Pidugu Govindu Raju

 

Pidugu Govindu Raju is the Janasena Party Activist from Gollaprolu, Chendurthi Mandal. He was born on 06th October 1971 to the couple Surya Rao and Suryakantham in Samarlakota. Govindu Raju, who has been in politics for over more than 10 years and is a loyal supporter of the people, has built a good reputation among the people.

A career in Politics:

Govindu Raju entered into Active Politics with the Lok Satta Party in 2005. He has a huge Political Career and an unbreakable bond with the people. He was served as Gudivada Town Secretary in 2006. He worked as Party Organizer from the Pithapuram constituency from the Lok Satta party.

In the year 2014, Govindu Raju left the Lok Satta party. He switches over to the Janasena Party.

Jana Sena Party(JSP) is an Indian regional political party based in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, India. It was founded by Tollywood actor and politician Pawan Kalyan on 14 March 2014. Jana Sena means “People’s Army”. The motto of the party is “fight for the rights of each and every common person”.

The main goal of JanaSena is to question any type of corruption in government functioning and organizations and to protect the basic rights of people.

Govindu Raju becomes the Party Activist of Janasena. He follows Janasena Party principles and ideologies. He took part in all Movements and Dharnas for the welfare of the party.

The houses of Rajasekhar and Indiramma, sanctioned by the government, were half-built. Janasena party leaders demanded that the construction of houses be completed. He made Movements over farmer’s issues. He played an active role in Kakinada Sowbhagya Dhiksha. Govindu Raju staged Rastarokos and Dharnas and demanded that the government immediately pay compensation to the farmers. He even did Movements for Visaka Steel Plant.

Govindu Raju was selected as a Member of Vikalangula Seva Sangham and a Member of Meturu Venkateswara Rao’s Divyangula Sangham and has done Social Service through the Sangham.

Social Service being a Responsible Janasena Party Leader: 

• Govindu Raju also worked as a Social Activist. He gave his helping hand in his unique ways.
• He has actively participated in the programs like Harithaharam, and Swachh Bharath.
• He organized the blood camp and medical camp in the village and donated the blood for the needy people.
• He financially assisted the poor people in the village and also helped them in all possible ways when needed.
• He fought and solved the issues like pensions, Ration cards, Health cards, and also the issues relating to Aadhar cards.
• Govindu Raju provided his financial support to the poor people in the village and also donated a certain amount to the merit students for their higher education.
• He conducted Village development activities in the village like laying of CC Roads, Digging of Borewells, Putting up Street Lights, Clearance of Drainage systems, and Solving water Problems.
• Distributed food and clothing to the Orphan Children and helped them by donating a certain amount whenever required.
• Conducted many party meetings and development activities for community development.
• He stood up for the poor and ensured the development of welfare. He always raises his hands to serve the poor.
• Govindu Raju demanded that the government issue notifications quickly and protect the unemployed from suicide.

Service During the Covid Crisis

-Govindu Raju rendered his service to the people of the village even during the corona which terrorized the whole country.

-He distributed food and rice bags to the migrants and also contributed to them financially.

-He donates rice bags, vegetables, and medicine to covid victims who are suffering from covid and cannot go out to fetch food.

-He also supported the poor financially by providing essential goods for those who could not find employment or food due to the lockdown.

-Provided annadhanam program to the Police, Municipal, front-line workers who served a lot during the corona crisis.

-Conducted awareness programs on the maintenance of Physical distance and following precautionary measures to prevent the epidemic in Corona.

-Govindu Raju put effort even during the Covid second wave.

-He distributed vegetables and fruits to the village people and needy people.

-Awareness camps and seminars were organized on the Covid-19 vaccine and about the effects of the virus.

-Organized awareness programs on precautions to be taken to prevent covid and said no need to panic.

-The area infected with the coronavirus has been declared a red zone and people have been given proper precautions and instructions.
