Early Life and Childhood:

Rachala Yugander Goud was born on 19th January 1980 in Waddewata Village, Kothakota mandal, Wanaparthy District, Telangana. He was raised by his parents, Rachala Nagendramma and Rachala Ramulu Goud.

Education and Academic Journey:

Rachala Yugander Goud embarked on his academic journey at Bharathi Vidyamandir, Kothakota, where he completed his SSC Standard from 1995 to 1996. He displayed exceptional academic abilities and continued attending Niveditha Junior College, Kothakota, where he completed his intermediate studies in 1997-1998.

Rachala Yugander Goud studied at Government City College affiliated with Osmania University in Hyderabad from 1999 to 2001 as part of his pursuit of higher education. Always striving for excellence,  Yugander Goud expanded his academic boundaries by successfully completing C.P. Ed from KPES Society, Ermaras in Raichur, from 2005 to 2006. These academic achievements showcase Yugander Goud’s dedication to education and the wide range of skills and perspectives he brings as a political leader.

Rachala Yugander Goud, a seasoned politician, embarked on his political career in 2001, aligning himself with the Indian National Congress Party (INC). His journey is marked by dedication, community service, and a commitment to the welfare of his constituents.

Early Political Works(2001):

In 2001, Yugander Goud contested as the 5th Ward Member for Waddewata during the elections. His sincerity and connection with the people led to his election as the 5th Ward Member, showcasing the trust the community placed in him. Subsequently, he was appointed as the Deputy Sarpanch for Waddewata, further solidifying his role in local governance.

Incharge Sarpanch Responsibilities (2003):

In 2003, fate called upon Yugander Goud to step up as the Incharge Sarpanch for Waddewata. His predecessor’s health condition led to the need for a leader, and Yugander Goud, with his capabilities, took charge. This period saw his adept management and commitment to the welfare of the village.

Youth Congress District General Secretary (2004-2008):

Proving his mettle, Yugander Goud was appointed as the Youth Congress District General Secretary for Mahabubnagar from 2004 to 2008. This phase of his career showcased his leadership skills and ability to engage with the youth, fostering a sense of political awareness.

• Social and Welfare Initiatives:

In his role as a ward member, Yugander Goud has spearheaded numerous social and welfare initiatives to enhance the poor’s living conditions. He successfully secured approval from the ruling government for the construction of 86 washrooms dedicated to the Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) communities in Waddewata Village.

• Infrastructure Development:

Yugander Goud’s proactive approach to infrastructure development has transformed Waddewata. He played a pivotal role in the renovation of roads, including the implementation of durable CC roads and efficient dumping roads. This focus on enhancing transportation infrastructure has greatly benefited the residents of the village.

• Enhancing Civic Amenities:

The welfare of Waddewata extends beyond physical infrastructure. Yugander Goud took crucial steps to improve the overall civic amenities by setting up new street lights. Moreover, his efforts in addressing frequent drainage issues have contributed to a cleaner and safer living environment for the villagers.

• Water Management Solutions:

A testament to Yugander Goud’s problem-solving prowess is evident in his successful resolution of water-related challenges. Recognising the scarcity of water in the village, he took proactive measures to address issues related to drinking water and water purification. Brief Pause and Professional Stint (2009-2011):

Despite his success in the political arena, Yugander Goud took a brief break. In 2009, he transitioned into the role of a Government Physical Education Teacher for Zilla Parishad High School in Vemula Village, Addakula mandal of Mahabubnagar District. His commitment to education and community service was evident during this period.

Resignation and Return to Politics (2011):

In 2011, after contributing to education as a P.E.T. teacher, Yugander Goud resigned, signaling his return to active politics. This decision reflected his unwavering dedication to public service and his desire to continue positively impacting the lives of the people.

Representing Rangareddy, Mahabubnagar, Hyderabad Districts:

Taking his commitment a step further, Yugander Goud contested as a Member of the Legislative Council (MLC) on behalf of Telangana Teachers Union Association, representing the diverse regions of Rangareddy, Mahabubnagar, and Hyderabad Districts. This electoral foray showcased his determination to address the needs and concerns of a broad constituency.

A New Chapter in 2011

In December 2011, Rachala Yugander Goud joined BC Ikya Sangarshana Samithi, a significant move that underscored his advocacy for the rights and welfare of Backward Classes (BC) in Telangana. This step further solidified his commitment to social justice and inclusivity.

Leadership Role: 

Yugander Goud’s dedication did not go unnoticed, and he assumed the crucial role of State General Secretary of BC IkyaSangarshana Samithi in 2011. In this capacity, he played a pivotal role in shaping policies that aimed at uplifting and empowering the BC community in Telangana.

Steering Progress in 2017

In 2017, Yugander Goud extended his influence by becoming an integral part of the Telangana State BC Welfare Association. This association became a platform for him to contribute significantly to the welfare initiatives of the BC community.

Elevated Leadership: 

Recognising his leadership acumen, Rachala Yugander Goud assumed the position of State General Secretary of Telangana State BC Welfare Association in 2017. This elevation showcased his continued commitment to championing the cause of backward classes.

Candidacy for Devarakadra Assembly Constituency in 2018:

In the 2018 elections, Rachala Yugander Goud contested as a candidate for Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) representing the Devarakadra Assembly Constituency on behalf of the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP). 

A New Responsibility Since 2022:

Building on his extensive experience and credibility, Yugander Goud became the BC Political Joint Action Committee (JAC) Chairman in 2022. This position placed him at the forefront of political advocacy, emphasising his dedication to fostering collaboration and unity among various political stakeholders.

Yugander Goud successfully navigated and resolved critical challenges related to BC student concerns, particularly focusing on issues pertaining to college infrastructure and the performance of the Fee Reimbursement program. Petitions Against the Telangana State Government and BRS Party:

A fearless supporter,  Yugander Goud filed over 100 petitions against the Telangana State ruling government and the BRS Party. specifically in relation to Human Rights Commission (HRC) matters. These petitions shed light on various illegal activities within the BC welfare schemes, exposing contrast that demanded urgent attention. His relentless pursuit of justice demonstrates a commitment to holding those in power accountable for their actions.

National BC Commission Advocacy:

Yugander Goud took his advocacy to a national level by filing more than 100 petitions with the National BC Commission. Through these petitions, he passionately voiced his concerns against the BRS Party, urging the commission to ensure that BCs receive the minimum welfare benefits they rightfully deserve. His actions reflect a deep-rooted dedication to securing the welfare and rights of the BC community on a broader scale.

Filing 10 petitions, he courageously exposed illegal activities and corruption, demonstrating a commitment to upholding ethical standards within the political sphere. His bold actions during the election period, such as intercepting illegal transportation and distribution of liquor, further underline his dedication to maintaining a fair and transparent electoral process.

 Fighting for Public Welfare:

A prominent booster for the people, Yugander has taken a principled stand against the Palamuru Rangareddy lift irrigation Project in the Nagarkurnool District. His efforts reflect a commitment to safeguarding the interests of the public and ensuring responsible governance.

Yugander has been instrumental in organising meetings to empower and mobilise Backward Classes (BC) groups. ADVOCATING SOCIAL WELFARE THROUGH DHARNAS AND PROTESTS

 Jantar Mantar Dharna – A Call for Justice

Mr. Rachala Yugander Goud, a relentless supporter of social justice, organized a significant Jantar Mantar Dharna in Delhi. He voiced concerns about the lagging implementation of welfare schemes, emphasizing the need for a BC census to ensure the proper distribution of benefits. Mr. Yugander highlighted the injustice faced by the BCs due to the lack of access to vital information and persisting challenges despite the implementation of welfare initiatives.

 Standing Against the KCR BRS Government

In a bold move against the ruling KCR BRS government, Mr. Yugander spent the last half-decade exposing scams and fraudulent activities. His dedication to unveiling the truth has become a cornerstone of his political career.

Indefinite Hunger Strike for KGBV Building in Devarakadra Constituency

Initiating a significant protest on July 19, 2019, Rachala Yugandhar Goud embarked on an indefinite hunger strike with a crucial demand—to facilitate the construction of a permanent building for Kasturbha Gandhi Girls’ Vidyalaya (KGBV) located in Madanapur Mandal within the Devarakadra Constituency. His commitment to this cause reflects the pressing need for improved infrastructure in the education sector, particularly for the empowerment of girls in the region. Through his determined hunger strike, Yugander Goud aims to draw attention to the urgency of addressing this critical issue and ensuring a better future for the students at KGBV.

 Barosa Padayatra 2022: Championing “Free Education and Medicine”

From May 12th to June 01st, 2022, Mr. Yugander organised a Barosa Padayatra covering 90 villages, 21 days spanning approximately 300 kilometers. The campaign focused on the crucial issues of (ఉచిత విద్య వైద్యం)“Free Education and Medicine” resonating with the people in these villages and bringing attention to the need for accessible healthcare and education.

 Shankarasamudram Project: A Long-standing Battle

In 2018, Mr. Yugander embarked on a Padayatra to address concerns arising from the ongoing Shankarasamudram project. This initiative aimed to prevent potential flooding in villages surrounding the project. The fight continued into 2023, with Mr. Yugander taking a solemn oath and undertaking a Death Hunger Strike, demanding legal justice for the victims affected by the project.

RACHALA YUGANDER GOUD’S UNYIELDING COMMITMENT TO SOCIAL CAUSES AND ACCOUNTABILITY

• Rachala Yugander Goud actively participated in addressing issues related to the Commissioner of School Education. He engaged in agitation alongside the employees of Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya and Urban Residential Schools to address the concerns of the employees.
• Rachala Yugander Goud, the State General Secretary of the BC Welfare Association, criticized the central and state governments, alleging complicity in the mistreatment of farmers providing rice for the country. As part of the Bharat Bandh program organized by farmers’ associations nationwide to oppose anti-farmer laws, a protest took place under the auspices of the BC Welfare Association in Kothakota town.
• A demonstration transpired in front of the Telangana Martyrs Stupa in the Gun Park opposite the Assembly, featuring candidates from various districts. The participants urged the immediate implementation of Gurukul Physical Education Teacher appointments in accordance with the orders of the High Court.
• Demanding action against TRS leaders in Devarakadra Constituency, Rachala Yugander Goud stated in a media conference that the physical assaults on women and BC individuals by TRS party leaders should be addressed promptly. He called for the immediate arrest and strict punishment of the TRS leaders involved.
• Undeterred by legal challenges, BC Welfare Association’s State General Secretary, Rachala Yugander Goud, remains resolute in questioning authority on behalf of the people. Rachala Yugander Goud condemns the trend of filing illegal cases against individuals raising concerns in Wanaparthy district, labeling it as a disturbing practice. The commitment to seeking justice remains unwavering, with Rachala Yugander Goud emphasizing the importance of continuing to hold those in power accountable for their actions.
• Rachala Yugander Goud, the state general secretary of the BC Welfare Association, clarified that there is no fear of illegal arrests and no matter how many cases are filed, they will continue to ask questions on behalf of the people. Addressing a media conference organized at the Yadava Sangam building in Wanaparthy district headquarters, Rachala Yugander Goud said that filing illegal cases against those questioned in Wanaparthy district has become fashionable. It is claimed that the court granted bail while the police illegally arrested Wanaparthy without giving any notice to the accused who asked to provide better medical treatment to the poor. Rachala Yugander Goud said that they are trying to intimidate by filing illegal cases with the encouragement of the dictator, no matter how many cases are filed, he said to stop questioning. On this occasion, he directly asked whether Minister Niranjan Reddy would visit a government hospital even if Rachala Yugander Goud was concerned about people’s health.
• During a media conference held at the Yadava Sangam building in Wanaparthy district, Rachala Yugander Goud highlights the prevalent issue of illegal arrests and the intimidation faced by those questioning authority. Rachala Yugander Goud emphasizes that the BC Welfare Association will persist in seeking better medical treatment for the underprivileged, challenging the legality of arrests and asserting the right to question those in positions of power.
• Rachala Yugander Goud, the State General Secretary of BC Welfare Association, has vehemently called for a thorough investigation into allegations of land grabs against Agriculture Minister Niranjan Reddy in Wanaparthy district. Rachala Yugander Goud asserts that the removal of Bhartarraf from the cabinet is part of a conspiracy against Etela Rajender, labeling it as a detrimental act. The demand for a comprehensive inquiry aims to address concerns related to the alleged misconduct of the Agriculture Minister.

RACHALA YUGANDER GOUD’S LEGAL INITIATIVES ADDRESSING IRREGULARITIES, INSULTS, AND HEALTHCARE LAPSES

• Rachala Yugander Goud has submitted a petition to the Telangana Secretariat alongside Sunil Sharma, Principal Secretary, Excise Department of the Telangana State Government. The petition urges a comprehensive inquiry into irregularities in the transfers of Excise Inspectors before the elections, emphasizing the need to annul any illegal transfers.
• Rachala Yugander Goud demonstrated his commitment to social causes through various impactful initiatives. In one notable instance, he embarked on a Death Hunger strike supporting for constructing Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya in Madhanapur Mandal. The objective was to facilitate free education for girls, topping in a resounding success in the year 2021.
• In another instance of civic engagement, Rachala Yugander Goud organized Dharnas to support for construction of the “Ooka Chettu Vagu” bridge in Madhanapur Mandal. Due to his dedicated efforts, the construction work was initiated, marking a positive development for the community.
• Rachala Yugander Goud, recognizing the importance of environmental conservation, filed a petition with the Human Rights Council and the Chennai Green Tribunal. The petition addressed concerns about illegal mining in Puligutta by the ruling government of the BRS Party.
• Rachala Yugender Goud, the State General Secretary of the BC Welfare Association, called for action against Devarakadra MLA Ala Venkateshwar Reddy for insulting a BC Sarpanch. He handed over a petition to District Collector Mrs. Sheikh Yasmin Bhasha, urging action against the MLA and wearing black badges in protest under the auspices of the BC Welfare Association.
• In the Wanaparthy Constituency of Rajapet Mandal, Rachala Yugander Goud championed the cause of farmers. He challenged the ruling government when the HP gas pipeline threatened farmlands. Through his support, the government relocated the pipelines, safeguarding the agricultural interests of the local farmers.
• Additionally, Rachala Yugander Goud stood against government initiatives that posed challenges to farmers’ lands. He opposed the conversion of lands, initially provided for farming, into the construction of Raithu Vedika under a new government scheme.
• Rachala Yugander Goud consistently voiced concerns over attacks on BC leaders and individuals. He took legal action by filing cases against BRS leaders in response to these incidents.
• In an incident involving an attack on Shiva Yadav in Peddamandadi Mandal of Manigilla Village, Wanaparthy District, allegedly orchestrated by followers of Former Minister Niranjan Reddy, Rachala Yugander Goud intervened. He suspended the concerned police officer, filed a complaint at the National Human Rights Council in Delhi, and ensured justice for the victim.
  
• Rachala Yugander Goud, the state general secretary of the BC Welfare Association, asked the State Human Rights Commission to give appropriate directions to the state government to immediately restore the BC Commission in the state of Telangana. To this extent, he filed a petition in the High Court. On this occasion, Rachala Yugander Goud said that after the emergence of Telangana as a separate state, the BC Commission was formed in October 2016, and the chairman and members were appointed and their tenure was completed on October 2019. He said that since the Commission has not been renewed for 16 months, the people of BC have not been able to express their pros and cons.
• BC Welfare Association State General Secretary Rachala Yugander Goud approached the State Human Rights Commission over the illegal arrest of journalist Raghu by Suryapet District Police. In the petition, Rachala Yugander Goud stated that the state government is acting biased against the journalist Ragha, who is questioning the irregularities of the state government, and that he is facing a threat to his life from the state government.
• In a move to champion accountability, Rachala Yugander Goud has filed a petition with the Human Rights Commission (HRC) seeking an immediate inquiry into an unfortunate incident of death due to oxygen shortage at King Koti Government Hospital. Rachala Yugander Goud criticizes the Chief Minister, KCR, accusing him of engaging in political maneuvering amidst the devastating second wave of the pandemic. The BC Welfare Association emphasizes the need for transparency and action against those responsible for the lapses in healthcare infrastructure.
• Rachala Yugander Goud, the State General Secretary of the BC Welfare Association, has taken legal action by filing a petition with the State Human Rights Commission in Telangana. In his petition, he urges the commission to issue appropriate directives to the state government for the immediate restoration of the BC Commission in Telangana. Rachala Yugander Goud emphasizes that the BC Commission, established in October 2016 after the formation of Telangana as a separate state, had its chairman and members appointed, and their tenure concluded in October 2019. Unfortunately, the commission has not been renewed for the past 16 months, hindering the expression of the opinions and concerns of the BC community.
• In a noteworthy development, Rachala Yugander Goud, the State General Secretary of the BC Welfare Association, has taken a decisive step by approaching the State Human Rights Commission regarding the alleged illegal arrest of journalist Raghu by the Suryapet District Police. In his petition, Rachala Yugander Goud asserts that the state government is exhibiting bias against Raghu, a journalist who has been diligently questioning irregularities within the government. Rachala Yugander Goud highlights the journalist’s perceived threat to life and urges a comprehensive inquiry into the matter.

RACHALA YUGANDER GOUD SUPPORTS CIVIC RESPONSIBILITY AND TRANSPARENCY

• In an event held at Potti Sriramulu University, Hyderabad, Rachala Yugander Goud bestowed honor upon “Telangana State BC Welfare Department & Road Transport Minister” Mr. Ponnam Prabhakar Goud. • Complaining to Talloju Achari, a member of the National BC Commission, Rachala Yugander Goud highlighted the alleged land and property grabbing by ruling party leaders in the Devarakadra constituency. He emphasized the need for protection for BCs in the constituency, alleging physical assaults by leaders of the ruling TRS party.
• Rachala Yugander Goud, the state general secretary of the BC Welfare Association, said that those who questioned the inhumane Panchvati Hospital, which is collecting gold on the dead bodies with the utmost devilishness, while the lives are dying like pittance, even though this is happening, how reasonable is it that the local MLA did not at least inspect the hospital. In a media conference organized at Vasundhara Complex in Bhutpur town, Rachala Yugander Goud said that even though the lives of the Covid victims are dying, there are many allegations against the Panchvati Hospital from the construction of the hospital till today, and he questioned why the officials or the leaders do not care.

He advocates for the refund of bills collected from Covid patients, alleging non-compliance with established norms. Rachala Yugander Goud, along with the victim’s family members, has formally lodged a complaint with the Telangana State Human Rights Commission, accusing Panchvati Hospital in Bhutpur Municipality of Mahbubnagar District of financial malpractice leading to the unfortunate demise of several individuals seeking Covid-related services.
• State General Secretary of BC Welfare Association Rachala Yugander Goud has asked Telangana Human Rights commission(HRC) to seize Paisalu Pinde Panchvati Hospital and file a criminal case against the management as well as refund the bills collected against the Covid patients against the norms. To this extent, along with the victim’s family members, they filed a complaint with the Telangana State Human Rights Commission. Speaking on this occasion, Rachala alleged that the Panchvati Hospital in Bhutpur Municipality of Devarakadra Constituency of Mahbubnagar District has committed lakhs of money with Covid patients against the rules in the name of Covid services and has caused the death of many people without any treatment.
• Furthermore, Rachala Yugander Goud, in his capacity as the State General Secretary of the BC Welfare Association, has taken a stand against a significant public gathering scheduled to be chaired by CM KCR in Halia, Nalgonda district, on April 14, concerning the Nagarjunasagar by-election. Rachala Yugander Goud has raised concerns about the gathering violating the state government’s directive, G.O.Y.S No. 69, which prohibits gatherings, meetings, and rallies until April 30 due to the severity of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite this government order, the planned meeting poses a potential threat to public health. In response, Rachala Yugander Goud has urged the State Election Commission and the State Director General of Police to cancel CM KCR’s open meeting considering the paramount importance of public health in these challenging times.
• Rachala Yugander Goud, state general secretary of BC Welfare Association, has filed a petition in the Telangana State Human Rights Commission to cancel the massive public meeting chaired by CM KCR in Halia of Nalgonda district on April 14 in the context of Nagarjunasagar by-election. Speaking to the media on this occasion, Rachala said that in view of the severity of Corona, the Telangana state government has issued G.O.Y.S No. 69 that no gatherings, meetings and rallies should be held till April 30, but it is not proper to hold a meeting in violation of G.O.69 of the state government. As this will have a serious impact on public health, they have asked the State Election Commission and the State DGP to cancel the open meeting of CM KCR to be held on April 14 in Halia, Nalgonda district keeping in mind the public health.
  
• State General Secretary of BC Welfare Association Rachala Yugander Goud has filed a petition in HRC demanding an immediate inquiry into the incident of death due to lack of oxygen in King Koti Government Hospital and action against those responsible. Later speaking to the media, Rachala said that while the second wave of Corona is spreading, the Chief Minister of the state, KCR, is doing politics and has ruined the lives of the people. On the one hand, KCR held high-level review meetings and said that there is no shortage of oxygen in the state and beds for Covid patients are ready, but the facts are different.
• Demonstrating his commitment to humanitarian causes, Rachala Yugander Goud actively served the people of Wanaparthy Constituency during the pandemic covid period. Despite facing challenges, his efforts led to the arrest.
