Pathlavath Mohan Lal(PM Nayak)

Pathlavath Mohan Lal(PM Nayak) is an Indian politician and current State Coordinator of Lambadi Hakkula Porata Samiti(LHPS) from Mahabubnagar, Telangana.

Early Life and Education:

On 28th August 1988, Mohan was born to Danni and Hariya. He was raised in Botlagadda Tanda.

Mohan received his Board of Secondary Education in 2003 at Zilla Parishad high school located at Mahabubnagar. He obtained his Intermediate from Govt junior college. Mohan attained his Graduation(BA) from MVS degree college, Mahabubnagar.

Professional Life:

After completing his education, Mohan begins his professional career. He is a Reporter by profession and works as a Reporter at Banjara News Channel.

A career in Politics:

Mohan developed a spirit of service early on and was determined to work for the common good in politics. His passion for Social Service led him into Politics. He started his Political Journey with the Indian National Congress(INC) party.

He is a Senior Leader of the Congress Party. He has been serving as a Party Member for 18 years. He was chosen as an Active Leader by the authorities who recognized Mohan’s ability to support the people in all possible ways at any given time as a Party Worker. During Mohan’s 18 years tenure as Congress Party Activist, he rose to become one of the most influential leaders in the district itself.

A career in Lambadi Hakkula Porata Samiti(LHPS):

Besides his Political Career, Mohan has a massive career in Lambadi Hakkula Porata Samiti Community. He joined the community in 2002 and played an active role by contributing to people’s welfare. In 2003, He was selected and worked as Mandal President of LHPS.

Mohan arranged a program named “Tanda Lo Ma Rajyam” to raise awareness about the rights of tribals and the discrimination they suffer in society. He organized a padayatra, dharna, and rasta roko for the tribals’ welfare.

Mohan becomes District President of the Lambadi Hakkula Porata Samiti (LHPS), a position that makes him available to the people of Botlagadda Tanda regardless of time. As District President, he performed his obligations and responsibilities to maintain the authority’s confidence.

Mohan played a Major role in Gwar Banjara Jathiya Sammelanam, Chalo Girijana sankshema Bhavan, Maha Padayatra, Hunger Strike, Lambadi Aikya Vedika meeting, etc.

As a result of Mohan’s tireless work for the betterment and development of the tribals, the community officials chose him as the State Coordinator of Lambadi Hakkula Porata Samiti(LHPS) from Mahabubnagar, Telangana, with the hope that he would continue his services.

Activities by Mohan on behalf of the LHPS:

• Telangana Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society Secretary RS. Praveen Kumar met with Lambadi Hakkula Porata Samiti State Coordinator Mohan and LHPS members to address different tribal and other concerns.
• Members of the LHPS went on Hunger Strike to expand tribal reservations from 6% to 12%.
• LHPS State Coordinator Mohan and LHPS members helped to make the Lambadi Hakkula Porata Samiti’s 25th anniversary gathering a success.
• Mohan, State Coordinator of Lambadi Hakkula Porata Samiti, and members of LHPS performed a Mahapadayatra to enhance tribal reserve from 6% to 10%.

Mohan’s Effort During the Pandemic:

• He provided financial and humanitarian support to those impacted by the lockdown during Corona’s first and second waves. During the crisis, and responded with compassion, aiding people in distress and offering further assistance to those harmed by the locking down.
• Mohan came forward to assist people affected by the lockdown by giving vegetables and fruits to villages, the homeless, and Municipality employees while following the procedures in place and distributing Covid Kits to the members who were afflicted with the appropriate sickness while in their home quartine.
• An awareness demonstration was performed to raise awareness about social distance and the need to take precautionary steps to eliminate the Corona Epidemic.
• When the coronavirus was finally exterminated, sodium hypochlorite solution was sprayed across the whole village to ensure that the villagers were not exposed to any harmful effects.
• The Covid Immunization Drive was organized in response to Prime Minister Modi’s plea to increase awareness among the general population about the need to acquire a free corona vaccination.
