Pilla Naveen Kumar

 

Pilla Naveen Kumar is the Vizianagaram District President at Vizianagaram District of Andhra Pradesh.

Early Life & Education:

He was born on 11th December 1994 to Pilla Appal Naidu & Gowramma and raised in Penasam. In the year 2010, He pursued a  higher secondary board of examination from St. Joseph’s English Medium High School situated at Vizianagaram.

He completed his undergraduate from N.R.I Junior College placed at Vizianagaram in 2012. In the period 2016, He attained graduation with a degree from K.L University located in Vijayawada.

Personal  Life:

He got married in 2019 to Mounika who works as a software engineer.

Early Political Life:

Since childhood, Naveen has been passionate about Politics he has been inspired by Indian politics and he has been inspired by the Indian politicians for the service rendered by them selflessly.

On that basis, in the presence of an Indian politician, Kethineni Sundra Mohan who is serving as BJYM State President Naveen Kumar began his political journey in 2020 joining BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party).

Since the date of joining the Party, He has been working as a BJP Party Activist by actively participating in every program related to the political party.

As he is completely involved in politics to render service to humanity, but his passion never gives up in that busy schedule. He took the proposal to be self-employed and self-dependent. Soon after accomplishing his duties and responsibilities he independently set up his own business and presently he is the Founder & Managing Director at PNK Industries. Spontaneously balancing the multiple works with great desire. His small aspirations made him big thunders in his life.

In the year 2020, With dedication and sincerity towards the work BJP Party leaders appointed him to serve as BJYM General Secretary for Vizianagaram District.

In recognition of his unwavering determination and commitment to serving the public, he was elevated to the position of Vizianagaram District President of BJYM in 2023. In this role, he executed his duties with utmost dedication, always prioritizing the welfare of the people and upholding the trust vested in him by the party.

He has been served with gratitude and constantly worked hard for the committed position by taking responsibilities like Ensuring meetings that are effectively organized and minuted. Maintaining effective records and administration. Upholding the legal requirements of governing documents, charity law, company law, etc…

From the moment he was given the post till now, he has been using all his resources for the people and pursuing his happy life of public welfare.

Many social evils are rising in India like No Education for Girls, Domestic Violence, Dowry, Gender Inequality, and many more.

Though he comes from a poor family, Naveen constantly worked hard and persevered to establish an organization to eradicate social evils. He worked hard to make his dreams and goals come true, and finally, he rose to the top.

Naveen Kumar has been selected as the Production Engineer for MNC, Hyderabad. but he is unable to find any professional satisfaction, he decided to quit his job and work in his hometown on a passionate basis. Soon, He Founded a “Youth Foundation for  Society” which resided in the Vizianagaram district of Andhra Pradesh and began working for women, orphans, children, and related issues.

Now nearly 200 young people are working in society and serving by collecting unwanted food from hotels, parties, functions, and packing it in small packets for distribution to the homeless, and beggars.

One of Naveen’s ideas changed a lot and it helped a lot of poor people. The idea was ‘The Wall of Kindness, in which he chose 2 large walls and started painting the wall with attractive colors. He put some cloth hangers there and wrote: “Take what you want and leave what you don’t need. This idea is to prompt people to keep unused pants, shirts, and other clothing there.

Many people responded positively by dropping unused clothes and other articles there. Naveen felt very happy about this and said “he always raises his hand to serve and heart for love… Ultimately, Naveen is the Founder and CEO of the respective organization and it was registered.

Their service is not only limited to the people of Vizianagaram District of Andhra Pradesh State but also all over India. As soon as the organization was founded, the members and volunteers began their activities by performing in a good manner as every individual is fully devoting their valuable time to provide services.

Each time, the growth of the organization increased by fulfilling every need that people needed and asked for. Currently, the organization is fast gaining public trust.

Youth Foundation For Society Main Motto:

Youth Foundation For Society-YFS” is a Social Organization that came from the hearts of Youth in INDIA. The main objective of the organization is to fight against social evils in society give aid to the poor and constantly work for the well-being of people.

Awards and recognitions:

For his constant work and continuous fighting with the pandemic, he gained many awards and recognitions for helping our India during the tough days of Lockdown and for his great work towards society. On ​recalling his services he has been respectfully honored with the prestigious Forever Star India Award 2020 – The Real Super Hero(FSIA) for his best services and hard work. FSIA is an online platform that organizes National-level contests and Award shows based on Warriors and Real heroes of COVID-19 who were fighting the pandemic.

Party Activities

• Naveen encouraged and motivated about politics to the young students and spelled out about the politicians.
• He is actively involved in the programs organized by BJP Party.
• He conveyed and explained to the people the greatness of the BJP Party and the symbol and ideology of the BJP Party to the party leaders.
• He always woke up and stood up at the forefront for the party solved issues and raised any problems.
• Naveen was involved and played a primary role in developing the party.
• He set up and engaged in every Mandal-level and village-level meeting and delivered speeches by motivating the BJP Party for the upcoming leaders.
• By taking the work as his responsibility he took initiation to serve as BJP Activist.
• He is organized and involved in BJP Political Party Joining meetings.
• He has been serving and assisting the party members whenever they are in need.
• Many party development programs were carried out in the village for the growth of the party.

 

Social Activities:

• Naveen’s main motto is that the people should be better off! He played an active role and raised his voice to eradicate social evils in society and unconditionally helped them to survive their lives. The small aspiration made him a big wonder for the people.
• Naveen fought and solved the issues raised by Anti-law decisions of the government about the three capitals.
• He was involved in the development of Temples in Penasam village and gave complete equipment required for the temples. Also, he financially donated to the temples for construction and development.
• As a part of environmental protection, he has taken an active role by participating in the Haritha Haram and Palle Pragathi Program and casting the plants in the village.
• He donated Plasma in emergency need and organized a Blood Donation Camp for immediate help to the people and provided them tablets for a month. He served helplessly to below-poverty people.
• He assists the Senior citizens, Orphans, and roadside people by donating essential things like blankets, clothes, food, and water.
• He constantly strives to help the poor people deliver speeches about the service and inspire those who are willing to assist the people helplessly.
• He fought and solved the issues raised by Anti-law decisions of the government.
• Naveen Kumar assists Orphans, disabled people, and senior citizens and gives his hands to serve them by providing whatever they need.
• He set up and implemented many district-level Social Activities and served the people who were in need.
• He was formed and was involved in many Social Service and charity Programs that eradicated hunger for the people and gave a fascinating life.
• He fights over every issue raised in the town and persistently works to solve the issues.
• If anyone in the village encounters any problem, Naveen will be at the forefront of the problem.
• He will assist those who come to him for help and provide the essential things whatever they require.
• He is constantly striving and fighting for the well-being of the people.
• As his view is to serve the people with humanity, he came forward with gratitude by delivering food, and essential requirements for the people living in the Vizianagaram District.

Services During pandemic Covid-19:

• We have initiated 24/7COVID-199 Help Line Services through which we are providing Oxygen and Ventilator beds, Ambulance and Cremation Services, Medication and Food Services, Oxygen cylinders for home quarantine
• During these tough times, Naveen has donated blood to the coronal patients and helped one of the pregnant ladies during her cesarean time
• Training Program on COVID-199 – Got trained TOT on COVID-19 segment handling destitute on dead bodies.
• Masks & sanitizer distribution – Created an awareness program on wearing masks and distributed 100+ masks to rural people.
• Grocery & Food Distribution – On the occasion of the 9th death anniversary, we have donated monthly groceries to an old age home.CoviCOVID-199ief Camp3 -As part of CoviCOVID-19 have distributed 1200rs per food packet to 200 very poor families.
• Covid 19 Relief Camp4 – We have continuously served food to migrant workers in different places for 30 days.COVID-199 Relief Camp5 -As part of COVID-19, we have distributed 1200rs per food packet to 60 very poor families.
• Library Opening Ceremony – On Teacher’s day’20, we initiated YFS Vivekananda Library at Pensam village.
• Blood Donation Camp – On National Volunteer Blood Donation Day, we have conducted a blood donation camp.
• Plantation Program – During COVID-199, we have planted multiple plants to build a pollution-free environment.
• Naveen came forward to help the needy who had been affected by the lockdown and distributed vegetables and fruits to the migrant workers who came from Bihar and Maharastra by providing food and shelter to them for around 15 days by following the precautions.
• Food packets for drivers and migrant laborers were distributed whose livelihoods have been affected during this lockdown period.
• To spread awareness about social distancing and follow precautionary measures to prevent the Epidemic in Corona an awareness camp was held in the village.
• Naveen and his co-party leaders have come together to help the needy who are in lockdown and distributed vegetables and fruits to the villagers, needy ones, and Municipality workers.
• Sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all over the village for the safety of the village.
• He worked all day (Day and Night) during the Ovid period and looked after the people.
• He is constantly available mainly to the poorest people in the zone.
