Payyavula Keshav is the Chairman of PAC in Andhra Pradesh and was the MLA of TDP in Uravakonda Constituency in Anantapur district.

Keshav was born on 14-05-1965 to Late P. Venkata Narayana in Pedda Kowkuntla Village, Uravakonda Mandal, Anantapur.

In 1987, Kesav has completed his Post Graduation MBA from Pal Management Institute in TA. He hails the Agriculture Family.

Payyavula Keshav started his political journey with the Telugu Desam Party(TDP) and He was the Leader.

In 1994, Keshav was an MLA(Member of the Legislative Assembly) of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh representing the Uravakonda constituency of Anantapur.

In 2004, Keshav was won the 2nd time MLA of Telugu Desam Party in Uravakonda Constituency.

In 2009, Keshav was elected as a 3rd Time MLA of TDP in Uravakonda Constituency in Anantapur district. He was unanimously elected as a Member of the Legislative Council (MLC) and resigned his post.

In 2019, Payyavula Keshav was the MLA(Member of the Legislative Assembly) of the TDP Party in Uravakonda Constituency, Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.

In 2019, Keshav is the current Chairman of PAC in Andhra Pradesh of Telugu Desam Party.

రాళ్లు నాటే కార్యక్రమం

ఉరవకొండ పట్టణంలో MLA కేశవ్ గారు ఇంటిపట్టాలు ఇచ్చిన సైట్లో జంగిల్ క్లియరెన్స్ జరిగింది రాళ్లు నాటడానికి ఎలక్షన్ కూడా అడ్డు రావడంతో బ్రేక్ పడింది. ఎలక్షన్ కోడ్ ముగిసింది జిల్లాలో ఉన్న సర్వేల సహాయంతో రాళ్లు నాటి వాళ్లకి స్థలాలు చూపించాలని తెలియజేశారు ఎవరి స్థలంలో వాళ్ళే రాళ్లు నాటుకోవాలి కానీ ఉరవకొండ పట్టణంలో ఉన్న పేదల సొంతింటి కల నెరవేరుతుంది శరవేగంగా రాళ్లు నాటే కార్యక్రమం జరుగుతుంది. అని ఆయన తెలియజేశారు ఎలక్షన్స్ ఉన్నా లేకపోయినా నిత్యం ప్రజల కోసం ఆలోచించే వ్యక్తి MLA కేశవ్ గారు.
