Pati Siva Kumar

Pati Siva Kumar is the State Secretary YSR Congress Party Youth Wing and Official Spokesperson of State BC Welfare Association, Andhra Pradesh. He was born on 09-12-1984 to Prabhakar Rao in Malikipuram. He completed SSC from the ZPHS at Rameswaram and Intermediate from AFDT Junior college, Malikipuram.

He attained Graduation from Chaitanya Degree College at Shivkodu and an MBA from Vishnu Institute of Technology, Bhimavaram. Siva Kumar Studied LLB at the DNR Law College at Bhimavaram.

Siva Kumar started his career with the SFI (Students’ Federation of India) with an interest in politics since college. In 2005, He was first elected as a Student Union Leader in Malikipuram from the AFDT College and was elected as the Mandal BC President from the Sakhinetipalli.

Siva Kumar joined the Congress Party. Introduced by Rajasekhar Reddy Seeing the schemes benefiting the people, he thought he should be the man of this family. Later on, Jagan Yuvasena in 2007 Since its inception, he has done several service programs as the President of Jagan Yuvasena and was served as the Congress Party Youth Village President in Malikipuram from 2007 to 2008.

He saw the plight of the BC communities in his zone and decided that something had to be done for them. later In 2009, He was elected as General Secretary of the BC Welfare Society in Razole Constituency of East Godavari Dist. As the Mandal President, he has done many programs with the activists here to keep the state united.

In 2011, he was elected Youth Congress President from Razole constituency by a majority of the youth. He has been involved and traveling with many socio-political activities since he was a student. Inspired by listening to YSR Gary’s speeches in the Assembly, he worked full time in the Congress Party from 2006 to 2013.

From 2011 to 2012, He was elected as joint Andhra Pradesh State Gowda, Shettibalija, Idiga, Srisaina, and was a member of the Yata Sanga Working Committee. He was served as President of the Coconut Farmers Association from 2012 to 2013.

He left the Congress party and joined the YSRCP party in 2013 following the conspiracy against Jagan. He has always been one of the people with people doing many routines ever since. As a YSR Congress Party activist as a man of the people, he has done many service programs and He has always traveled the public service as his breath.

From 2013-2014, He was appointed as President of the Rotary Club and also District BC Welfare Society from the East Godavari. He was elected as the YSRCP State Youth Secretary from 2014 to 2015. Siva Kumar was elected State BC Welfare Association Official Spokesperson, Andhra Pradesh from 2015 to 2016.

Siva Kumar was elected as the Observer of the BC Welfare Society Youth Committees of both the Godavari Districts and as the Coordinator of the Razole Constituency NRI Association from 2016 to 2017. He was elected Amalapuram Parliamentary In-Charge of YSR Congress Party Call Centers and Narsapuram Parliament YSSR Congress Party Call Center In-Charge from 2018 to 2019.

In the 2019 elections:

1. On the orders of Shri YS Jaganmohan Reddy, Siva Kumar was appointed in-charge of the Amalapuram YSR Congress Party Call Center. He also oversaw the setting up of YSR Congress Party call centers in all constituencies under the Amalapuram Parliament. He has successfully discharged the responsibility of the YSR Congress Party BC Garjana (Eluru Meeting) the constituency. He has taken Narasapuram Parliament YSR Congress Party and over additional responsibility as Call Center In-Charge.

2. The party has been working for victory as the responsibilities entrusted to it have not been compromised. The BC brothers in the Rajolu constituency and the P Gannavaram constituency met all the BC communities and explained the benefits of YS Jaganmohan Reddy becoming the Chief Minister. The party was working for victory without leaving any small opportunity that could be used for party victory.

3. Jagan, who was injured in the assassination attempt, Siva Kumar was worshiped along with activists at the Laxmi Narasimha Swamy temple for Jagan’s speedy recovery. A special plan was drawn up to include all the BCs in the Razole constituency in the party, and in consultation with all the village elders, several BC brothers were brought into the party. Along with the assurance given by Jagan, Razole remained a member of the Manifesto Committee appointed by Bontu Rajeshwara Rao for the development of the constituency and gave special instructions to them, and worked hard till the Manifesto reached the people.

4. To appoint the Viceroy BC Cell Working Committee and give proper instructions to the youth especially to work for the party. BCs are working for unity among all by petitioning Subba Reddy earlier for Shettybalija Corporation.

5. Razole constituency in Malkipuram to hold BC meeting and take proper precautions so that all BCs are with the Viceroy Congress. Forming an alliance with the Shettibalija brothers in the Gulf to carry out various service programs through them to reach every BC border.

6. To politely greet every activist who worked in the election from the next day after the election. Elderly people who do not receive a pension can go to them and find out what caused them to come and give them appropriate instructions and set up a team to support them until they get their pension back.
