I am Samala Sandeep Reddy a dedicated peoples leader, born on May 24, 1987, in the dynamic township of Pocharam, nestled within Medchal District, where my formative years were enriched by the sagacious guidance of my parents, Shri Samala Yadi Reddy and Smt. Samala Manemma. They imbued me with enduring principles of honor, resilience, and stewardship, kindling an unquenchable zeal for public welfare that has steered my vocation as a dedicated servant of the people.

Anchored in a legacy of decisive leadership and public service, inspired by my father Shri Samala Yadi Reddy, founder of the SYR Foundation in 2022 and a proven force for community empowerment. I, Samala Sandeep Reddy, enter public life with determination to strengthen governance, advance inclusive development, and secure lasting progress for our people.

My academic formation in Mechanical Engineering from Holy Mary Institute of Technology and Science endowed me with a methodical intellect, a precision-driven outlook, and a systems-based understanding of leadership and administration. Upon the culmination of my formal education, I undertook the stewardship of Anjani School in Narapally, where I initiated a purposeful endeavour to recalibrate pedagogical frameworks, reinforce institutional excellence, and foster an ecosystem of holistic learning. I later assumed responsibility for my father’s educational institutions, channeling a reform-oriented vision toward academic innovation, ethical governance, and equitable access to quality education. I also serve as the General Secretary of SYR Foundation, founded by my father Samala Yadi Reddy in 2022, with a mission to strengthen community welfare through education and social upliftment. Through this sustained institutional engagement, I aspire to cultivate enlightened, future-ready citizens and contribute enduringly to the intellectual, social, and civic advancement of our society.

My political awakening dawned in my youth, fueled by fervent participation in the Telangana Statehood Struggle, where I championed its cause through rallies and demonstrations, later aligning with the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) and other alliances, ever prioritizing community roots. As a leader, I envisage a future where erudition illuminates intellects, youthful vigor sparks innovation, and sustainable advancement aligns with ecological harmony, underpinned by cooperative governance. Shri Samala Sandeep Reddy, a dynamic and forward looking leader, was born on 24 May 1987 in Pocharam village, prominent township in the Medchal District of Telangana. He is the son of Shri Samala Yadi Reddy and Smt. Samala Manemma, hailing from a family deeply rooted in traditional rural values. Raised in an environment that emphasized community cohesion, humility, and social concord, he cultivated from an early age a profound sense of civic responsibility and an enduring commitment to societal well being.

Shri Samala Yadi Reddy established educational institutions and philanthropic foundations with the singular purpose of serving the people and strengthening the social fabric of the community. Renowned as a respected and compassionate people’s leader, his vision has consistently been guided by selfless service, inclusive progress, and the upliftment of society at large. As the father of Samala Sandeep Reddy, his enduring legacy of public spirit and principled leadership continues to inspire a commitment to purposeful action and community advancement.

Samala Sandeep Reddy hails from a close-knit and accomplished family that has provided steadfast encouragement for his personal and political endeavours. He has an elder brother, Shri Laxman Reddy, and Shri Raj Reddy and sister Smt. Vijaya Lakshmi, all of whom are Software Engineers residing in the United States and making notable contributions to the global technology sector.

Inspired and strongly supported by his siblings, Sandeep Reddy embarked on his journey in active politics, driven by their motivation to pursue meaningful community development and lasting social impact. This familial backing has been instrumental in shaping his commitment to public service and reinforcing his resolve to serve the people with dedication.

Educational Voyage and Academic Progression

Samala Sandeep Reddy’s academic journey is marked by a blend of scholastic excellence, leadership, and active engagement in extracurricular pursuits. He began with the completion of his Secondary School Certificate (SSC) at Siddhartha High School, Boduppal, during 2002–2003. Even in these formative years, he demonstrated exceptional leadership as the Sports Leader and Organizer of school sports events, cultivating teamwork, organizational skills, and a spirit of initiative.

He continued his academic pursuit at Sri Chaitanya Junior College, Miyapur, finishing in 2005. During this period, Samala Sandeep Reddy honed his intellectual abilities and developed disciplined study habits, preparing himself to embrace higher education challenges with confidence and analytical acumen.

In 2009–2010, he earned his Bachelor of Technology from Holy Mary Institute of Technology and Science (HITS), Bogaram. This phase of his education further strengthened his technical knowledge, problem-solving capabilities, and critical thinking skills, equipping him with the tools to excel in professional and leadership roles.

Throughout his academic progression, Samala Sandeep Reddy consistently displayed a commitment to learning, leadership, and personal growth. After completing his formal education, Samala Sandeep Reddy chose to dedicate himself to serving the people, following in the footsteps of his father. He took on the responsibility of managing Anjani School, Narapally, an institution founded by his father, Shri Samala Yadi Reddy, with the noble vision of providing greater educational and life opportunities to support and help students. Under his stewardship, the school not only functions with operational efficiency but also fulfils its greater purpose of empowering the community through quality education and holistic development.

Driven by a strong sense of social responsibility, his primary goal has been to address the needs of the underprivileged and empower the poor through education, resources, and guidance. Growing up in an environment shaped by public service, Samala Sandeep Reddy inherited the values of leadership and empathy, naturally embracing the role of a people’s leader in his own right.

• Educational Support & Future Service Vision — SR Foundation

Under the banner of the SYR Foundation, essential academic materials—including school bags, notebooks, pencils, pens, and meal plates—were distributed to students of the government school in Pocharam by Samala Sandeep Reddy. The initiative benefited approximately 160 students, ensuring improved access to basic learning and daily-use resources. The foundation also affirmed its continued commitment to community service, stating that it plans to expand its outreach with more welfare-driven initiatives in the future.

• Educational Support Initiative at Pocharam Primary School
  In a heartfelt ceremony at Pocharam Primary School within the Pocharam municipality limits, the SYR Foundation organised a traditional Pooja dedicated to Goddess Saraswati, reverently offering garlands. Following the ceremony, the Foundation made meaningful contributions to the local educational ecosystem by donating a smart TV to the Anganwadi centre and distributing notebooks and pencil boxes to the students.

• Timely Financial Aid to Ailing Residents of Pocharam Village on Birthday Occasion
  After being informed by friends about the critical condition of Shivarathri Lingaswamy, a resident of Pocharam village, Pocharam Municipality, who has been battling paralysis for several months and struggling to meet medical expenses, Sandeep Reddy, through the SYR Foundation, extended timely financial support of Rp.20,000 for his treatment on the occasion of his birthday, alongside foundation members.

Additionally, understanding the severe economic hardships faced by N. Venkanna from the same village, the foundation provided further aid of Rp.10,000, reaffirming its commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals and strengthening community welfare.

• Participation in Temple Idol Consecration Ceremony and Generous Donation
  BRS party youth leader and General Secretary of the SYR Foundation, Samala Sandeep Reddy, actively participated in the sacred idol consecration ceremony at the Sri Jagadamba Mata and Sri Sant Sevalal Maharaj Temple. Following the ceremony, Shri Sandeep Reddy extended generous support by donating Rp.6 lakh to the Banjara elders for the comprehensive development and maintenance of the temple, reflecting his commitment to preserving cultural heritage and supporting religious institutions.
• Clean-Up Initiative by Samala Sandeep Reddy
  Samala Sandeep Reddy of Surendrapuri Nagar carried out a dedicated roadside cleanliness drive using his personal funds. With the assistance of a JCB machine, trees along the roadside and accumulated waste were cleared continuously for four hours, ensuring a cleaner and safer environment for commuters and residents. • Hunger Strike Demanding Justice for Ambedkar Statue Vandalism
  A hunger strike protest was organized in Surendrapuri Colony strongly condemning the vandalism of the index finger of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s statue, which was damaged by unidentified miscreants. The protest called for strict and exemplary punishment for the offenders, regardless of their status, and urged authorities to take firm measures to prevent any recurrence of such disrespectful acts. Shri Samala Sandeep Reddy graced the program as the Chief Guest, lending his voice and support to the demand for justice and the protection of public symbols of dignity and equality.

Political Beginnings of Samala Sandeep Reddy through Bharat Rastra Samithi Party (BRS)- 2021

Samala Sandeep Reddy was profoundly inspired by the legendary Shri K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR), whose visionary efforts led to the creation of Telangana state. He views KCR as a transformative leader who reshaped the region’s destiny. Equally admiring Shri K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) for his dynamic and youth-oriented approach to growth and development, and Shri T. Harish Rao for his steadfast dedication, with special regard for Shri Malla Reddy as an exemplary family man and public servant, Sandeep Reddy found in the BRS leadership the ideals he aspired to emulate

These influences culminated in his decision to formally enter public life by joining the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) in 2021 in the presence of Hon’ble BRS Minister Shri Chamakura Malla Reddy Garu, an occasion that signified his formal alignment with the party’s ideological ethos and organisational framework.

Samala Sandeep Reddy has been elevated to the esteemed position of Pocharam Town Leader within the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS).   On the solemn occasion of the death anniversary of former MLA, the late P. Janardhan Reddy (PJR), a commemorative program was held at his statue located at Khairatabad Chowrasta. The event witnessed the esteemed participation of Siricilla MLA and former minister Shri Kalvakuntla Taraka Rama Rao (KTR), Medchal MLA and former minister Shri Chamakura Mallareddy, Pocharam Municipality BRS youth leader Shri Samala Sandeep Reddy, along with other senior leaders and youth representatives of the BRS party, who paid floral tributes and honored the enduring legacy of PJR.
• Farmers’ Loan Waiver Relay Protest — Ghatkesar

Former Minister and Medchal MLA Chamakura Mallareddy, along with BRS youth leader Samala Sandeep Reddy from Pocharam Municipality, took part in the farmers’ loan waiver relay protest held at Ghatkesar, Ghatkesar Mandal.
