Pathulothu Meshya Nayak

 

Pathulothu Meshya Nayak is the YSRCP ST Cell District President of Nalgonda, Telangana State.

Born and Education:

He was born on 14-February-1987. He completed his schooling at Vignan school, Miryalaguda.

 

 

Political Career:

In 2011, Meshya Nayak debuted into active politics with great interest and with the intention of serving the people through the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party(YSRCP). He was contested and elected as Ward Member of the 12th ward. He effectively performs his duties as being Ward Member by participating in all welfare activities.

In 2014, Meshya Nayak was appointed for the designation Mandal Vice President of Dameracherla.

His effort and strong commitment towards the service make him promoted as ST Cell District President of Nalgonda from the YSRCP and currently serving in the position.

He become an Party Activist and took part in “Gadapa Gadapa ki YSR” program, he made people aware of YSRCP schemes such as Jagananna Amma Vodi, Jagananna Chedodu, Jagananna Vidya Kanuka, Illa Pattalu, YSR Arogya scheme, YSR Bima, YSR Pension Kanuka, YR Rythu Bharosa, YSR Sunna Vaddi Pathakam, YSR Vahana Mitra etc. He made the Navaratnalu scheme available to everyone. He gave his contributions to Samaikyandhra Movement, for Special Status, also took part in Y.S Jagan’s, Y.S Sharmila’s Padayatra.

YSRCP Activities:

-Former YSRCP state assistant secretary MD Saleem demanded that Nalgonda district be declared a drought district. He told reporters that the government’s indifference to the famine and the migration of people was atrocious. He said if the government was sincere, it would release Rs 10 crore to each zone and take drought relief measures.

-YSRCP members said that funerals of the late Chief Minister YS Rajasekhar Reddy should be held across the district. Speaking at a press conference, YSRCP members across the country demanded that the funeral of Rajasekhar Reddy, who sacrificed his life for the poor, be celebrated in a grand manner.

-Party Secretary of State Md Saleem said the YSRCP has designed a special campaign to strengthen the party institutionally in the district. Flowers were laid at the statue of the late YS Rajasekhar Reddy in the Mandal. Former Mandal president Karunakar Reddy, district presidents Meshya Nayak and Subramanian were present on the occasion.

Recent Activities:

• YSRCP leaders did a strike for a reduction in bus charges to reduce the burden on a middle-class family.
• Meshya Nayak conducted a lorry strike as a protest for the reduction of petrol, diesel prices.
• Programs were conducted in such a way as to convey the greatness of the YSRCP during the CM Jagan Mohan Reddy visit.
• He has been organizing YSR birth and death anniversaries and pays tributes.
• Meshya Nayak set up a Water Tank in the village to clear water issues. With the intention of ensuring that no student becomes illiterate due to lack of money, Meshya Nayak provided financial assistance to students to study. Provided basic necessities such as school bags, stationery things for them.
• YSRCP leaders urge the declaration of rain-fed, non-harvesting areas as drought zones.
• Meshya Nayak would complain about people’s issues to the relevant authorities.
• He shows special interest in development activities like laying of CC Roads, Digging of Borewells, Putting up Street Lights, Clearance of Drainage systems, and Solving water Problems.
• Distributed food and dresses to the Orphan Children and helped them financially.

Meshya Nayak’s Contribution During the Covid Crisis

-Meshya Nayak rendered his service to the people of  Veerlapalem village even during the corona which terrorized the whole country.

-He distributed food and rice bags to the migrants and also contributed to them financially.

-He donates rice bags, vegetables, and medicine to covid victims who are suffering from covid and cannot go out to fetch food.

-He also supported the poor financially by providing essential goods for those who could not find employment or food due to the lockdown.

-Provided annadhanam program to the Police, Municipal, front-line workers who served a lot during the corona crisis.

-Conducted awareness programs on the maintenance of Physical distance and following precautionary measures to prevent the epidemic in Corona.

-Sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed all over the village for safety of the village.

-Meshya Nayak put his effort to serve people even during the covid second wave.

-He distributed vegetables and fruits to the village people and needy people.

-Awareness camps and seminars were organized on the Covid-19 vaccine and about the effects of the virus.

-Organized awareness programs on precautions to be taken to prevent covid and said no need to panic.

-The area infected with the coronavirus has been declared a red zone and people have been given proper precautions and instructions.
