Pasumarthi Balakotaiah is the District SC Cell Leader from the YSRCP. He was born on 01-Jan-1974 to Sundaraiah & Narsamma at Ambedkar Nagar, Pakala village, Singarayakonda Mandal. In 1992, He completed intermediate in Singarayakonda. His occupation is Agriculture.
He has started his political Journey in 2004 with the Congress Party. From 2004-2011, he worked as a Party Activist. In 2011, he joined the Yuvajana Sramika rythu Congress Party (YSRCP). He was served as District SC Cell Leader from the YSRCP, from 2015-2020.
From 2017-2019, he fought for special status in Andhra Pradesh under the Leadership of Varikuti Ashok Babu and he has participated in Rail Roko at Ongole under the Leadership of Varikuti Babu for Andhra Pradesh Special Status, in 2018.
