Shaik Moulali(Grand)

Shaik Moulali is an Indian Politician belonging to the TRS Party. He is the most prominent leader of the TRS. Currently, he is working as the 18th Ward Councilor of Sathupalli, Khammam district.

Born and Education:

On 1st June 1980, Moulali was born to the couple Khan Saheb and Meerabee in Udayagiri.

In 1994, Moulali earned his Board of Secondary Education at SBS School, Sathupally.

Professional Life:

Apart from his Political career, Moulali was also successful as a Businessman. He has a Bed Manufacturing Business. Moulali owns a Grand Furniture Showroom.

Political Career of Moulali:

In 2013, Moulali always had the utmost zeal and enthusiasm to serve and help the people in need. As a young boy, he offered his services voluntarily to the public. He started his Political Journey with the Yuvajana Shramika Rythu Congress Party(YSRCP).

About YSRCP:

He become an Party Activist and took part in “Gadapa Gadapa ki YSR” program, he made people aware of YSRCP schemes such as Jagananna Amma Vodi, Jagananna Chedodu, Jagananna Vidya Kanuka, Illa Pattalu, YSR Arogya scheme, YSR Bima, YSR Pension Kanuka, YR Rythu Bharosa, YSR Sunna Vaddi Pathakam, YSR Vahana Mitra etc. He made the Navaratnalu scheme available to everyone. He gave his contributions to Samaikyandhra Movement, for Special Status, also took part in Y.S Jagan’s, Y.S Sharmila’s Padayatra.

Moulali was selected and served as Town President of Sathupalli he held position from 2015-to 2016. Due to certain consequences, Moulali left the YSRCP. He switches over the Telangana Rashtra Samiti(TRS) in 2017.

Telangana Movement:

The Telangana Movement refers to a movement for the creation of a new state, Telangana, from the pre-existing state of Andhra Pradesh in India. The new state corresponds to the Telugu-speaking portions of the erstwhile princely state of Hyderabad. After several years of protest and agitation, the central government, under the United Progressive Alliance, decided to bifurcate the existing Andhra Pradesh state, and on 7 February 2014, the Union Cabinet unilaterally cleared the bill for the creation of Telangana. Lasting for almost a decade, this has been one of the most long-lasting movements in South India.

Moulali played an active role during the late 2000s Telangana Separate State Movement spearheaded by now-CM, K.Chandrashekar Rao. He took part in Chalo Hyderabad, Vanta Varpu, dharnas, rasta rokos, protest programs, rallies as part of the Telangana Movement.

Due to his active participation, the TRS party officials promoted Moulali as District President of KCR Sevadhalam from Khammam.

Moulali was contested and elected as 18th Ward Councilor of Sathupalli, Khammam district he was currently working in the position.

He held dharnas and rastarokos across the country to demand equal rights for minorities.

Moulali also encourages cultural activities. He organized large-scale rallies and dharnas to set up an auditorium for dance masters.

Moulali, who realizes that youth addicts to drugs and destroying their lives, has launched a movement against the drug ban. He made a short film on drug ban it was released by Poguleti Srinivas Reddy.

Being a Social Activist he took part in many welfare activities. He has set up Chalivendram for the village people in the summer season. Many development activities have been implemented such as laying roads, setting up water tanks, clearance of drainage issues, power supply, etc.

Party Activities on behalf of the Councilor Moulali:

• Ponguleti Srinivas birthday celebrations were held in Sattupalli under the patronage of TRS leader Moulali. Fruits were distributed at TRS Leaders Government Hospital on the occasion. The event was attended by KCR Sevadal Khammam District Presidents Moulali and Dr.Dayanand.
• TRS district leaders Matta Dayanand and 18th ward councilor Moulali unveiled the Fosters Association of Telangana Calendar.Teresa activists distribute free “Homeopathic Medicine” to about 700 students at the “GEETHAMS DEGREE COLLEGE” in Sattupalli under the auspices of the “Asha Voluntary Service Organization” as a precautionary measure against “corona” terrible disease.
• At the invitation of Khammam District President Moulali, the State Commissioner for Right to Information Act, Hon’ble Shri Mohammad Ameer visited the Factory. The event was attended by KCR Sevadal Medical District President Ramidi Venkat Reddy, Siddipet District Presidents Banapuram Venkatesh, Rajareddy, Kishore, and others.
• Khammam district TRS leaders “Dr.Matta Dayanand” and Ward Councilor, Town Leaders Moulali, went door-to-door and provided essential goods and vegetables to all the people in the 18th ward as part of their responsibility during the Covid Crisis.
• SK. Baji of Sattupalli, who was being treated at Khammam Hospital for his illness, was informed of the helpless condition by his family members and was helped financially by public servants Moulali for his medical expenses.
