Puvvada Ajay Kumar

Transport Minister, MLA, Khammam, Telangana, TRS.

 

Puvvada Ajay Kumar is the Transport Minister of Telangana and was the Member of the Legislative Assembly(MLA) of Khammam Constituency from the TRS Party.

He was born on 19-04-1965 to Nageswara Rao & Vijaya Lakshmi in Khammam Town, Telangana.

He has completed M.Sc.(Agriculture), from the University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore in 1989. He has Business.

He started his political career as a Central Executive Council Member of the YSR Congress Party.

He joined the Indian National Congress party. He contested as Member of Legislative Assembly(MLA) from the Congress party and elected to Legislative Assembly of Telangana in General Elections 2014 with the highest majority of 70,251 votes.

In 2016, he quit Congress Party and joined the Telangana Rastra Samithi(TRS) party. In 2018, in Telangana Legislative Elections, he elected as the Member of Legislative Assembly(MLA) with the highest majority of 102760 votes from the TRS party.

He worked as the Transport Minister of Telangana from 2019. He also served as the Chairman of Mamata Academy of Medical Sciences, Hyderabad, and Mamata Medical, Nursing, and Dental colleges in Khammam.

Recent Activities:

  • A meeting was held under the leadership of Minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar Garu on the prestigious Sitarama project that provides water to every acre of Mahaboobabad, Khairatabad, Hyderabad. Women Child Welfare Minister Satyavati Rathod, Chief Minister Office Special Secretary Smita Sabarwal, Principal Secretary Rajat Kumar, Mahabubabad MP Malothu Kavitha, State VIP Rega Kantharao, MLC Balasani Lakshmi Narayana, and other officials have attended.
  • As a part of the upcoming joint Khammam-Warangal-Nalgonda district Pattabhadrula MLC election preparation meeting, the Paleru constituency level meeting was held at Ramlila Function Hall in Naidupet. Transport Minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar Garu attended as a chief guest and spoke with party groups.
  • Transport Minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar said that the mission Bhageeratha works of the state government to provide drinking water to every house is going on. He spoke at the press meeting held at the Pragna Sammesh Mandir in the Khammam district collector office.
  • TRS State Executive President Kalvakuntla Tarakarama Rao hoisted the national flag at Telangana Bhavan on the occasion of September 17 On this occasion, Transport Minister Puvvada Ajay Kumar Garu paid homage to the statue of mother Telangana. After that, Acharya Jayashankar sir’s statue was offered garlands and salutes. State Home Minister Mahmood Ali Garu, GHMC Mayor Bontu Rammohan Garu, MLAs, MLC leaders are present in the program.

పొంగులేటి స్వరాజ్యం – రాఘవరెడ్డి చారిటబుల్ ట్రస్ట్ ద్వారా ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగులు, వైద్యులు, పోలీసులు, శానిటరీ వర్కర్లు, వాలంటర్ల కొరకు 12 వేల హ్యాండ్ శానిటైజెర్లు, మాస్క్ లు ఉచితంగా కలెక్టర్ గారు అందజేశారు ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో మాట్లాడుతున్న ఎమ్మెల్యే పువ్వాడ అజయ్ కుమార్ గారు

నిత్యావసర సరుకులు అందజేత

కరోనా వైరస్ కారణంగా పేదలకు నిత్యావసర సరుకులు వితరణగా ఇచ్చేందుకు ITC సంస్థ ముందుకోచింది. ఆయా సరుకులు రవాణా శాఖ మంత్రి పువ్వాడ అజయ్ కుమార్ గారి చేతుల మీదగా జిల్లా కలెక్టర్ RV కర్ణన్ IAS గారు, వైరా ఎమ్మెల్యే రాములు నాయక్ గారికి మంత్రి అందజేశారు. వైరా నియోజకవర్గంలో దాదాపు 3వేల మందికి సరుకులను పంపిణీ చేయనున్నారు. దాతృత్వంతో ముందుకొచ్చిన ITC సంస్థను మంత్రి అభినందించారు. కార్యక్రమంలో అదనపు కలెక్టర్ స్నేహాలత గారు, ITC అధికారులు, సిబ్బంది పాల్గొన్నారు

రాష్ట్ర పునర్నిర్మాణంలో అహర్నిశలు కృషి చేస్తున్న కార్మిక లోకానికి రాష్ట్ర రవాణా శాఖ మంత్రి పువ్వాడ అజయ్ కుమార్ గారు మే డే శుభాకాంక్షలు తెలియజేశారు. కార్మిక దినోత్సవం సందర్భంగా పువ్వాడ ఫౌండేషన్ ఆధ్వర్యంలో ఖమ్మం కార్పొరేషన్ పరిధిలో 5 వేల మంది వివిధ రంగాల్లో పని చేస్తున్న కార్మికులకు నిత్యావసర సరుకులను పువ్వాడ ఫౌండేషన్ చైర్మన్, రవాణా శాఖ మంత్రి, ఎమ్మెల్యే పువ్వాడ అజయ్ కుమార్ గారు అందజేశారు
