Sandeep Songa

Sandeep Songa is the Social Media Coordinator, YSRCP Leader, and the Founder & Chairman of the Mitradeep Foundation.

Early Life&Education:

He was born on 31st December 1986 to Songa SDV Prasad and Pinugula Suguna Kumari at Dharmajigudem Village in Lingapalem Mandal of West Godavari District.

He studied Schooling at Zilla Parishad High School resided at Dharmajigudem Village of Lingapalem Mandal in 2001 and completed Intermediate from St. Vincent De Paul College located at Duggirala Eluru in 2003.

In the year 2009, Sandeep attained his Graduation with a Degree of B.Tech from Akula Sree Ramulu College of Engineering(ASRCE) placed at Tanuku affiliated with JNTU Kakinada.

Professional Career:

Soon after graduation, he worked as a Software Engineer at Smart Line Technology Company in Hyderabad in search of a suitable job for his education. He then took over as Relationship Manager at ICICI Bank in 2013.

As continuing his duties and responsibilities Sandeep proportionally set up a successful Business of his own and simultaneously balancing the multiple works by fulfilling the needs of people.

Early Political Career:

Sandeep has a huge political career. He came into politics with great interest and with the idea of serving the people.

Sandeep had a sense of service since childhood and intending to be able to do all services to the people politically. So Sandeep resigned from his job to start providing his superior services to the people and entered politics in 2011 through  the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) founded by Y. S. Jaganmohan Reddy the present Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh and served as a Leader of the Party.

In 2018, He was designated with the position of Social Media Coordinator and provided services to solve the problems faced by people and continue his duties and serve people all the way.

Party Activities:

• Many party development programs were carried out in the village for the growth of the party and he respectably accepts the work assigned by the higher authorities and is completely involved to sort out the issues raised on any topics.
• Sandeep is actively involved in the programs organized by the Party.
• He conveyed and explained to the people about the greatness of the Party all over the constituency.
• If anyone in the village encounters any problem, Sandeep will be at the forefront of the problem.
• Sandeep is not limited to his services to the village but also extends to the people of the entire district.

Social Life:

Although growing politically, on the one hand, Being working hard for the welfare of the people with the positions assigned to him simultaneously working as a Social Activist to be closer in terms of service to the people on the other.

Constantly striving for the welfare of the people and expressing his feelings of service, he provided a kind of encouragement with a passion to serve the people in the year 2020, He established a Foundation as Mitradeep and he has been serving as the Founder and Chairman of the respective Organization.

Social&Developmental Activities:

• He is fulfilling his responsibilities to help the disabled in all ways in terms of organization.
• Sandeep has performed many social activities in the village such as providing food to the Old aged and Orphan Children, Mineral water to the Villagers.
• He carries out his responsibilities while looking after the welfare of the people living in the village and zone by clearing the issues related to Water, Drainage, and every minute problem to the individual.
• He helped the old and poor people in the village by providing the essentials for survival and assisting them during the financial crisis.
• Many service activities were organized such as blankets for beggars, clothes for the poor, and food for orphaned children.
• Helped a lot financially for the migrant workers and the poor. Free meals were provided to orphans and the elderly each year.
• Sandeep is not limited to his services to the village but also extends to the people of the entire district.
• He fights over the problems of the people, for the welfare of the people.

Welfare Activities: 

• Since no one had focused on freshwater issues for a long time, Sandeep came forward and solved the water problems.
• Many of the colony’s development programs were a resounding success.
• Every year a blood donation camp and a medical camp are set up in the colony and medicines are provided free of cost to those in need.
• He always stood by the people of the colony. He does his part to help those in need.
• Clean and Green was aimed to increase green cover and improve sanitation in villages. As a part of Haritha Haram, massive plantation programs were taken up and the power supply has improved.
• Besides taking up sanitation works, debris of ruined houses/buildings was removed as part of the Palle Pragathi. Removal of stagnant water, filling potholes on the roads, and weeding out wild plants, were also part of the program.

During the First wave of Corona-

• Sandeep came forward to help the needy who have been affected by lockdown and distributed vegetables and fruits to the villagers, needy ones, and Municipality workers by following the precautions.
• Food item packets for drivers and migrant labourers were distributed whose livelihood has been affected during this lockdown period.
• Sandeep came forward with humanity to help those in dire straits during the corona and provide financial assistance to the people who are affected by the lockdown.
• He apportioned Masks, Sanitizers, and food to the poor and also contributed to them financially.
• To spread awareness about social distancing and following precautionary measures to prevent the Epidemic Corona an awareness program has been conducted.
• In Dharmajigudem village Harijanawada, government employees, Dharmajigudem S I and Sandeep along with them distributed vegetables and essential commodities to 600 poor families.
• Young leader Songa Sandeep has bagged about 150 Biryani packets in recognition of their services in Dharmajigudem and Lingapalem to health personnel, police personnel, power department personnel, and electronic & print media personnel who are constantly reporting the news to the public through the news, working tirelessly to save the people from the clutches of this corona epidemic that is trading all over the world. It was made by himself and distributed to all of them.
• Lingapalem Zone Dharmajigudem Police personnel distributed 510 eggs at the rate of 30 eggs each to 17 policemen under the auspices of SI Sandeep.
  As part of the drive to eradicate the corona epidemic, Sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all over the village for the safety of the village.

During the Second Wave of Corona-

• Sandeep also provided free masks and sanitizers to people with corona deficiency symptoms at the hospital.
• He apportioned Masks, Sanitizers, and food to the poor and also contributed to them financially.
• The complete Village was sprayed with the sodium hypochlorite solution to prevent the occurrence of the covid Virus.
• He worked all days(Day and Night)during the covid period and looked after the people.
• He is constantly available mainly to the poorest people in the zone.
• He has been assisting the unemployed who have lost their jobs due to the corona and are in dire straits.
