Puthalapattu Prabhakar

Prabhakar is the Senior Leader of Tirupathi from the Congress Party. He was born on 09-10-1965 to Rajanna & Dorasani in Tirupati, Chittoor District.

In 1982, He studied his SSC standard from ZP High School at Pakala. In 1984, He has completed his Intermediate from Government Junior college at Madanpally. he attained Graduation in 1987 from Sri Govindarajula Arts College.

Prabhakar started his political journey in 1984 with the Indian National Congress Party and was the Party Activist. In 1985, Prabhakar appointed as a State Organizing Secretary of AP Dalit Mahasabha.

Prabhakar joined the BSP(Bahujan Samaj Party) in 1989. He was one of the founders of BSP in Andhra Pradesh.

Later on, Prabhakar again Re-joined in 1995 the Indian National Congress Party and Dalit Bahujan Union Leader. In 1996, Prabhakar was the Farmers Union Leader.

In 2000, He appointed as a State Convenor of SC, ST, Andhra Pradesh from the Congress Party. He was the Dalit State Senior Leader of Congress Party. He was the Senior Leader of the Congress Party in Andhra Pradesh.

Prabhakar Received the Dr. BR Ambedkar Sevaratnam Award honored by the Andhra Pradesh Deputy Speaker Shri Kona Raghupathi and Speaker Charvak.

He conducted All India Congress Memberships like Children Rights, Dalit Rights, SC, ST Minority Rights, Land Rights, Economical, Health, Subsidi Loans.
He fought for Students Issues like Scholarships, Hostel infrastructure, and Fee Reimbursement.

Social Activities: 

Prabhakar donated food items, Bedsheets, Meals to the Oldage people in Oldage Homes.
He distributed books, pens, Stationary things to handicapped Students and School Students.
He provided food to the Hospital People and Poor people.
Prabhakar involves in many of the social activities like Swachh Bharath Programs & helping poor people in his area, and development activities like CC Roads, Drainage, Street lights, and Water Problems in his area and constructed grave Yard.
Street lights were set up and Some roads were paved in the Area and did many developments in his Village.
Prabhakar provided Rice and financial help to the Death People Families.

• Prabhakar distributed Ambali drink to the Police Department during Pandemic Covid-19.
• he distributed essential things to the Tribal people in their area.
• Prabhakar distributed meals to the Roadside people during the COVID-19 and conducted Free Mediacal camps in his Area.
• Prabhakar distributed many kits like Essential things, Masks, and sanitizer in his area during the COVID-19 Pandemic lockdown period.
• He was Provided food & Vegetables to Poor people during lockdown time.
• He distributed essentials things, Masks, and sanitizer during the lockdown time in his Constituency.
• Prabhakar provided meals to the Migrates and distributed Essential things to the Poor People.
• He Distributed Essential Needs in Pandemic COVID-19 time.
• Prabhakar has created Awareness on how to practice Social Distance.
• He helped buses to the Migrates to go to their own Places.
• The complete Town was sprayed with sodium hypochlorite solution.
