Roddam Narasimhulu

Roddam Narasimhulu is an Indian Politician of the TDP and District Spokesperson of Sri Sathya Sai District, Andhra Pradesh.

CHILDHOOD AND EDUCATION:

On the 15th of August 1959, Roddam Narashimulu was born to the couple Mr Roddam Narasappa and Mrs Roddam Laxmamma and raised in Roddam Town of Sri Sathya Sai District in the Indian State of Andhra Pradesh.

In 1974, Roddam Narasimhulu obtained his Secondary School Certificate from Roddam High School in Roddam at Sri Sathya Sai District.

CAREER IN POLITICS:

Mr Roddam Narasimhulu began his political career as an Active Member of the Telugu Desam Party(TDP) in 1983 along with the former CM of Andhra Pradesh, Late Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao and began serving the people regardless of their Caste, Race, Gender, and Religion for the progress and development of the people.

From 1983 till today, various party positions were held in the district, and public representative classes were held.

Narasimhulu was appointed the SC Cell Mandal President of Roddam from TDP in 1984 due to his perseverance, dedication, and service. Since then, he has served many people with his kind heart by completing the tasks assigned to him and garnering the people’s support.

In recognition of his contributions to the party’s growth, the party offered him the Constituency Leader of Renugonda from TDP in 1986, and he carried out his responsibilities with great care.

In 1987, he was designated as MPP (Mandal Praja Parishad) in recognition of his unwavering devotion and efforts for the betterment of humanity till 1992. Since then, he has displayed a keen interest in every activity for the glory of the respective Society.

Roddam Narasimhulu was appointed Mandal Praja Parishad President in 1995 to 2000 to recognise his work for the people. In this role, he would continue to deliver services and serve the people in every manner.

Simultaneously, from 1995 to 2000, Narasimhulu became a TDP District Vice President of Sri Sathya Sai District due to his effort and humility towards the progress and welfare of the people. In this position, he provides services to the community by addressing the needs of everyone who has requested his aid.

Because of his commitment, enthusiasm, and selflessness on behalf of the people of the state and the requirements of the people in the state, In the year 1995, Narasimhulu was given the position of District Lecturer Enrollment Member from Kadapa by doing his part to mitigate the difficulties experienced by people.

Narasimhulu extended his service and work by accepting the position of Kurnool Observer of TDP in 1997 and the Vijayawada Observer to look after the people and the issues they were facing served with the assigned role and by providing services to the people by satisfying the needs of everyone.

He won the people’s admiration by using the responsibilities, duties and powers assigned to him, so he was honoured as the Hindupur, Kadiri, Nallamalla, Gorentla, Dharmavaram and Parliaments Incharge from TDP from 1998 to 2000 for the good of the people without jeopardising the faith placed in him.

In 2000, he was selected as the District Executive Member of Sri Sathya Sai in Andhra Pradesh from TDP to assist the people and address their concerns by efficiently carrying out his duties and following the party’s principles and standards.

He keeps the confidence that the individuals have placed in him and continues his service, focusing on the welfare of the people at present and engaging in activities that would promote Party advancement.

Narasimhulu’s constant attention and pure dedication to service in 2001 led to his promotion to the District Election Incharge of Khammam from TDP to promote the proper focus towards the need for effective and comprehensive expansion in people by doing his part to overcome the hardships faced by the people.

For his Perseverance, dedication and service, Narasimhulu was appointed State SC Cell Committee Member of Andhra Pradesh in 2003 and has been in the position assigned and helped many through his kind heart by fulfilling the tasks assigned to him and winning the response of the people.

Roddam Narasimhulu was authorised as the District SC Cell President of Sri Sathya Sai for 4 terms, i.e., for 8 years by holding out his responsibilities by a code of conduct and for recognition, having received the authority and performing every activity as his responsibility for the welfare of the people.

In 2003, Narasimhulu assumed the State SC Corporation Director’s duties for two terms and served the people by addressing their needs in the given position.

He maintains the trust placed in him by the people and continues his service, thinking for the welfare of the people for the moment and dealing with the activities for the development of the Party. 

Narasimhulu has engaged in several social and welfare initiatives for the public while serving in his appointed roles. From the time he started his service career to the present, he has used all of his resources for the people and pursued a life of public welfare.

His unwavering commitment and actual effort gained him the position of District Spokesperson of Anantapur in 2022. He has constantly been working for the people, thinking about their welfare, and gaining immense admiration from the people.

CAREER IN THE COMMUNITY:

With the sole idea of assisting the people in all possible ways, in 1971, His dedication to work and involvement in every activity made him establish Ambedkar Yuvajana Seva Sangham. He has been serving as the General Secretary to expand his services to every level by helping the community’s development.

Given the efforts being made for the development of the party, the people offered him the post of Divisional Dalita Sangam President in 1991 to discharge his duties by being very cautious while performing the activities of the Party.

He established a Sri Sai Rural Development and Education Society Chairman for his constant dedication and efforts for humankind’s welfare. Since then, he has expressed a keen interest in performing every activity for the recognition of the respective Society.

Even when Narasimhulu increased his commitments by embracing respectable positions, there was no deficit in providing services to the people by satisfing the requirements of everyone who appealed to him for assistance.

As an Andhra Pradesh Activist:

Roddam Narasimhulu was an Andhra Pradesh Activist; He Participated in the Samaikyandhra Movement to prevent the division of the state – separating the Telangana districts into a separate Telangana state by providing academic support.

The hunger strike was organized for 5 days as a part of the Samaikyandha movement, and participated in all programs conducted by the Senior NTR of the TDP.

Services performed through Communities:

• Mr Narasimhulu performed many village development activities through the community, like providing the necessities to the poor and needy.
• On behalf of the Community, Narsimhulu organized a Night school for the illiterate people in the Roddam Locality.
• By concentrating on the women’s and children’s welfare, Narasimhulu, along with his team, performed his service work that benefited the people.
• He provided basic infrastructure facilities as a part of the development of schools in the Roddam.

Activities Performed as an MPP:

• By notifying the issues in the village, he solved many issues and gave Pensions like -Widow Pensions,old-age pensions, and Handicapped Pensions, and dispensed White Ration Cards to the village.
• He fought hard for Higher education should be equally accessible to students from all backgrounds, including SC, ST, BC, minority, and lower-caste students.
• Surendra Goud said that the struggle for developing Dalits, minorities, the poor, and minorities in society would be achievable only with the TDP party.
• Conducted many party meetings and development activities for community development. He stood up for the poor and ensured the development of welfare. He always raises his hands to serve the poor.
• Apart from providing humanitarian assistance to the flood victims, he extended his core of service to compensate the victims affected during the rainy season.
• He supported the farmer’s strike protesting against agricultural reform. He fought for the discounted price for the crop to farmers.

Activities performed as a ZPTC:

• Narasimhulu worked very hard for the town’s development and the welfare of the people in the Roddam.
• Under his leadership, Narasimhulu provided loans to the farmers and the beneficiary for their growth and welfare of their living.
• By utilizing his authority, Narasimhulu has performed many developmental activities in the Roddam.

Party and Community Activities:

• Since 1979 till today, he has been actively involved in social service, and I have had good relations with all the social groups of the district, farmers, traders, students, women’s Dwakra Sanghas, labour unions, and caste unions. Sri Sai Rural Development & Education Society was established and provides free education to poor students.
• The programs organized by the party were carried out on the occasion of party membership enrollment in Kadapa District, Khammam District, Kurnool District, Krishna District-Vijayawada, Anantarapur District Parliament in-charge (during the tenure of Gov. Shobha Nagireddy Madam District In-charge) until the membership program was completed in the respective district and ward. Committees, Village Committees, Mandal Committees, Constituency Committees and District Committees, have been performing their responsibilities.
• During the tenure of Governor Shobha Nagireddy, the membership program was completed in the respective district and ward, Committees, Village Committees, Mandal Committees, Constituency Committees and District Committees, have been performing their responsibilities and was actively participating in all the programs organized by the current party.
•  He is fighting with the government to provide proper employment by releasing Job notifications to the unemployed who are worried about getting a proper job even after graduation.
• Narasimhulu has taken up the responsibility to protect child rights and primarily ensure that no child is subjected to the struggle of work and exploitation.
• At the request of the TDP party, protests are being conducted around the state to demonstrate their strong condemnation and resistance to decisions made in the three capitals.
• He conveyed that the development of party ideologies relies on unemployment and not between religions and castes. He was attracted to the party’s ideologies and worked for the party.
• In case of any issues with the land of the village people, Narasimhulu remained and argued the issues and handed over the lands to them.
• To provide financial assistance to women registered with self-help groups, Pasupu Kumkuma Scheme was made accessible to the women in the Locality.
• NSFDC funds were highly utilised for the development of the SC Community and provided loans to the farmers.
• Narasimhulu actively engaged and participated in the foot march(Padayatra) organized by the Senior NTR.

Pandemic Services:

• He provided financial and humanitarian support to those impacted by the lockdown during Corona’s first and second waves. During the crisis, and responded with compassion, aiding people in distress and offering further assistance to those harmed by the locking down.
• By the social distance created by the Covid-19 regulations, he has been distributing essential commodities to assist water-scarce areas.
• Narasimhulu sneaked forward to assist people affected by the lockdown by giving vegetables and fruits to villages, the homeless, and Municipality employees while following the procedures in place.
• When the coronavirus was finally exterminated, sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed across the whole village to ensure that the villagers were not exposed to any harmful effects.
• The Covid Immunization Drive was organized in response to Prime Minister Modi’s plea order to increase awareness among the general population about the need to acquire a free corona vaccination.
