended and handled the burial of such people and also the Orphans in Hindu tradition.
