Early Life and Education Journey of Mr Bhaskar

Birth and Childhood: Mr Bhaskar, hailing from Kollur, Alair, Telangana, was born on May 2nd, 1974. Growing up in this serene town nestled in the heart of Telangana, he embarked on a journey of education that would shape his future endeavours.

Schooling Years: His educational odyssey commenced at the Zilla Parishad High School in Kollur, where he acquired his Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in 1989. Intermediate Education: Building upon his academic achievements, Mr. Bhaskar pursued his Intermediate education at the Government Junior College in Alair. Diploma Pursuit: After completing his Intermediate education, Mr Bhaskar embarked on a journey of specialized learning by enrolling in a Diploma program. His quest for knowledge led him to Masab Tank, Hyderabad, where he diligently pursued his diploma, honing his skills and preparing himself for the challenges that lay ahead.

 In 1990, Mr. Bhaskar took his first steps into leadership by assuming the prestigious position of School President at Zilla Parishad High School, Kollur. This early responsibility not only showcased his leadership potential but also instilled in him a deep sense of duty towards his community. Motivated by a genuine desire to contribute positively to society, he sought to expand his horizons and make a tangible difference in the lives of others. During this pivotal time, Mr. Bhaskar aligned himself with two influential organizations dedicated to serving the people: the National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) and the Indian National Congress (INC).

 Involvement in Youth Politics

Mr Bhaskar’s involvement in youth politics burgeoned over the following years, culminating in a significant role as the Nalgonda Youth Congress Vice President from 1990 to 2004. Throughout this extensive tenure, he dedicated himself wholeheartedly to representing the voices and concerns of young individuals within his community. Mr. Bhaskar’s approach to leadership was characterized by a profound commitment to grassroots activism and empowerment, as he tirelessly worked to elevate the status of youth and cultivate their active participation in the democratic process. From 2010 to 2016, Mr. Bhaskar served as the President of the Hanuman Nagar Colony Welfare Association, where his leadership left an indelible mark on the community. During his tenure, Mr. Bhaskar spearheaded numerous initiatives to enhance residents’ quality of life. In 2023, Mr. Bhaskar extended his leadership to the Ananthula Jangareddy Colony Association, assuming the role of President. In the same year, Mr Bhaskar was responsible for serving as the Alair and LB Nagar Incharge for General Elections. He demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and a deep understanding of electoral processes in this crucial role. In 1998, Mr Bhaskar embarked on a career path that would see him play a crucial role in developing Telangana’s electrical infrastructure. Joining the Transmission Corporation of Telangana Limited (TSTRANSCO) as an Electrical Contractor, he demonstrated his proficiency in managing complex projects and ensuring the efficient transmission of electricity across the region. His dedication to excellence and commitment to delivering high-quality services earned him recognition within the organisation and positioned him as a trusted partner in advancing the state’s energy objectives.

Ascending to Association Leadership

Mr. Bhaskar’s expertise and leadership qualities did not go unnoticed within the Transmission Corporation of Telangana Limited (TSTRANSCO). In 2002, he was appointed Vice President of the Contractors Association, where he played a pivotal role in representing the interests of contractors involved in crucial transmission projects. His tenure saw him advocate for fair practices, foster collaboration among stakeholders, and promote standards of excellence in project execution. In the same year, Mr. Bhaskar assumed the position of Vice President of the CPDCL (Central Power Distribution Company Limited) Contract Association. In the same year, 2020, Mr Bhaskar’s leadership responsibilities expanded further as he was appointed Chairman of the TSSPDCL Contract Association Joint Action Committee (JAC). This appointment highlighted his expertise in navigating complex organizational dynamics and his ability to foster agreement and drive collective action towards common goals. As Chairman of the JAC, Mr. Bhaskar played a pivotal role in representing the collective interests of contractors and negotiating with stakeholders to address pertinent issues affecting the industry. • From 1989 to 1994, during the tenure of Chief Minister Chenna Reddy, Mr. Bhaskar actively participated in campaign activities on behalf of the Congress party, demonstrating his early commitment to political engagement and community advocacy.
• Mr Bhaskar has been deeply involved in local elections, including campaigns for positions such as Sarpanch and MPTC (Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituency), where he engages directly with residents in village mandals to promote the party’s agenda and garner support.
• He has played a pivotal role in various electoral campaigns, including those for the Bhongir Parliament seat, where he contributed to comprehensive campaign strategies spanning constituencies such as Tungathurthi and Suryapet.
• Mr. Bhaskar’s political allegiance is evident through his steadfast support for leaders like Madhu Yashki in LB Nagar, showcasing his unwavering dedication to advancing the party’s interests at the grassroots level.

• Mr. Bhaskar has been a consistent presence in various protest movements, including those led by prominent leaders like Revanth Reddy. He participates in dharnas and demonstrations to advocate for issues such as the RTC (Road Transport Corporation).
