Ramavath Rajendar

 

Ramavath Rajendar is a Social Reformer, Film Director, Socialist, and Founder & CEO of MY3 India Foundation, a non-governmental organization that provides resource-poor women living in society.

When the Rajendar family lived in Mushtipalli Thanda of Nampally Mandal, Nalgonda district, they were forced to migrate to Nalgonda town for food and livelihood due to drought in the villages and had to travel 60 miles on foot as there was no travel facility at that time.

Rajendar was born as a third son to the couple Mr. Sri.Ramavath Panthya Naik & Mrs.Chavuli Gargand in Nalgonda on March 6, 1990.

Sri.Ramavath Panthya Naik worked very hard and did a lot of work and eventually got a job as a clerk in an oil mill. From the very beginning, Rajendar’s brothers naming Raju Ramavath & Hemadri Ramavath were educated in a private school, working hard all night without any interruption to their nutrition and education.

An unanticipated occurrence had shifted the family’s situation, and they were now on the road. Despite having completed his Secondary Board of Education at ZP High School, Konda mallepally, and Intermediate at Dr. Br Ambedkar vocational junior college, Amangal, and Nagarjuna Vocational junior college, Konda mallepally, Rajandar continued his studies.

Later, He acquired Bachelor’s Degree from Dr. Br Ambedkar Open University.

During the days of Intermediate, He came up with the idea of ​​making a film with an innovative story in the Banjara language and started the workshop by teaming up with some people, after singing film songs and shooting to some extent, the producer and the hero were the only ones who have imprisoned due to a bank scam. thus the first film attempt Failed at that time.

After marrying, Ramavath Rajendar moved to Hyderabad for work and began his career with a small pay, but he persevered with a strong mind and eventually decided to strike out on his own and Ramavath Rajendar has been gone through many incidents since he was a child, that have taught him that women must grow up financially and be empowered.

Based on this, MY3 India Foundation is a professional feminist organization founded on January 11, 2021, that specifically works with resource-poor women and children culture living in India.

Since the day of establishment, Mr.Rajendar has been serving as the Founder and CEO of the respective Foundation by providing services to the people by satisfying the requirements of everyone who appealed to him for assistance.

It works intending to provide them with a dignified existence and to assist them to become self-sufficient. Since its establishment, the Foundation has provided opportunities for underprivileged women to earn a living and has mentored hundreds of women.

The organization continues to combat gender discrimination while gaining support for government policies that promote women’s rights and enhance female representation in politics, the public sector, and the community.

Primary Motto: Their primary goal is to empower women by providing them a sense of identity as component professionals. Aside from that, they attempt to focus on the rights of women in the workplace and adopt nonviolent demonstration techniques.

Since Childhood, Ramavath Rajendar and his father Sri.Ramavath Panthya Naik have overcome several difficulties and obstacles throughout their lives by never giving up in the face of adversity, and they are now living a happy and fulfilling life.

ACTIVITIES PERFORMED THROUGH THE MY3 INDIA FOUNDATION:

>Rajendar is very supportive of the women’s welfare in the village and works hard for their growth and the development of the societies.

>He is working hard for the rights of women as well as encouraging women to take the lead in all fields and providing financial assistance to impoverished women to help them in any way.

>It organizes training sessions, awareness programs, retreats, art competitions all intending to merge advocacy with activism.

>He Undertook development programs through the Foundation for the Development of Slum Areas in the Village.

>Rajendar helped the old and poor people in the village by providing the essentials to them for survival and also assisted them during the financial crisis.

>He offered financial support as well as other kinds of relief to the village’s needy people and will be accessible to the village’s residents during their tough times.

>Rajendar with his Team came forward to help the needy who have been affected by lockdown and distributed Food, vegetables to the villagers, needy ones, and Municipality workers by following the precautions.

>He distributed embroidery machines and basic Snack items for preparations and provided training to the women to make the women self-employed.

>During the epidemic Covid-19, he contributed a rupee 2.3 lakh from the Foundation to help the needy and underprivileged.
