Patlolla Kishta Reddy was the Member of Legislative Assembly(MLA) of Narayankhed Constituency, Medak Dist. He was born on 02-10-1942 to Gund Reddy in Panchgoan Village, Narayankhed Town, Medak District. He completed B.A & LLB from Osmania University in 1967.

He started his Political Journey with the Indian National Congress Party(INC). He worked as Sarpanch of Panchgoan Village. He was the President of Panchayat Samithi in Narayankhed. He was a Member of the Trust Board in Tirumala Tirupathi Devasthanams. He was appointed as Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee.

He was the Chairman of the Standing Committee on Irrigation. From 1989-1994, He was served as a Member of the 9th A.P. Legislative Assembly(MLA) of Narayankhed Constituency, Medak Dist from the INC. From 1999-2004, He was served as a Member of the 11th A.P. Legislative Assembly(MLA) of Narayankhed Constituency, Medak Dist from the INC.

From 2009-2014, He was served as a Member of the 13th A.P. Legislative Assembly(MLA) of Narayankhed Constituency, Medak Dist from the INC. From 2014-2018, He was elected as Member of 1st Telanagana Legislative Assembly(MLA) of Narayankhed Constituency, Medak Dist from the INC.

He was the Senior Congress MLA and chairman of the public accounts committee Patolla Kishta Reddy passed away in the early hours of Tuesday 25th August 2015 following a cardiac arrest at his residence in SR Nagar.
