Pittala Chandra Shekar

Pittala Chandra Shekar is the BJP State Executive Member from OBC Morcha. He was born on 20th April 1982 to the couple Late Dayanand and Nagamani in Hyderabad. He is well known for his consummate dedication.

Education Background:

Chandra Shekar earned his Board of Secondary Education at Loyola high school, Vijay Nagar. He completed Intermediate from Alfa junior college. Chandra Shekar attained his Graduation(B.Tech) from Muffakham Jah College of Engineering.

 Journey in Politics:

Initially, Chandra Shekar was a Member of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh(RSS). During his RSS Member term, he was constantly fought for the rights of the students.  In 2015, Chandra Shekar officially entered Politics with the Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP). He took party responsibilities in Delhi under the auspices of Central Ex Ayush Minister Sri Shripad Yesso.

Although growing politically, on the one hand, Being working hard for the welfare of the people with the positions assigned to him simultaneously working as a Social Activist to be closer in terms of service to the people on the other.

In 2017, Chandra Shekar took charge as Telangana State General Secretary under Pradhan Mantri Jan Kalyankari Yojana. He becomes General Secretary at Akila Bharatiya bhoi Samaj Seva Sanstha.

BJP Activities:

• Pittala Chandra Shekar participated in the “Nirudhyoga Deeksha” initiated by state BJP President Bandi Sanjay. The event was attended by state OBC working committee members Srikaran, and other OBC Morcha leaders.
• The distribution of handicapped, old age people’s geriatric equipment took place at the SBI Community Hall. Nampally Constituency Chief Guest, Central Cabinet Minister, Cultural, Tourism & MP Shri Gangapuram Kishan Reddy, Chandrasekhar, etc participated in the event.
• Hyderabad Central District OBC Morcha President Shri Vinod Yadav held a protest at Sardar Patel Statue, Nampally Assembly demanding reduction of VAT on petrol & diesel prices.
• State executive members Pittala Chandra Shekar and Mallepally SC Morcha general secretary Sankati Ravi Kumar were present at the inauguration in support of Shri Bandi Sanjay at the “Raitu Deeksha” held at the BJP state office.
• Recognizing the struggle of municipal employees, member of the state executive committee Chandra Shekar supplied a tricycle used to remove rubbish in the Nampally constituency as part of the Swachh Bharat initiative.

Chandra Shekar’s effort during the Covid Crisis:

• The epidemic has badly damaged people’s lives. Ordinary people could not survive during the Covid. Chandra Shekar gave his contribution even during the pandemic.-During the Pandemic Period, he distributed fruits, food packets, and water bottles to the road siders and also distributed blankets to them.
• He provided food and rice bags to the migrants and also contributed to them financially.
• Provided annadhanam program to the Police, Municipal, front-line workers who served a lot during the corona crisis.
• Conducted awareness programs on the maintenance of Physical distance and following precautionary measures to prevent the epidemic in Corona.
• He financially helped covid victims by providing vitamin tablets, masks, Sanitizers, and fruits.
•  Chandra Shekar put his effort to serve people even during the covid second wave.
• He distributed vegetables and fruits to the village people and needy people.
• Awareness camps and seminars were organized on the Covid-19 vaccine and about the effects of the virus.
• The area infected with the coronavirus has been declared a red zone and people have been given proper precautions and instructions.
• Delivered food, supplements for the covid victims by home delivery.
