Potta Mallikarjun Yadav

Potta Mallikarjun Yadav is an Indian Politician and current Serilingampally Division President, Ranga Reddy from the TRS party. He is a politician who began his political career as a Party Activist and quickly rose to prominence as a Public Leader by serving the people.

Early Life&Education:

On the 15th of March 1983, Mallikarjun Yadav was born to the couple Mr.Nageswararao Yadav and Mrs.Sunitha Yadav. He was raised in Warangal.

In the year 1998, Mallikarjun Yadav acquired his Secondary Board of Education from Jyothi Vidyala High School located at Konijerla, Khammam, and completed his Intermediate from Sri Chaitanya Junior College. In 2003, Mallikarjun Yadav attained a Graduation(Degree) from Andhra University, situated at Vizag.

Professional Life:

Shortly after completing his education, Mallikarjun entered his professional life working as Office Assistant at the University of Hyderabad he worked as an Office Assistant from 2010-2016.

A career in Politics:

In the belief that only politicians can fight corruption, bribery, and other unlawful acts in society and make the nation corruption-free, Mallikarjun joined politics and began his political career as a Member of the Indian National Congress(INC) party.

Mallikarjun excitedly participated in the party’s events as soon as he arrived, participating in every event and rapidly gaining a reputation for himself.

Due to certain circumstances, Mallikarjun left the Congress party he switches over to the Telangana Rashtra Samiti(TRS) in 2014. Following the TRS party founder Kalvakuntla Chandrasekhar Rao’s spirit of service, Mallikarjun joined the party.

Mallikarjun is an active leader who constantly brings public issues to the attention of authorities and makes them solved. He served the Mission of public development.

The party officials appointed Mallikarjun as Ranga Reddy District BC Cell President, from the TRS party, and he successfully performs his duties in order to fulfill his roles and responsibilities. He has been successful in solving people’s problems in his political career. The people of Serilingampally considered his regime to be the Leadership of the people. He has simplicity, flexibility, and transparency in the people under his leadership.

His contribution to the party and people’s welfare impressed senior political leaders. As a result of this, he was eventually appointed the Serilingampally Division President, and he currently serving in the position.

Family Participation in Politics:

Mallikarjun’s father, Nageswara Rao Yadav, is also politically engaged he served as the 1st Municipal Councilor for the 2nd Ward in Serilingampally. Mallikarjun entered politics with his father as his motivation in order to maintain his father’s name and reputation, and he is effectively carrying out his father’s desires.

Establishment of PNRY Foundation:

• Mallikarjun is a firm believer that every person should participate in social service that instills a feeling of patriotism in their spirits and continually attempt to persuade others around them by highlighting their social duty. He established the Potta Nageswara Rao Yadav (PNRY) Foundation in his father’s honor with the intention of aiding the disadvantaged in whatever manner possible. He is the Trust’s Founder and Chairman. In every manner, the Charitable Trust aids the poor and needy.
• During the Corona crisis, Mallikarjun distributed masks and hand sanitizers to the impoverished on behalf of the PNRY Foundation. On part of the Foundation, the poor received comprehensive assistance.
• Mallikarjun Yadav, on behalf of the PNRY Foundation, honored municipal workers who had rendered exceptional service during the pandemic and distributed clothes.

Activities Performed Recently:

• Mallikarjun and TRS leaders staged sit-ins and protests to urge the federal government to purchase the grain.

• Mallikarjun settled the people’s problems under the supervision of MLA Arikepudi Gandhi.

• He condemned the BJP for attempting to destabilize the elected government.

• In three schools, Mallikarjun spoke to the students about the value of education and women’s empowerment.

• Mallikarjun said during the party gathering that BJP leaders are seeking political gain by fanning racial hate in Telangana.

• Mallikarjun and TRS party leaders requested that the TRS party return to power if we want a conflict-free state, peace, and security, and all facilities made accessible to the needy in a responsible manner.

• He remarked at the party meeting that the government should offer all available programs to the worthy so that the state may become a welfare state.

• Mallikarjun organized awareness campaigns and presented welfare programs to the public so that the poor could benefit from them.

Activities by Mallikarjun in his Division President Reign:

• The TRS leaders held a Kshirabhishekam event for CM KCR’s image under the auspices of the Serilingampally Ration Dealers Association near the Chandanagar Gandhi monument to commemorate the increase in ration dealers’ commission from 20 to 70 paisa per quintal by the state government. The event was attended by Yadav Goud, Sanjiva Reddy, Kishore, and Venkatesh, among others.
• PNRY Trust Chairman Mallikarjun Yadav and Seshumamba participated in the program organized at the local government primary school on the third death anniversary of Mallikarjun’s father Nageshwar Rao. On this occasion, Seshumamba said that education for women is very important in society and it is the responsibility of the society and the government to provide such education to the girl child. Afterward, Chairman Mallikarjun on behalf of PNRY Trust handed over checks of 3000 thousand rupees to Lakshmi and 2000 thousand rupees to B.Swathi who passed the first class in class 9th.
  
• The Telangana and Andhra Pradesh Yadava Mahasabha have demanded that the Andhra Pradesh government should provide all possible support to the Sannidhi Gollas who have been serving the Lord for the past few years in the Sri Tirumala Tirupati Temple. To this extent, the representatives of the Mahasabha said that they submitted the petition along with Andhra Pradesh State Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishna. They explained in the petition that the duties of the Sannidhi Gollas, who were treated equally with the Brahmins, were being reduced day by day.
• Baddam Kondal Reddy, President of Ration Dealers Association Serilingampally, Potta Mallikarjun Yadav urged to make the program “Hello Dealer – Chalo Hyderabad” a success. On this occasion, a meeting of dealers was arranged at Serilingampally. They demanded the Telangana state government implement a minimum wage for ration dealers and cancel the cash transfer program for ration dealers. Shastri, Srinivas, and other TRS leaders participated in this program.
• The dealers, under the auspices of the Serilingampally Ration Dealers Association, went on a strike at the Hapij Pate godown demanding the government recognize the ration dealers as government employees. As part of the state-wide ration dealers’ strike on the call of the Telangana State Ration Dealers’ Association, the ration dealers in Serilingampally shut down the ration shops and protested. On this occasion, State General Secretary of Ration Dealers Association Sanjeeva Reddy said that they have submitted a petition to the government several times to solve the problems faced by the ration dealers in the state of Telangana and said that even if the government takes it to their attention, they do not care, but their problem should be solved.

Mallikarjun Yadav’s Effort During the Pandemic Covid-19:

• Mallikarjun rendered his service to the Serilingampally people even during the corona which terrorized the whole country.
• He distributed food and rice bags to the migrants and also contributed to them financially. He donates rice bags, vegetables, and medicine to covid victims who are suffering from covid and cannot go out to fetch food.
• He also supported the poor financially by providing essential goods for those who could not find employment or food due to the lockdown.
• Provided Annadhanam program to the Police, Municipal, and front-line workers who served a lot during the corona crisis. Conducted awareness programs on the maintenance of Physical distance and following precautionary measures to prevent the epidemic in Corona.
• Serilingampally put effort even during the Covid second wave.
• He distributed vegetables and fruits to the village people and needy people.
• Awareness camps and seminars were organized on the Covid-19 vaccine and the effects of the virus. Organized awareness programs on precautions to be taken to prevent covid and said no need to panic.
• The area infected with the coronavirus has been declared a red zone and people. have been given proper precautions and instructions.
