Regatte Mallikarjun Reddy

Mallikarjun Reddy is the State Leader and was the MPP of  Narketpally from the TRS Party.

He was born on 21-08-1967 to Meena Reddy to Janakamma in Cheruvugattu village of Narketpally Mandal of Nalgonda Dist, Telangana.

In 1982, He has completed his SSC Standard in Ramannapeta and Intermediate from Ragavendra Junior college at Nalgonda, 1984.

From 1984-1987, Mallikarjun attained Graduation from Umamaheshwarii Degree College in Kondanagula, Achampeta, Mahabubnagar.

Political Life:

Mallikarjun Reddy started his political journey in 1985 with the Telugu Desam Party and was the Active Leader. In 2002, He elected as a Chairman of Cheruvugattu and selected as a President of Telugu Yuvatha, Mandal Narketpally.

In 2004, Mallikarjun became the Gram Sabha President of Cheruvugattu and was a Member of the Telugu Youth District Working Committee.

From 2005-2010, he was served as the Mandal President of TDP. In 2005, Mallikarjun contested from Nalgonda as a TDP Municipal Councilor and lost by a narrow margin of 22 votes.

In 2006, Mallikarjun contested from Narketpalli ZPTC and lost by a narrow margin. In 2006, Mallikarjun was elected District Secretary from the TDP in Nalgonda.

In 2010, he served as the District Executive Organizing Secretary from the TDP at Nalgonda and was the Chairman of the district program implementation committee.

In 2012, he served as State Secretary of TDP. In 2013, Mallikarjun Reddy was elected Chairman of the Single Window, Yellareddyguda. In 2014, Mallikarjun was elected MPTC from TDP in the village of Cheruvugattu.

on 15th June 2014, Mallikarjun Reddy joined the TRS (Telangana Rashtra Samithi) and was the Active Leader.  In 2014, Mallikarjun was elected as MPP of the Narketpally from the TRS party.
In 2014, Mallikarjun Reddy was elected as a District President of the MPP Forum in Nalgonda and State Vice-President of MPP Forum in Telangana.

Since 2018, He was serving as a Chairman of the temple Cheruvugattu. Mallikarjun Reddy is the State Leader of the TRS Party, Telangana.

Social Activities:

In 2002, He built the Rajagopurams for the temple. Mallikarjun was constructing new stairs on the hill at Cheruvugattu. Mallikarjun was planning Ghat Road on Cheruvugattu and Foundation Stone with Minister Uma Madhavreddy.

In 2015, Mallikarjun started the English medium in every village in Narketpally Mandal as a primary and ZPHS school. Sometimes the Mother Teresa Trust distributes free books to students from the Rural Development and in collaboration.
Mallikarjuna was financially assisted by the poor student on their own money.
He personally helped finance the construction of temples in the village.
He has been set up a substation in the Cheruvugattu village. He provided an internal road and the town link road on the Mandal in every Village.
In 2016, Mallikarjun undertook the construction of toilets for every household and received the Best MPP Award from Nalgonda Collector Uppal from the MPP District.
Has topped the district the first place among the Nalketpally Mandal on the Haritha Hara program. During his tenure as MPP, he paid special attention to the village and developed cheruvugattu village with funds of Rs 4 crore.
Mallikarjun Reddy built a shopping complex in Nandi Circle worth Rs 2 crore.
On the occasion of Mallikarjuna’s birthday, he distributed fruits, food, blankets, clothes to the poor people and orphanages. He conducted blood camps and provided financial ASsistance to poor people.
He will provide 5000 financial assistance to each family who died in the village.

Chief guests at the Brahmotsavala at Sriparvati Jadala Ramalingeswara Temple in 2019 were Energy Minister Guntakandla Jagadish Reddy, Minister Indrakaran Reddy, Mandal Chairman Gutha Sukender Reddy and Vice Mandal Chairman Nethi Vidyasagar, Palla Rajeshwar Reddy MLC local MLA Chirumarthi Lingaiah, former MLA Vemula Veeresham, Nalgonda MLA Kancharla Bhupal Reddy, Tungaturti MLA Gadari Kishore Kumar, Devarakonda MLA Rabindranath Nayak, ex-district ZPP chairman Nenavat Balu Nayak, Nalgonda ZP Chairman Saidireddy, Nalgonda district judge Ramesh Kumar. Officials who attended the Brahmotsavala were warmly welcomed.

On 5th December 2017, Mallikarjun Reddy distributed gifts to the Divyangs in Narketpally.

Personal Life:

On 26th April 1992, Mallikarjun Reddy married Shobharani and has one child His son, R Dinesh Kumar.

Visited Countries:

Mallikarjun Reddy toured various countries. He has toured overseas such as Uzbekistan, Russia, Singapore, Malaysia, Dubai, China, Shanghai, Beijing, France, Italy, Switzerland, Netherland, Sri Lanka.
In 2017, Regatta Mallikarjun Reddy visited America(US) with TRS Party Working President KTR.
