Ramidi ShurakarnaReddy is a Member of the BJYM State Executive Member of Yuva Morcha from the Political Party BJP.

Early Life&Education:

Being born into a rural middle-class family on 12th June 1990 by the couple Ramidi Bheem Reddy (Father) and Swaroopa (Mother) and raised in  Almasguda Village of Balapur Mandal in Ranga Reddy District.

In 2006, He completed his schooling at Sri Saraswathi Shishu Mandir and resided at Badangpet Village. He completed his Intermediate in 2008 from Naveena Junior College at Hastinapuram of Hyderabad. In 2012, ShurakarnaReddy graduated from Vikas Degree & PG College at Krishna Nagar of Dilsukhnagar.

Professional Life:

Continuing his duties and responsibilities, ShurakarnaReddy proportionally set up a successful Business of his own RSKR Developers & Real Estates and simultaneously balanced the multiple works by fulfilling the needs of people.

Early Political Career:

He has been very accustomed to political traits since childhood. He fights in the forefront to bring justice to the people. So, even in college, he would stand by every single individual and be their companion.

While he was continuing his Education from the years between 2006-2007 , Shura Karna Reddy worked as an ABVP Area Incharge of the Malakpet Zone and L.B. Nagar Zone under ABVP(Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad) and RSS(Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh) the Students Wing of BJP by providing services and bring a solution to the problems faced by students in College and also for the welfare of people irrespective of their Caste, Race, Gender, and Religion to bring justice to the nation.

Political Career: 

ShurakarnaReddy began his Political Career with great interest and the idea of serving the people. In 2004, ShurakarnaReddy started his political journey with the Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) and worked as an Active Member for a few years by discharging his duties with a code of conduct.

As part of the BJP, ShurakarnaReddy expresses keen interest and performs every activity to recognize the respective party.

From 2007 to 2009, Shurakarna Reddy held the esteemed position of ABVP Bagh Pramukh. During this period, they played a pivotal role in leading and shaping the activities of the ABVP, contributing to the organization’s objectives and initiatives.

Recognizing ShuraKarnaReddy’s work for the People, He was elected as the BJYM Village President of Yuva Morcha, Almasguda, in 2009 . He increased his responsibilities to address the problems faced by the people to provide more services by continuing his duties and serving people till 2011.

Constantly striving for the welfare of the people and expressing his feelings of service, he provided a kind of encouragement with a passion to serve the people as a BJYM Mandal Vice President in 2011-2013 of Yuva Morcha from Saroornagar and discharged his duties by being very cautious while performing the activities of the Party.

Because of the efforts being made for the development of the party in 2013, He was elected as the BJYM Mandal General Secretary of Yuva Morcha, Saroor Nagar, and worked in the position by doing his part for the betterment of the society by carrying out his duties properly and following the rules and regulations of the party till 2015.

For his excellent performance during the process of his service in 2015, ShurakarnaReddy was appointed as the BJYM District Executive Member of Yuva Morcha of BJYM for Ranga Reddy by fulfilling the tasks assigned to him and won the admiration of the people till 2017.

In 2017, ShurakarnaReddy held the position of District Sports Cell Convenor of Ranga Reddy from the BJP. In 2021, Shura Karna Reddy was re-elected to the position of BJP District Sports Cell Convenor, Ranga Reddy. He worked as a Party Activist and one of the Active Members of the BJP.

His constant attention and pure dedication towards the service made him promoted to the BJYM State Executive Member of Yuva Morcha from the BJP in 2021 to Till Date promote the right perspective towards the need for holistic and sustainable development in people by doing his part to alleviate the hardships faced by the people till date.

Although growing politically, on the one hand, working hard for the welfare of the people with the positions assigned to him simultaneously, he joined the Swaroopa Bheem Reddy Voluntary organization and served as the Chairman of the respective Organization to be closer in terms of service to the people on the other.

Ramidi Shurakarna’s Family Involvement in Politics

In 2014, during the elections under Minor Reservation, Shura Karna Reddy’s Mother, Ramidi Swaroopa, was elected Councillor. Still, due to unavoidable reasons, the position was defeated.

In 2020, After serving the people with the respectable position of District Sports Cell Convenor, Because he had no chance of standing in political office for the work of Corporator, but made her Sister-in-law (Ramidi Madhuri Veera Karna Reddy) stand for the respective place i.e, 3rd Ward Corporator for the Badangpet Municipal Corporation and won the position, Since then they have been working comprehensively all the time for the assigned role by discharging his duties.

During Telangana Agitation:

He gave his contributions to the Telangana Movement. He participated in Sakala Janula Samme, Hunger Strike, Million March, Chalo Hyderabad, Vanta Varpu, Bahiranga Sabha, Rasta Rocos, Protest programs, Bike Rallies.

Party Activities:

• “Illegal arrests cannot stop the RTC workers’ movement,” said Ramidi Shura Karna Reddy. In Almasguda, BJP and other party leaders united in solidarity with the RTC workers. Shops and businesses were closed while hiking in the Almas nest.
• Police have arrested two BJP and other party leaders who were in protest. BJP  leader Ramidi ShurakarnaReddy and other Party leaders participated in the program.
• He fought on student issues such as he has been fighting the government to give free reimbursement to students and unemployment benefits to the unemployed.
• ShurakarnaReddy participated in the Ayodhya Rama Mandir fundraising program in the Mandal.
• He participates in every program at the call of the BJP state department.
• ShurakarnaReddy and party leaders, led by Bandi Sanjay, are working towards bringing the party to power in the state.
• He inspected the captured area in Almasguda and informed the tehsildar.
• ShurakarnaReddy did Padayatra from Almasguda to Badangpet to solve Krishna’s water and drainage problems.
• With his own money, he set up Vivekananda Chatrapathi statues in the Almasguda village.
• ShurakarnaReddy constantly motivates activists to fight against anti-government policies.
• ShurakarnaReddy and party leaders are working to strengthen the party in the Balapur Saroor Nagar zone.

Social Service:

• Along with BJP leaders, colony residents staged a sit-in on the muddy road to protest that the route from Almasguda Visaka Nagar Colony to BN Reddy Nagar had become abysmal and was being neglected by the authorities.
• The Birth Anniversary of Atal Bihari Vajpayee, the former Prime Minister of our country and recipient of the Bharat Ratna award, is celebrated every year by a large number of BJP leaders to commemorate Vajpayee’s services to the country.
• From the year 2009 till today, every year on the occasion of the day of Liberation of Telangana on September 17th, the celebrations continue to be held grandly and the flag is flown to commemorate the immortal heroes who liberated the country, as well as continue the struggle with the government to declare the day of liberation officially.
• The Jayanti celebrations of the Indian ruler Chhatrapati Shivaji and Indian Hindu saint Swami Vivekananda are held yearly to commemorate their self-confidence and devotion.
• Every year, Reddy hosts games at the L.B Nagar Indoor Sports Stadium, combining excitement and encouragement to the Players and handing out prizes to the players who win in the game competitions.
• Ramidi ShurakarnaReddy and party leaders cleaned the roads in the village as part of the Swachh Bharat program. A Post Office was opened in Almasguda village.
• A fund-raising drive has been announced to construct a holy Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. Villages were visited to help with their construction as part of the program.
• ShurakarnaReddy will hold dharnas and rasta roko to protest against any injustice done to the students and bring justice to them.
• Realizing that the Park and government lands were being occupied, they were prevented from being occupied in court and in the municipal office. The complaint was given in the MRO Collector’s Office to protect the public parks in Almasguda and went to court and stopped from being captured.
• A foot march was organized by ShurakarnaReddy and his fellow party Leaders for the construction of the Government hospital on the site for the welfare of the people.
• Shurakarnareddy and his Co-Party Leaders contributed money and established the Statues of Swami Vivekananda and Chhatrapati Shivaji in the Almasguda Village.
• He extended his core of service by constructing a Temple in his Native Place of Almasguda Village with his investment of Rs.5 Lakhs and conducting the Annadana Program every year to the devotees, poor, and hungry people.

School Developmental Activities:

• He assisted the primary schools in the village and provided better infrastructure facilities in the schools.
• Every year, he Distributed books, pens, and clothes to poor children for their higher education and helped them financially for their bright future.
• Each year, he organized cultural events at the school and presented prizes to those who enthusiastically participated and achieved success.
• ShurakarnaReddy mainly focused on student issues like Fee reimbursement and worked hard to ensure that scholarships were granted to students immediately.
• Shura Karna Reddy fights for job reservations for students struggling to find a decent job after the conclusion of their education to lead their livelihood.
• He fought hard and persevered on the problems the farmers’ school and college students faced.
• ShurakarnaReddy is fighting with the government to provide proper employment to the unemployed who are worried about getting a good job even after graduation.

Service During Pandemic Covid-19

• Mayor Chigurintha Parijata Narsimha Reddy Reddy, Sanitizer Inspector Yadagiri, and Ramidi Shura  Karna Reddy supervised the sanitation work in the CMR colony under the third ward. In CMR, CYR, RBR, BSR, NJR, RMR, the sanitation drug for the prevention of coronavirus in the colony was sprayed within the ward. On this occasion, the mayor said that the colony’s people should be vigilant, go out if necessary, wash their hands and feet when they go out, and wear masks and be careful.
• Under the auspices of BJP Rangareddy District Sports Cell Convener Ramidi ShurakarnaReddy and BJP Third Ward Corporator Madhuri VeeraKarnaReddy, vegetables were distributed to sanitation staff, 150 families of Brahmins, and 1300 Rajiv Gruhakalpa colonists in Almasguda village. Nizamabad MP Dharmapuri was the chief guest at the event. Arvind and Maheshwaram constituency in charge of Andela Shri Ramulu Yadav were present.
• ShurakarnaReddy came forward to help the needy affected by the lockdown and distributed vegetables and fruits to the villagers, needy ones, and Municipality workers by following the precautions.
• Food item packets for drivers and migrant labourers whose livelihood has been affected during this lockdown period were distributed.
• ShurakarnaReddy came forward with humanity to help those in dire straits during the coronavirus and provide financial assistance to those affected by the lockdown.
• He apportioned Masks, Sanitizers, and food to the poor and also contributed to them financially.
• To spread awareness about social distancing and following precautionary measures to prevent the Epidemic Corona, an awareness program has been conducted.
• As part of the drive to eradicate the coronavirus epidemic, Sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all over the village for the safety of the town.
