Sarigela David

Sarigela David is an Indian Politician and current Social Media Leader of Thullur Mandal, Guntur district, from the TDP.

Born and Education:

He was born on 1st January 1969 to the couple Innyasi and Susila in Abbarajupalem village.

In 1985, David earned his Board of Secondary Education at Luthern high school, Guntur.

Besides his Political Career, David was also successful in his Professional Life as a Businessman.

A career in Politics:

David always had the utmost zeal and enthusiasm to serve and help needy people. As a teenager, he offered his services voluntarily to the public. His constant focus on Social Service led him to Social Service. In 1982, David officially entered politics and started his Political Career as a Member of the Telugu Desam Party(TDP).

About TDP Party:

TDP is a regional Indian political party active in the southern states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. N.T. founded the party. Rama Rao on 29 March 1982. TDP was the first regional party to become the main opposition party in the 8th Lok Sabha from 1984 to 1989. TDP commits to safeguarding “the political, economic, social, and cultural foundations of Telugu-speaking people”.

David became a Devotee of TDP as he liked the successful party style of doing justice to all sections.

David played an active role in the “Visaka Ukku – Andrula Hakku, Save Amaravathi” movements and also made movements against injustice. He is a dynamic leader who constantly brings public issues to the authorities’ attention and solves them. David has strengthened the Party at the district level.

He was chosen as the Active Member of the party by the villagers, who recognized his ability to support the people in all possible ways at any given time as a social worker and party worker.

Later, In 1985, David was appointed and took charge as Social Media Leader of Thullur Mandal, Guntur district. On his appointment as Social Media Leader, he said that he would work to the best of his ability with the aim of TDP party victory and swore that he would move forward with the objective of the party’s welfare. He extended his heartiest thanks to the party officials for electing him.

David and TDP leaders have been celebrating Dr BR. Ambedkar’s birth and death anniversaries every year and pays tributes to his portrait. He has been organizing Senior NTR birth and death anniversaries and TDP Party Emergence day every year and distributes food, clothes, basic necessities to the poor.

Social and Development Activities-

• David always finds a way for Social Service. He gave his helping hand in his unique ways.
• He conducts awareness of voting by saying that Exercising the right to vote is one of the essential duties of a citizen in a democracy.
• He carried out his responsibilities while looking after the welfare of the people living in the village. He financially assisted the town’s poor people and helped them in all possible ways when needed.
• David participated in Dharnas and Deekshas for the development of society.
• He provided financial assistance to the villagers’ needy inhabitants and served them in various ways when necessary.
• He conducted Village development activities like laying CC Roads, Digging Borewells, Putting up Street Lights, Clearance Drainage systems, and Solving water Problems.
• David has performed many social activities in the village, such as providing food and fruits to the Old aged and Orphan Children, Mineral water.
• -He fought and solved the issues like pensions, Ration cards, Health cards, and also the issues relating to Aadhar cards.
• -Distributed Books, pads, and Stationery things to High School Students and motivated them to score high marks.
• -He provided his financial support to the village’s poor people and donated a certain amount to the merit students for their higher education.
